We've done three rooms with three different types/styles of blinds/shades. All were exactly as ordered, reasonably priced and look fabulous. Working on the next room and will be contacting Blindster for our window coverings
What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.
Great quality blinds for a very reasonable price. I needed a set of blinds that were very narrow and most places could not make them the size I needed. I went to blindster.com, entered the dimensions and a few days later, they arrived on my doorstep. Simple! They even kept me informed of production and shipping time. I would definitely use again.
My wife & I have been looking & pricing blinds for 3 years but quality & price have kept us from making the purchase. When I heard the radio ad for Blindster I figured it was worth a look and we are so glad we did. The quality we wanted, the best price & fast shipping! They all fit perfectly & look amazing. I have ordered blinds and shades and each time the transaction was flawless. I had to contact customer service twice for minor mishaps, one mine and one theirs. They fixed them quickly no questions asked. They seemed set on making everything right for me. I will definitely recommend them and order from them again in the future.
Although our customer service rep, Cindy is top notch, dissatisfied with the blinds. I have ordered and hung blinds for over 30 years and the blinds we ordered were cut either too short if the valances were not right. Customer service did their best to make corrections. Will not order from this company again. Too many errors.
They expedited my blinds and when received both showed a wear mark in the same spot. I took pictures of everything and emailed them to Customer Relations. They quickly checked with production and they sent new replacements in a very timely fashion. Great Recovery. I will use Blindster again and recommend them to family and friends. Steve
The blinds look great but the black out blind does not rise correctly, takes 2 hands and very slowly to go up. Also my other blind squeaks bad every time it does up and down. I know they are not brand name and you pay for what you get but I will not order again from them.

From ordering blinds for my entire house to working through a reorder on one damaged blind and a fit-or-free guarantee, I was thoroughly satisfied. I now have all blinds up and looking great! Options, quality, and pricing was excellent. Instructions were easy and I was able to hang 7 sets of blinds in no time. Option to buy 10 year no hassle warranty was dirt cheap and provided piece of mind as this was my first purchase thru the company. Plan to do more business with them in the future.
We had several in home estimates on solar shades for our home. After looking at the money we would save on Blindster, we decided to give it a chance. We bought one initially to make sure we were happy with the quality and color. Then we purchased for all other windows. Our initial blinds had a shade with pull chain, we decided to go with the spring pull shade with others. They both were of good quality. We could not decide between the 93% and 95% solar shades as we wanted to keep the heat out but keep out view. The 95% kept out more heat and you could see thru almost the same. The pictures below with the 2 windows shows a 93% on left and 95% on right. The second picture shows how the shades look with valances. It is certainly a nicer look with the valances but in areas with little use, I'm not sure they are worth the price. I would purchase from this company again.
We ordered 3 roman shades. One didn't fit - our fault. Blindster made a new one and charged us only a minimal shipping fee! What a great way to do business. The new shade fit perfectly. We're very pleased and highly recommend Blindster.com
I have slowly replaced all of my existing shades with blinds from Blindster - the fact I can customize the size so easy as well as where to place some of the hardware is simply great. Love the convenience and they always deliver.
I made a test order initially. They arrived within two weeks from start to finish. The blinds were well packed, included all hardware and clear directions. The item itself was very nice. All clean edges, quality work. Their performance is super! Nearly all light is blocked (just edges allow some bleed by) and the foil lined, R5 value is a great piece of our home's efficiency measures.
I returned to buy more. And will return to buy more!
We moved into a new house and needed window coverings. We chose room darkening shades for most of the windows with some top and bottom opening. The quality of these shades is wonderful. The installation was fairly easy too. We're very satisfied.
Every single sales person was kind compassionate about their products and took time to treat me like I was their only customer. Every shade or blind ww received was a perfect fit and easy to install. Most of all they look beautiful!
They arrived much sooner than I expected. They were hung without difficulty. Thank you for the personal help to measure correctly. I ordered many samples and found the color that I wanted. I am very happy with them and would order again.
Of course I messed up the measurements, but true to their word there was only a nominal fee to fix my mistake. From beginning to end, the customer service was terrific and we are more than happy with the blinds we purchased!
Like most companies they over promise and under deliver. My order was suppose to be made in 5-7 days as promised on the website. Two weeks later I had to call and see where it was. This was not a small order, over $2000. 00. Customer service promised I would here from them on Monday, after waiting most of the day, I finally called them only to be told the fabric I selected was out of stock and they just received it on Friday. It took two weeks for someone too realized they didn't have the fabric. If they had told me that when I placed the order, I would have selected another company. I feel they lied to me. Now they are promising 2 day shipping to make up for the delay. If this doesn't happen. They can eat them as I will refuse the order.

