We've done three rooms with three different types/styles of blinds/shades. All were exactly as ordered, reasonably priced and look fabulous. Working on the next room and will be contacting Blindster for our window coverings
What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.
Ordered 5 blinds of same dimensions for apartment remodel. Four came in proper and came in 1 inch wider. Blindster mistake. Called and was told to send picture with tape measure to prove my claim. Emailed picture back. No response. Called and asked for number to text picture to. Number would not allow me to forward picture. Called to order replacement to complete project and was told company had info and was reviewing. Bottom line, no response to problem and out $64 extra dollars.
Tip for consumers:
There adds say if you order wrong they will new blind no charge. They blind wrong and did make good on their word.

Online ordering was a breeze! Shipment of 20 blinds of various sizes arrived in no time. Blinds were all clearly labeled with their sizes and packed in a manner to ensure they were not damaged in transit. Could not have been any easier to install. Look great (esp. The "magnetic" valances) and definitely increased the value of my home.
We had just replaced all our old single pane windows with modern dual pane windows and thus decided to replace a few of the window treatments. We first called a local company which promises their product in 3 days but found them to be way out of our budget. We came across blindster.com among a few other websites and found blindster.com to be the best in terms of choices and ease of use so we placed our order with them and got our blinds ahead of schedule. We had an issue with one of the blinds so they sent out a replacement free! I will definitely recommend Blindster.com to my family and friends.

Quick delivery of blind samples to help choose desired colors/textures. Simple measuring and mounting of delivered blinds if instructions are closely followed. Order was processed quickly and the selected blinds were delivered as ordered.

I needed some faux wood blinds for a bedroom & bath and heard of blindster on a radio program. It was easy to use their website and I did need some assistance for one window. I ordered two blinds, exactly the same. When I opened one box, it was as I ordered. The second box however, had the wrong colored brackets, along with different colored valance pieces, used for outside installation. My order was for inside. How could this possibly happen? So obvious... two different colors! Suggest better quality control! I went ahead and installed because the brackets didn't show after putting the valance on. I like the blinds.
This was my first time buying custom blinds over the internet and by luck I found Blindster.com. I found exactly what I wanted, measured and ordered; within a week I had my blind and it was perfect in every way but one. That flaw was the screws that were provided were not sharp or strong enough to penetrate our Doug fir studs, so I had to use what I had on hand.
I just wanted to say what an awesome, refreshing relief it is to work with a company with such great customer service! I have dealt with the worst of the worst customer service out there, and the difference in working with a company that treats me like a person vs. just an expendable number is huge. My custom blinds (at a fantastic price!) look just beautiful, and you can bet I will gladly return to Blindster for all of my future window treatment needs in my new home! Thank you!
My blinds did not arrive on the timeline as promised, but worse that that--I was never provided with an updated delivery date. However, upon receiving them I am very happy with the quality and design.
Wish there were specific, hard copy instructions that came with order. I've installed many in my time, esp as a professional interior designer, but no idea how to figure out these brackets & install for my Premium, corded, top/down bottom/up, blackout, single cellualr. On-line no help either as my product not listed and pics, directions are minimal.
Aside from knowing how to install, unless professional installer, the shades are lovely. Will be interesting to see how long the plastic components & operating mechanisms hold up over time. No complaints re price & protection plan.
I also wish there had been better selection of pale off-white neutrals in the cellular shades.
Nice blinds. However make all you measurement about 2 inches shorter. Everyone one of mine was 1 bilnd too many. Don't even try using the screws they send. Do your self a favor and go to a hardware store and get yourself good ones. They strip very easy.
