Two years ago a delivery I ordered was a day late (no credible reason) and I told myself "never again". I decided to try again as I wanted a kid-approriate arrangement. This was for our 8 yr old granddaughter's birthday. I ordered it 4 days in advance, all confirmed. By 7 pm on day of delivery, hadnt arrived, no notification from Bloomex. I called and they said that due to "courier problem" couldnt be delivered until next day. The problem was that courier doesnt deliver to this town (not exactly on the frontier!) on Mondays! This is 1.5 hrs north of Toronto and there are multiple florists in the area.
If they had mentioned this 4 days earlier, I would NOT have ordered;
I want my MONEY Back.
Useless company.

Never again

Had flowers delivered from Bloomex for my mom's birthday and had following problems:
-Flowers delivered at 9am even if I had specified "afternoon delivery" on the order and confirmed this by phone.
-No personal message as I had requested and paid for.
-Flowers no where near the picture. Poor quality.
Terrible customer service and absolute rip-off.
Never again!

Ordered a 600 dollar casket flower for a burial and instead they send a small supermarket flowers!
Absolutely Horrible people to deal with.
Save yourself money and buy from a reputable flower shop.
These dirt bags ruined a funeral and I will never forgive them for scamming us in a time of grief.

The flowers weren't delivered on the day booked even though it was to a usual apartment block they stated they didn't know how to access the building, so I contacted customer service which was deplorable, they gave no apology, placed the blame on me and redelivered late the next day some subpar small bunch of flowers completely different to those I purchased on the website. I paid extra for the "deluxe" bouquet and considering the small size of flowers received and the amount of filler leaves I can't imagine what terrible quality the regular bouquet is. When contacting the customer service department again they then told me I had to take multiple pictures of multiple angles to prove they weren't adequate enough and that I hadn't got in within the 24 hour deadline (I had). Being I sent these flowers from Australia to my 80 year old Aunty that's not something I can get. I would've assumed a company would be apologetic or offer some kind of assistance to amend the situation but instead they pass the buck and blame the customer. Will never order from them again and will tell all my friends and family to avoid them as well.

This is just what $80 worth of flowers look like apparently.

I ordered flowers for my best friend to lift her spirits and was so excited to find a beautiful lavender bouquet on the website. Once received, I saw that it looked nothing like the picture on the website where the picture had included a few lavender roses and the bouquet received only had one rose in a very different color. The flowers were in poor condition and when I advised the company by showing them pictures of what was received, they said they're within their policies and apologize for my unfortunate experience but at the end of the day, was not willing to do anything to rectify the situation. Horrible horrible customer service. I will never buy flowers from here again > :( Please save your money! There are so many other competent florists who care about their customers, Bloomex definitely isn't one of them. I have attached pictures of the flowers on the website and what was received. You will see, they look nothing alike!

Horrible quality and service

Quality of flowers delivered did NOT at all match what was represented on the website photo and description. When I reached out to the company to complain, they said the florist provider could not satisfy the flower requirements as per their website description and substituted with other items they say were of equal value and were in-line with their policy. Looking at the two photos, a clear visual discrepancy is evident and lower grade flowers were used and the overall bouquet uniqueness is lost. I could have purchased nicer pre-made flowers from the corner store. I never complain unless it's warranted yet they refused to rectify the situation and do the right thing and only provided a small $20 store credit that can't be combined with any other offers. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation and will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered an arrangement & vase to be delivered to daughter-in-law's place of work for first day on a new job (a Monday). Bloomex, without notifying me they were altering delivery date from the day I requested, in their wisdom delivered them the Friday previous, so recipient was not even working there yet as she was to begin Monday. The flowers sat all weekend in package and were dead by Monday when she arrived at her new place of work. Totally botched delivery by Bloomex. If they are not going to honor delivery dates they should inform the sender in advance. When I put forth complaint, they sent a "sorry" email, but will not refund me for the dead flowers.Be careful if ordering from this company, you may be sadly disappointed.

Bloomex has the worst customer service I have experienced in a delivery based company potentially ever. I had a very crucial order to be delivered at a very specific day. I called and spoke to a rep, instead of ordering online so that I could get verification that my order could be delivered on time to my specific location. I made it clear to the rep that, timing is everything, and the rep was happy to assure me that my order would be delivered on time. Of course this did not happen. The day went by and no flowers were delivered. I called the person who was to be receiving the flowers as a surprise the following day only to find out there was no delivery made on the day that was guaranteed to me. Bloomex has refused to offer any solutions to their mistake other than "Credit" which is useless as I will never be using their service again. Any rational company would, at the very least, be willing to take the product back and refund us the money that we spent but they made it very clear that they have no intention of doing this at all. I feel completely scammed by a company that claims to hold customer service and reliability as a priority and I suggest anyone considering to use their service to think twice, as they are not going to even try and remedy their error.

Don't order flowers from this Company! If you contact customer service and they say they will refund you your money for the wrong arrangement sent, according to the picture on their website, you will not hear from them again. WHAT A RIP-OFF. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX AGAIN!