Customer service & satisfaction are the backbone of our company. However it's sounds like we really dropped the ball on your order. These blinds are exactly how I imagined they would be. They fit so well in the house and look awesome. I was skeptical at first because of some reviews but if you measure properly they fit so well without a hitch.
I would be ordering some more soon.
The blinds for our new restaurant are wonderful. We got 11 of the 2" faux wood blinds. Customer service was extremely helpful when I called to make sure I was measuring correctly. We are a small business and just opened as "The Happy Oyster Pub and Grill". As a local restaurant the price was great for our start up budget. They really add class.
When the blinds arrived they were defective. Blindster agreed to replace them, and advised me on 12/16 that the manufacturer would be remaking them, and I should receive them in 10-15 days. Allowing for the holidays, as of January 8 I still haven't received the replacements.
It's been 2 months since they were ordered, and I still don't have a working set of blinds.

We ordered the wrong size. Our fault completely. They just charged us the additional cost of the length in a little shipping and send the six brand-new blinds and asked us to donate her boys to charity. That was above and beyond what I expected and I very much appreciate recommend them to anyone

They arrived within the week, for which I did not pay extra, and were very reasonably priced due to accompanying discounts. Installation was a breeze, even for the long, heavy set, and the measuring instructions I followed provided a perfect fit. Thank you!
We recently ordered roman shades for a variety of different windows in a newly built cabin, and were very satisfied with the value and how they fit perfectly. They were all inside mount, and the installation was straightforward. Several free samples were provided which made the selection process easy. We then purchased wood shades with the same positive experience.
The website, the ordering process, the price, the service, the communication we're all very satisfactory. I probably should have expected the cheap plastic looking faux wood material for the price, but honestly was a bit underwhelmed. The house full of blinds went into a rental investment property and are truly nicer than the remains of the previous window treatments. If they had been for my own home I would have real regrets. The company offers free samples and I would advise taking advantage of this feature. I did not. I would do business with this company again but I would want to see samples first.
I'm hoping to resolve this with Blindster--I'll update after I know how they will respond. I bought 18 3.4 inch Prism Express Cordless blinds on 7/27/16 and we were thrilled with them. They were pretty, the mechanism worked fine (still does) and we received many compliments. However the blinds were down this spring (3/19) and I was washing the windows on the outside, I was horrified to find that they are coming apart on the back. As the blinds are often up on this side of the house when the weather is nice, I hadn't seen the problem before, so I don't know when it started, but considering the advanced state of the defection it must have been going on for at least a year. See the pics below. The company has a "limited lifetime warranty" so we will see just what they will honor.

I'm sorry you had a problem with your order.
It looks like we have already sent you valances with returns as you requested. Inside mount blinds usually come with flat valances that are made 1/8" less than the ordered width (so they will just fit inside the window). This didn't work for you because you didn't have the full 3" needed to mount your blinds fully inside the window opening and the top of your window was wider than the ordered width. Because we ask you to order your blinds using the smallest width measurement (top, middle & bottom), this sometimes results in the flat valances being too short.
We also don't expect our customers to be window covering experts (although it appears you have a great deal of experience). Therefore, we normally remake the valances as needed when one or both of these issues occur.
