We've done three rooms with three different types/styles of blinds/shades. All were exactly as ordered, reasonably priced and look fabulous. Working on the next room and will be contacting Blindster for our window coverings
What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.
This was my first order from Blindster.com. We order the 2in faux wood blinds for our living room and master bedroom. The directions they gave for measurement were very simple to follow. Once ordered, we had our new blinds within a week and a half. We had four altogether and two different sizes. In all it took about 30 minutes to mount all 4 blinds. Half of the time was one the first to insure we were doing it correctly. Installation is very simple and a month later we still could not be more pleased.
I ordered 6 very large custom blinds and the blinds fit like a glove! Quality workmanship and precise fitting as every blind fit perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend using Blindster for your window treatments.
I recently had the need to install new blinds for all of the windows in a rental house. I decided to order the faux wood blinds and then followed the easy to understand measuring instructions. In less than 2 weeks, the blinds came in. They looked fantastic and were simple to install. The price was probably half of what I was looking at at the local big box store and the quality was impressive. I will absolutely purchase again when I have a need.
I had a three on one blind made and the first one I received had a problem with the right blind. I called their customer service # and spoke to a very sweet lady with a southern accent. She was bound and determined to make it right, and put me on hold for a moment. When she returned she informed me they would be sending me a complete blind replacement! I received the replacement in a week or so and had no further problems. Talk about a hassle free experience! Thank you so much Blindster. I will use this company again in a minute and refer my friends as well. Excellent service.
Everything you could want and expect from a company as professional as blindster product was absolutely gorgeous and very well made couldn't have been happier have dealt with other blind companies in the past only to find the price and quality at blindster far superior thanks to all blindster and keep up the great work
The blinds are good quality for the price, I am satisfied. I only wish I had more color selections. Also make sure you underestimate the wdth about. 5 in because he hardware takes up a little space. I had to really shoe-horn one of mine in.
We recently ordered, received and installed roller blinds from Blindster.com. The order process was simple, two people at Blindster contacted me to verify the order, and we received them about 10 days later. The product we ordered was of the Blackout type roller blind. We installed blinds over a sliding door and 3 Windows and have noticed a definite change to cooler in the front part of the house. Blindster.com, delivers excellent custom service and an excellent range of fop quality products.
I love the look and quality of our new blinds but they arrived without the screws, etc. to install. I called Blindster and they quickly sent us some. The directions were pretty confusing to the point that I used some Youtube videos to supplement them in helping me get them hung. Overal good product and now that I'm familiar with installation I will order again.
I love my new roller shades! Blindster sent the samples out quickly so I was able to make a clear decision on which material I wanted. The price was great and the shades and blinds were perfect.
I received my order quickly and the packaging was superb. Just great quality and value in every step of my experience with Blindster.

I was doing a lot of research to try to find blinds and have them cut to my measurements. Ive never been so happy to find such a great company who takes quality in their work. The pricing was great and the staff was very pleasant to work with. Ordering online was also very easy! I will definitely be back to buy more blinds in the future!
After measuring my windows, I ordered 7 cellular blinds as replacement. When they arrived, I found that 3 of the blinds were too large. After working with one to make it fit, I called to ascertain what to do with the other two misfits. You replaced the two blinds with the only charge being a shipping charge of $15 for each blind. What a bargain! Thank you for your attention to this matter. I intend to give the 2 "misfits" to our church for their mission projects. I will definitely recommend your company!
Every person I spoke to went out of there way to help me. One of the sweet ladies who worked in the office even gave me a call back after hrs. I will use them again and again. I have already recommended them to my daughter who is building a house.
I love how quickly product arrived. Product was relatively easy to install. Frustration when instructions came in only 1 of 3 boxes, and when tilt adjusters for 3 sets of blinds was in one of the 3 boxes. Thought there was something missing until that last box. Otherwise good quality product.
I've ordered blinds 2 times and each time I had to contact them because they claim orders go out 5 to 7 days after approved for production but both times I contacted them 2 weeks after they were sent to production and then all of a sudden they ship that day
As an avid listener of Rush, I decided to give Blindster a try for my 4 large windows in my living room. The samples they sent me were free and quick to arrive. Measuring was easy as was installation- They look perfect and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Blindster!
We are very happy with the products that we purchased from Blindster.com (natural woven shades). The shades arrived individually packaged to prevent damage during shipment, the measurements were spot-on, and the installation was very easy. We love the look of the shades and are planning to purchase more for the remaining windows in our home. We will use Blindster.com for all of our window treatment needs, because after shopping around online, they are the BEST product at the BEST deal (in our opinion).
The website said they would deduct. 25" or so; but they did not and we had to shave the wall on both sides for two of the 2" blinds. Fortunately it was a masonry wall and my contractor was able to do that at the top. The sides were perfect, but the top railing was larger than the allowance they made, so it did not fit.
Order was placed, but had to followup on status of completion a couple of weeks after placement. Received no notice that the blinds had shipped until after I received the blinds.
The blinds themselves are very nice and fit the purpose for which they were purchased.
We ordered 3 long alum. Mini blinds for the front windows of our Park Model home. We measured, ordered and they arrived. They are a perfect fit and the color is nice. We were pleasantly surprised at how fast they were made to size and shipped.
One of the top valances came an inch short, but when I let them know they sent a new one to me. The price was great and they were very willing to make things work. If and when the need comes I will use them again.
I had been searching for affordable cellular shades for months with no success, I have a large front window with a window on either side. I heard about blindster on the radio. I looked up the website and read their reviews. I ordered samples that were free to me. I made a decision and ordered cellular shades. I mistakenly ordered one too many shades. Once I called my account was credited that day. I had my shades within 2 weeks. I am extremely happy with them and I plan to order more products in the future.
I ordered a shade for my french door - one that raises from the bottom or lowers from the top. I received this exactly when they said I would and it's exactly as expected. Quality looks good and it works great. I would order from them again.
We are pleased with the price and shipment. However, the instruction is not clear at all... We had to reinstall the mount a few times. You should provide a video online for us to follow. The chain is not as smooth as we expected. We have to be very careful when we roll it up or down. We don't understand why the security thing comes with a spring. It makes it more difficult to install. Overall, you really need to improve the instruction.

Roller Shades can be tricky to install but I have sent your comments to the factory to make sure they review the installation instructions. We also have our own installation instructions on the product page for each product.
The tension device at the bottom of the chain is required by Federal law to not function unless it is properly installed. All the devices I have seen use a spring so that the chain cannot be moved until the tension device is screwed into place.

I am very happy with both the cellular shades I ordered and with the company. They fit the window (outside mount) and blocked almost all the light coming in with the sunrise off the lake, which can be very bright. Service was prompt. I will not hesitate to order from this company again.
I measured as instructed, received my shutters, and although I planned for it to take hours to install, I installed 4 shutters in less than an hour. Unpacking the shutters took almost as long as installing them. The price was good, quality was excellent, and service was superb. I held back on doing one room to see how the other rooms turned out. Without hesitation, I just placed another order for the remaining room. I will be recommending you to friends and family. By the way, I used the current promo code instead of the one I heard on the radio while listening to Rush Limbaugh since it was 5% better, but just wanted you to know that I first heard about your company from your radio advertising. I'm sorry you haven't gotten the delivery you expected. I may not have the correct order number for this review. This order was produced in 3 business days (placed on 6/21, sent to the factory on 6/22 and shipped on 6/27). Shipping time was 4 business days with delivery on 7/1.
I will call you to get more information. Unfortunately, in June some of our factories were behind because of the large volume over the Memorial Day Holiday.
