What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.

My first purchase, I ordered blinds for my front windows because the sun coming in was unbearable. They came, I installed, it was perfect. Then we said, a blind would look good on that window, than another room. Always easy to order, came in reasonable time, and fit perfect. Good quality, nice color supply, easy instillation, and they give the room a calm, clean look. I love them.

The roller shade for my 1971 bathroom came in the correct size & was easy to install. The yellow color (Carina Butler) selected was a perfect match. The light filter provides privacy but doesn't darken the room. Customer service was great and put my order on hold when I decided to add a scallop hem. They sent me samples & then made the shade. I love my shade.!

Having installed Blindster blinds in my previous home, it was a no brainer to use them in my new one. After purchasing pleated shades for 7 windows and 2 doors, I finished my home with white faux wood blinds for my 2 kitchen windows. They look fabulous, as do all my other window treatments. Now my sister is re-doing all of her window treatments--keeping it in the family!

Ordered blinds on March 25,2016, order was billed to my credit card at that time. I'm now expected to pay for the order before the order is filled. I've never ordered from a company that bills a customer before the materials have been shipped. In my experience that happens at the same time. I was told there would be a delay in manufacturing because of a lack of materials on the original order. Was offered the opportunity to change material, which I did, to meet a reasonable time delivery. Was then told that there was a mistake in communication with the manufacturer which would delay delivery. At this time, I'm not sure when they will be manufactured or delivered. The person I've exchanged emails with has been good, but there are shortcomings with whoever processes the order at Blindster. Still waiting anything that indicates a delivery date! I had anticipated another order from Blindster, for other rooms in my house, but I would be hard pressed to order again at this point.

Order blinds for four windows in the living room, the widest window is 52".

I ordered color samples then made the order. The blinds arrived in about 2 weeks. I installed them all in less than an hour, spent more time adjusting the magnetic valance to get it level than anything else. They look great and work great.

I loved the ease of selection and ordering. I measured, ordered, and presto... my blinds arrived. I only wish I'd ordered darkening cells as I need them I'm my master bedroom. I love the double cell, no cords as the ease up and easy down configuration makes for a clean line. I suggest darkening if you want to keep the room darker. I work odd hours so I still need to darken my room. Bad on me. The prices are very good and I searched several other sites but this was the best in selection and pricing!

We selected the roman shades for our bedroom but they not only do not stay up when raised, they sag and hang down on one side. No amount of adjusting, fidgeting or folding fixes the way they appear when raised. We also ordered shades from Blinds.com at the same time and are much more satisfied with the quality.

Shopping was easy on blindster.com, instructions for measuring were easy to follow. The customer support is great, very friendly and helpful on the phone. I got Romans, my only suggestion is that perhaps a thinner needle be used for stitching as the needle points seem to be a source of letting light come through the black out blinds. Otherwise they're a great deal.

I bought Roman shades that open from the top and bottom. The color and fabric are as expected, the cords and functionality are a bit awkward. Purchased for two side by side windows with single header. I won't be changing the positioning often so it won't be a big deal (guest room) but compared to the ease of a regular fabric blind it is more difficult. Took over a month to receive.

First of all, I received 1/2 of my order & someone else's. It was a mistake in shipping, the last 2 numbers were transposed. Found mine in Florida. Finally got mine, & the shutter portion was broken on both sides. Called & was told to send a picture of breaks. When am I going to get the new shutter portion? I was supposed to be informed of delivery through e-mail & it has been almost one week since last phone call. PLEASE ADVISE

Out of 6 roller shades, the mounting clip was put on upside down on 2 of them. We did not risk breaking them to mount them correctly, so they are mounted with the cord twisted.
Also, Chris who put in my order *******, or a breach in your system, MIGHT have been the cause of my Discover card being hacked. It had only 3 charges on it and 2 of them were from my supermarket where I scan the card. The card has never been out of my sight. Discover caught on to fraudulent charge #3 and blocked the online charges using it.

All blinds fit our windows just perfectly. We had one blind, in our dining room, that was damaged in transit, by the shipping company. Blindster replaced it immediately.
