We've done three rooms with three different types/styles of blinds/shades. All were exactly as ordered, reasonably priced and look fabulous. Working on the next room and will be contacting Blindster for our window coverings
What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.
I bought the same kind of shades in May of 2015 and I had the same problem. Blindster was very good about replacing them, but the replacements didn't open easily either, so my husband and I just settled with it. The new one we ordered in September was for a more narrow window, so we thought it would work better. NOT, same problem, they don't glide up smoothly. I just don't understand how they have happy customers with this certain product.
Took me an hour just to figure out that the blinds are stuck until you dislodge them with a screwdriver. Our string to turn the blinds from open to shut was also not working. I had to re thread everything myself. It was so much work! The blinds are wood and very heavy, the string seems flimsy to pull them up. I'm afraid it will break after a few pulls
I have used Blindster for my home, my studio and my rental property. Hands down the fastest of anyone. Always fit, except when I measured wrong, can't blame them for that.
Quality is great, customer service spectacular, price is very reasonable. I have recommended them several times. Why go anywhere else?
These are beautiful blinds. So thankful for the call I received from blindster representative after I had ordered on line. I had ordered all wrong. I almost think the average person with no blind making experience should order by phone. Was not that easy to understand process of ordering on line.

Easy to measure, order and install. Fast delivery also. I am very happy with my blinds. Had trouble falling asleep at night due to a bright light shinning into my bathroom from the school behind my house. These blinds do the trick. My bedroom-bathroom is now dark at night. Love it.
Ordered and paid for blinds through Blindster that were not even available in stock and took over a month to get. There was no indication from the website that there was zero availability in stock or a date where the product was expected to ship like most companies provide. After purchasing, the website also stated that my order was in production when it was not. After 9 days they email me saying the product is not available and expect it in weeks.
Would not recommend Blindster and will never use them again. You don't know what you're getting until after you pay.
I ordered shutters for all windows in the house, including a large sliding door. All shutters came carefully packed and according to the measurements I provided. There is a little learning curve for installing them but once you learn a couple of tricks, install is fairly easy and the shutters look very nice. The main reason I chose this company is that the delivery time is much faster than other comparable companies.
Blinds tend to get misaligned at halfway point to bottom. Not perfectly horizontal. Also, the blackout blinds were originally cut incorrectly. One was correct. Other was 2 inches shorter (width). Called and blindster resent blinds with correct width but I had to pay $30 shipping. Should have shipped free since there was blindster error.

I did some shopping around and found that the Blindster site was very competitive, beating many local retailers for the same quality blinds. The color is perfect and they are so easy to open and close.
Order was placed with a helpful representative. Order was slightly delayed but I received advanced notification- a nice touch!

With three orders (15 blinds total) accurately fulfilled by Blindster over the span of a year or so, I consider their products and service to be outstanding. I made an error in measuring one item, and a replacement blind was provided pronto to correct the error. On a second occasion, a blind was damaged in shipping. They replaced the damaged item promptly and without hassle. I have no reservations about recommending them!
First, the motorized shades are great, seem well built and work well. The downside is that Blindster has no way to automate them! No app, no third party product... nothing. This is so 1990!. Ok, so without automation, these seem nice, but dated. Can we have some app that can be integrated with Google Home or Alexa?

Customer service is top notch. Easy to contact and quick response. Blinds are good, not great. A little flimsy (droop in the middle) and difficult to close (pull to the left is too tight) but for the price they look nice, esp when closed.
Their instructions for measuring is error proof. Customer service is 100%! I had to call because 2 of mine were too short in width (their mistake) but as soon as I sent pictures, I got a call that they were sending out 2 blinds. I still need to order 6 more blinds to complete my windows and can rest assure that if I have any issues, they will make it right to my satisfaction.
From my first internet search for blinds to installing my last one my experience was totally convenient, professional and the product sold at incredibly low prices was a dream come true. I have and will continue to recommend this company to anyone that asks.
The blinds arrived on time, fit my window perfectly, and were easy to install. The color was a bit off - the actual product was much lighter than in the photo. My only complaint is the price point; these blinds are made of bamboo, which is a cheap and plentiful material. I found some blinds of the same width on another site with a slightly shorter (but acceptable) length and constructed identically, for half the price - and they actually look better than the blinds I purchased here.
I ordered my blinds and received them in a timely manner. However, after hanging them one was 12 inches shorter than I asked. The measurements I sent were correct, and the box that was delivered even said the correct length. After calling, emailing a photo, and placing a new order another blind will be made and sent. I was not given a time frame for how long this will take. So I will just have to wait with a short blind hanging in my front window until a replacement arrives.

I purchased 9 blinds for our new house. Both cellular and faux wood blinds. The quality of the products were great. They fit on my windows perfectly and they arrived within a reasonable time. I would purchase from them again.
Due to a shipping mishap, my roman shade order arrived in damaged condition. I contacted Blindster and described the broken head rail. They immediately handled the situation and assured me that I would receive a new shade.

We are very pleased with the 16 blinds we ordered from blindster. Ordering was simply and they were shipped quickly. Installation was fairly quick as well. You can't go wrong with the Super Value Faux wood blind, they look great!

We needed blinds for our new home and thought we would try Blindster.com. As a test we ordered two blinds. The products were delivered a week or so after ordering and have worked very well. Our shipment was missing three clips that hold the valence onto the head rail. I called Blindster and they sent out the parts incredibly fast. We'll use Blindster.com for our other windows.
