We've done three rooms with three different types/styles of blinds/shades. All were exactly as ordered, reasonably priced and look fabulous. Working on the next room and will be contacting Blindster for our window coverings
What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.
We ordered two cordless blackout shades. The quality is very good but the length is almost two short even though we ordered the exact length of the window area. The shades always retract up almost an inch despite trying to pull it below the window length. This defeats the purpose of a blackout shade because there is a significant gap in the bottom letting light in. Otherwise, these are great shades.
Overall I am very pleased with the look and quality of the 7 blinds I ordered. The screws supplied were not very good quality and after breaking 4 in a row I decided to get some better quality ones from the hardware store. Other than that, I am pleased with my order.
My bottom up top down shades came with a small plastic piece unattached. I contacted the company and worked with someone to figure out what it was. Together we realized that I would need replacement shades sent. This was done and now my shades are perfect. I appreciate the price, the guarentee and the excellent customer service!
I was searching for colored blinds for my sliding patio door... gray to match kitchen and stainless appliances. I heard Rush Limbaugh air a commercial for this company, so I requested a sample. I liked the product and price... placed an order. The blind fits perfectly in place of my old blind. I am a satisfied customer.
Very happy with the product. The blinds fit perfectly and the installation was a snap (no... literally... you snap the cellular blinds in place)! The installation really was easy... I had them all hung within a few hours and I have 11 windows.
I'm also glad about their fit or free policy. Although my measurements were correct, I entered the wrong figures on 2 of the blinds. It was nice to know I didn't have to pay full price for the 2 shades again! Will definitely use them for more blinds in the future.

I had two orders. The first was for 4 blinds of different sizes. That came through just fine. Well packaged and all just as ordered. I then ordered one more. That came with the wrong valance. Size was wrong and the manner of attachment was wrong. A phone call resulted in a replacement being sent. It had the right attachment but size was still wrong. I just cut it down with a saw and it works ok.
Despite the valance hassle on one, we like the blinds. Easy to install.
Finally, a company that gets it right. The ordering was easy, the delivery was on time, the install was easy to follow and the final result was just as we had hoped. Will definitely order from them again.
I have been in the customer service field for more years than I care to state. So ordering these blinds, site unseen was certainly stepping out of my comfort zone, I certainly needn't worry. Customer service rep Sandra had my back, she put my order on hold til I got samples that she expressed to me. Once I saw the samples and gave the ok, I rec'd the blinds. They are so well constructed, the colors are just right for every room. I can honestly state that this company far exceeds any other company that I have done business with. I cannot wait to get my other rooms outfitted with more blinds.
I have placed several small orders with Blindster over the last two years and have been very pleased with the products and price. I received 1 defective blind a couple of orders ago and they promptly replaced it.
I recently ordered another cell blind. When it arrived, I was missing a clip to raise the shade. Not only did I receive the one I was missing, but she sent me a replacement for one my grandson broke and a few extra.
I would never purchase blinds from blindster again. I dont like the guide holes. The blinds are flimsy. I haven't returned them because I dont want to wait for other blinds. I will order different brands in the future. Not a good buy.

I bought an entire house-full of faux wood blinds. They were purchased to spiffy up my home prior to its sale. I was so happy with the product! Wish I had bought them sooner! One of the blinds and two of the valances were not made according to specifications - I contacted Blindster and the new ones were made and shipped to me within 2 weeks time. Highly recommend and will order from them again!
Service and customer service are great. We had a damaged shade and Blindster replaced with no hassles. I will use this company again and have told my friends about them too. The shades are of very good quality and were no problem to hang. My hubby is hard to please and he is very impressed by the quality and the pricing is great compared to others.
Previous orders, everything was great. This order, 3 of the blinds would not open/close. Found the problem. The Small round plastic piece was not inserted into a housing. Once I did that the blinds worked.
My experience really was amazing! Both ladies that I spoke to (Karen, who helped me place my order) and (Cindy, who helped me straighten out a problem) were extremely pleasant and helpful. My wood blinds are beautiful and dealing with Blindster was great.
I wish other companies would have the ethics and product quality that Blindster offers to the costumer. I will buy from them again and recommend them to my children and my friends.
After ordering and waiting 2 weeks I called to see where my order was. The product for my order was on back order. I never received an email or anything telling me this. I called back a week later and was told product was still on back order. Finally a month after I ordered my blinds they finally arrived. I can't say I would recommend Blindster to anyone.
I'm so sorry you had your order delayed. Backorders are a very rare problem, especially with the factory that made your blinds. This factory moved their Houston location earlier this year. Unfortunately, the move caused more of a disruption that they anticipated and it took them a while to get back to normal.

Originally there was a problem with my order because I had placed it on my I-pad and it failed to sync with Blindster but the customer service was very helpful to get my order in on time to receive the discount. There was a problem with a timely delivery, but again customer service responded immediately and my beautiful blinds arrived just in time to install before our 14 guests arrived for an extended stay. Great quality of blinds AND service. Will order again.
Ordering, shipping went without glitch, blinds arrived well packaged with complete installation hardware and easy to follow instructions. The quality of the raise/lower mechanism is not what I expected. The blinds do not lift and lower evenly and need to be manually 'leveled out' with each use. I regret not paying the extra cost to get the cordless option.
