We've done three rooms with three different types/styles of blinds/shades. All were exactly as ordered, reasonably priced and look fabulous. Working on the next room and will be contacting Blindster for our window coverings
What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.
A minor glitch was corrected immediately and with a cheerful attitude. A lesser company would have simply ignored the situation in hopes that it would go away. Shipping of a missing part by Fedex was unexpected and lightning fast.
The three wide blind I bought was delivered with to large dens in the head piece. It was replaced with no questions asked. Took another two weeks to get a good one, but the lack of hassle was refreshing.
Placed my order online, which was easy to do. I received my order quickly!
I did have a problems with one of the blinds in the way it was made, so I made a call to Blindster and customer service requested I send pictures. Once the pictures were received, another blind was ordered for me... no hassle!

Detailed instructions on how to measure for custom blinds made the order process very easy. I chatted with a customer service rep to determine the color that I needed as I did not want to wait to receive a sample. My blinds turned out perfect!

Very helpful! We needed assistance with a correct size and type roller shade and you were very patient, resulting in a perfect fit. Also we were sent samples of the colors which really helped to make the best choice.
Very happy with my custom blinds. Had an issue with the mechanism in one and Blindster made a new one and sent it out to me. Shipment was delayed by wildfire in TN and Blindster tracked it down and did great follow-up. Excellent customer service.
I've used Blindster to get honeycomb shades and vertical blinds for two entire houses in the last year and a half. The blinds always fit perfectly and their customer service is top notch. Their prices are awesome and I will use them again and again!
We bought a day/night cellular shade. The entire ordering process was very smooth. Product arrived on time. The window measuring instruction online was easy to follow. The installation took less than 15 min. Very happy with the whole process!
Installed on 9 windows in house. Fit well and look great. Only issues were couple hanging brackets were bent incorrectly, and had to retie some of the cords because ends came off. Brackets were promptly replaced.
Ordered window covering for bedrooms and day room. All fix perfect, Quality was excellent. One of the mini blinds for day room had some minor damage and was replaced within 2 weeks. Will use Blindster for any future orders.
I ordered 3 blinds; 2 faux wood, and one sheer shade and am very happy with the product. Good quality for a great price! Their customer service is noteworthy as well! One of my valences came stained, however they promptly shipped me a new one after I provided proof with a picture. Overall I am very satisfied.

We always purchase our blinds when Blindster offers their 35% discount. That makes their quality blinds affordable. Have never had an issue with any or our two dozen or so Blindster blinds. Just make sure your measurements are correct.
Ordered a large (71x60) vinyl roller shade. It is much higher quality than the one it replaced. Rolls nicely and hangs evenly. Could use a plastic handle. We are ordering another one for the living room.
I purchased five blinds and was very leary about the entire process. The blinds were shipped quickly and packaged very well. The quality is very good - although I have a little trouble with one, it was fixable and the results are not cosmetically apparent. I had previously spent more on Levelor blinds from Lowes, and they were a complete disaster. These blinds are real wood, look fantastic, and even smell good. I did not have to return anything, so I don't know how that process would play out. I plan on buying more blinds in the future.
Blindster made measuring & ordering EASY and shipping was super fast, came sooner than expected. Although I didn't have the time to order samples, the color selected was perfect for the room and blind fits very well, as well as it looks great!
This my 4th time dealing with Blindster.com. They are a excellent company to deal with. All of the orders that I have placed have been correct. I had a roller shade that I was having a problem with and they replaced it with no questions asked. I will continue to order from them when needed.
We ordered 3 blinds. They were supposed to ship in 5 to 7 days. I had to email 3 weeks later as they still had not shipped. They shipped 2 days after my inquiry. I was really disappointed that they didn't send by overnight it at least expedited shipping given how long it had taken.
Despite a less-than-satisfactory first-time experience with Blindster, I returned for a second project. This time, the shades were sewn perfectly and the fabric and lining were spectacular! Installation on Blindster's Roman shades couldn't be easier! However, Blindster loses a star on size -- all three shades I've ordered were slightly too narrow (off by 1/8 - 1/4") for the window, despite accurate measurements. The issue is that light slips through the edges, which exaggerates the issue.
We love the quality of our new blinds. They fit perfectly, and it was nice to have the right size instead of all the excess length like you do if you buy at the local big box store. The service was great and my order was delivered on time. Great company to do business with.
This is my first time with Blindster. When I got my blinds in stead of my size I ordered a much smaller size came instead. I promptly called and the lady I talked to was so kind yet indignant that the wrong size was sent to me. She got things immediately going and she was so nice and professional. Before I even got the right size I had already decided that when I need anything else like this I will be ordering again because the integrity of customer service is very important in this company.
Product quality seems pretty good - order fulfillment process not so much. First got 3 out of 7 blinds, with no mounting hardware. After asking where rest of order was, was sent the remaining 4 blinds (with no explanation of what happened), but was still short mounting hardware for the first 3 blinds. After another e-mail, received mounting hardware. Never got the little cord ties for the 3 blinds, but not sure I have the energy to pursue this further.
We got these so quickly we couldn't get around to installing them for another week. When we did I am happy to say these cellular shades are really nice as just as we hoped and expected. Very easy smooth operation and they look really nice. I like the smaller cells and I'm happy with my choice. Great sale price too! Just wish we could have afforded to do the whole house. We'll wait for next year's sale for the rest.