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT order flowers from this website. Please see photos below. Need I say more? What you see on their website is definitely not what you get. Save your money and most of all save yourself from the embarrassment of sending crappy flowers to someone special from this website. You can find better flowers at your nearest grocery store, a school yard, or even by the side of a road…. Someone needs to file a consumer protection complaint on this company ASAP. I was so angry, but when I look at how pathetic the flowers appear in the photo, I still can't help but laugh…what a joke, seriously! How is this company getting away with scamming so many people?

I am extremely dissatisfied with this company- this was my first and last time ordering from them-the flowers were delayed and I missed the retirement party! I called and spoke to a rep who told me they would be there by 8 and they did not arrive, And to make matters worse they didn't look anything like the picture the flowers were quite pathetic actually. Their customer service is among the worst! I talked to the online people whom I think is a computer- they gave me the exact same script - I called the phone number 5 times and 4 times were disconnected then the last time I called the rep put me on hold and I got disconnected again- seriously this is the worst customer service I have ever had. This company takes no responsibility for their poor service either!

Delayed service

I ordered my flowers, balloon, chocolate and a teddy bear, yesterday, June 26,2022 and i asked if they can deliver it for today June 27,2022 anytime from 9 am-8 pm, the staff confirmed to me that they can deliver it on the said time, but, then i received a call from an agent that my order will not be deliver today. It ruined my friends birthday surprise, as she will fly going to US, they just told me that it cannot be possible to deliver it for today, i wouldn't order. But what can i do, i don't have choice but to wait for the nxt morning (tomorrow). I hope my friend can able to receive it on time.
Please for the staff of bloomex, dont ever confirmed to your customer that you can deliver it, then later on you will change the delivery date and time, its very frustrating. Thanks.

Added a couple of things to my cart, then after I had added my billing information decided I wanted to change the cart up. Well it didn't give me the option to change the items in the cart, so I used their support chat and she was able to adjust it to where I could edit the items in cart, when I received a notification that the charge had been pushed through. I never actually approved the order! She told me that they couldn't do a refund and could only give me in store credit, which wouldn't be applied til the next day! I'm trying to dispute the charge on my card now. Very disappointed and worried.

Scammers

Ordered a moderately priced arrangement 3 days in advance for a family members funeral through Bloomex, going to the funeral home. Bloomex cancelled noting 'undeliverable' just hours before the service, claiming they will issue a 'credit'. I asked for a full refund since they made a sober occasion even worse. Still fighting with them and my bank for cancelling charges. Gotta be scammers! AVOID!

The ordered bouquet of flowers was to be a mixture of roses, carnations, chrysanthemums and greenery, in purple tones. What was sent looks worse than I bought them at Walmart and has nothing to do with purple tones. Everything was crammed into a plain brown cardboard box. I paid CAD $ 62.97 for the flowers I was embarrassed with.
I'm an amputee in a wheelchair and can't shop where I am pleased. That's why I ordered in a live interview with a representative of Bloomex, to ensure the correct order of flowers. I didn't have to try, I could buy better flowers in Kiji.

Ordered flowers for Father's Day to give to my mother, the flowers were never delivered and no one answers the phone when it rings.
The customer service and moral of the company is beyond poor. They should not own a business liscnese and they are NOT reputable.

Don't believe the pi tires on their web site. I ordered what I thought was a beautiful bouquet of mixed flowers for my granddaughter costing $115.00 and she received a dozen roses totally opened. When I called to complain I was told not to go by the pictures on line and they have the right to change the order. What a scam!

I order flower for my daughters Birthday. She didn't receive them so I contacted Bloomex. They opened an investigation. Delayed by the delivery company. She would receive them the day after her bday. I was never informed of the delay after paying $15.99 for delivery. I ordered the large Bouquet in a glass vase. She received the flowers without the vase, broken glass in the box and the flowers stuck in a dry piece of floral foam. When I contacted Bloomex they said they don't take responsibility for the condition of delivery by their third party delivery service. They would credit me the delivery and refund me for the vase. If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. Terrible customer service and product. See the email below and the photos I have attached. I will never give them another cent

Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we were able to determine that the arrangement you received was made in accordance with our policy. We are able to confirm that it was arranged strongly according to the recipe. We do our best to source flowers as close to photos as possible but variations in computer monitors as well as what mother nature produces from crop to crop do allow for some variation. Please also note, that some flowers could change the position due to the time they traveled or/and the angle of the photo sent could made one think it is different. The florist did maintain the style and color scheme of the arrangement. Please note once an order is received, simple flower care must be followed: stems should be cut by 2 cm and put in the water to hydrate for about 2 hours. After this procedure must be repeated every day. We are sorry for the broken vase, We would like to refund for the broken vase and store credit for late delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please respond to this email if you would like to proceed. Kind Regards, Bloomex Team/

I ordered a bouquet that is on sale. It was delivered on time and in good order, left between the screen door and front door. The flowers were in good shape, but not mostly white as pictured on Bloomex website. I wanted whites because it's a sympathy bouquet.
