We've done three rooms with three different types/styles of blinds/shades. All were exactly as ordered, reasonably priced and look fabulous. Working on the next room and will be contacting Blindster for our window coverings
What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.
The production times listed on the site are not accurate. Takes well over a month before blinds ship and if you call customer service, be prepared to be on hold for over 40 minutes. I can't rate the product because I'm still waiting over a month after placing my order. Also, they charge your credit card immediately when order is placed, not when product ships. I gave two stars because once I spoke to customer service, the representative was nice and apologetic, but seriously, I just want my blinds that I paid for 5 weeks ago.
Ordering was simple, all 5 blinds arrived very securely packaged and quickly. Installation was the best part - super easy!
The blinds are well made and look very nice in our space. They solved the challenges of our window size (2 small alongside one 46" wide bay, and 2 slider doors) that face the beach. We accomplished the privacy we wanted too by getting the top down- bottom up option.
Called Customer Service, She was very friendly, actually felt like I was talking to someone I already knew!
Got the samples, picked the one we wanted, called back and ordered, everything went great. Happy with the quality. Our shades are 42 inched wide and we ordered the cordless, not sure I'd do that again. Somewhat difficult when raising them to keep them level.

A neighbor told me about Blindster - her blind is very nice. I went online, saw a 30$ discount but ha to wait for my next paycheck and by that time another special had come up for 35%. Online chat helped me chose the right color, ordered it and it arrived about 2 weeks later - installed easily but noticed it did not retract evenly, called and immediately got advice on how to correct it, and it worked. I cold not be happier - and have since recommended it to another neighbor how is waiting for her order
1/2 of our order was delayed in shipping which we did not receive communication about. After several weeks passed we called to inquire and we told they were out of fabric and would be shipped soon. It took two phone calls to get all this information. Finally after calls were made we received the blinds within a few days. There seemed to be a break down in communication as we received no updates as to what was going on or shipping updates. We are used to better services than this. The end product is fine.
I checked both this and another site before placing my order. Both offered discounts, but I chose Blindster.com because their discount saved me over $70! I received an email immediately upon placing my order. Then I received one saying my blinds were in production. Then 3 weeks later I was informed they shipped. We are happy with the end result! I will use them again when I'm on to my next project. My blinds are awesome!
This was my first try with Blindster. I really liked their website for designing your blinds. I was just going to get some simple blinds to cover a pair of windows, but their design tool showed me a split option that worked even better. When they came I installed them with zero hassles and they work great. Definitely recommend them.
I purchased some faux wood blinds, around 72" long. Unfortunately, the locking mechanism to keep the blinds mounted is poorly designed. If you are pulling the chords to draw the blinds up at an angle, the locking mechanism pop out, and the header will come crashing down. If you don't catch it in time, it will break your nose.
I also bought a sunscreen from them, and it isn't cut evenly. The side will wander around quarter inch. So if you're mounting inside a window frame, beware. It may hit the inside of the frame before unrolling all the way down.
I'm sorry you are unhappy with your blinds & shades. I will call you to get these issues resolved.
The time from ordering to shipping to deliver was just as explained. The workmanship and quality appear to be good. The price was better than other options... walk ins or online. We did have to make adjustments to installation on 2 of the 3 blinds ordered. A bit too wide for brackets. But we were able to file down the tip on left end enough to make it work. Be sure to install low enough to get the roller to fit between bracket and top of window frame if inside window.
We have had these bamboo shades up for a month now. The installation was EASY and the product is beautiful. I did not get the black out option due to wanting to be able to see through are ceiling to floor windows out at our backyard. I was worried they would let too much light in but they turned out perfect. We are very pleased with our purchase and will purchase all future blinds and shades from Blindster!
I ordered a total of 9 blinds (well for 9 windows). Several windows are quite large so I measured more than twice. Getting the correct measurements are key As well as double checking it's right when you get the email. I had inside and outside mount blinds.
They all arrived within about a week and they look great. They seem sturdy and operate easily, so far the cats haven't destroyed any!
I would absolutely order from Blindster again!
Ordered blinds for our nursery and bedroom. Came with easy installation instructions. One piece was broken, but blinds yet immediately sent out a replacement. The representative even gave me tips on how to stretch out the new cells of the blinds. Very happy and will be returning as a customer.
We recently ordered the roller shades for our child care center. They were easy to install, wipe clean very easily and look so nice. The ten year warranty is pretty exceptional as well.The order process was easy and the delivery was on time. We will definitely order with them again!
I had a wonderful experience using blister.com. I love my cellular shades. They came in 2 weeks as promised. They were easy to install. The quality is excellent. I accidentally ordered a extra shade but caught my mistake on their follow up email to me. I called the next day and the mistake was fixed. Blindster promptly refunded my credit card. I plan to order from them again.
We are very pleased with the overall experience of purchasing our blinds. Initially, there were online tips on what kind of blind to buy, which helped make the final decision easier. We were sent samples that helped us choose the fabric. The customer service reps were helpful on the phone. The fit is perfect and the installation was fairly simple for my handy husband. For the quality, the price is very good. I'd recommend Blindster to anyone needing window coverings.
We received the blinds exactly as ordered. They fit perfectly and once we figured some things out, they all were installed without difficulty. I do wish there had be more detailed instructions for some of the small stuff. But we managed to eventually figure it all out. First blind took 2 hours of reading the instructions, deciphering diagrams and just winging it with a couple of items. After that, it took less than 20 minutes to install each of the remaining blinds.
Our outdoor shades arrived and after installation, our back porch was even better than it had been. We loved the porch, but the afternoon sun made it impossible to sit there between about 4 - 7 p.m. These blinds still allow plenty of light, but filter out the harsh afternoon sun. They arrived in less than two weeks in perfect condition. This was a great purchase.

We were moving into a new house and needed to change the window coverings on 16 windows! Taking measurements and placing the order online was easy and hassle free. We love how the blinds look!
