Ordered two arrangements of flowers and they turned out completely different than the photos on their website even after inquirying about specific size upgrades how they would turn out. Called customer service to confirm details to the order and they very rudely hung up on me after I requested a few points be added into my order. They got charges wrong on my credit card, and am now having to go through to dispute them. Stay away, not worth the trouble.
I ordered from this company in Toronto. The flowers delivered for a very special occasion were cheap and badly arranged. I was so embarrassed.

Spent $180 and booked in a week in advance seems they kept flowers from the day of booking. It was a such of shame. Could you imagine, your friend received a dry bouquet. They sent you what is left in their stock. Is the amount of flowers cost that much $180?
I bought a flower bouquet for my friends' birthday. I specifically asked to make sure that the flowers were delivered at the unit as it was for a senior with mobility issues. The driver let the flowers at the lobby where there is no concierge and without even buzzing my friend! Not even mentioning that the service on the chat and over the phone is also rude! Whenever I was trying to track the flowers and asked the agent her name she hang up on me. Terrible customer service.
This is the worst experience I've ever had with a gift basket company. I ordered a wine and cheese basket for a friends birthday. First of all, it arrived a day late and secondly the cheese was missing out of it. They are now telling me that the basket was made in accordance with their policy. I guess their policy is to rip people off and not include items. Beware of this company, they like to scam people.
My daughter sent me flowers for Mothers Day and paid extra to have them delivered on Sunday. I finally received them the following Friday. She was very upset about this. One day later and some of the flowers are dead. I am writing this review rather than tell my daughter because she is already upset that they didn't arrive on the correct day. I have received delivered flowers for many years but these are a great disappointment.
Ordered a dozen roses with they couldn't fulfill on time so I tried to cancel and was told if I waited there would be an upgrade.
No upgrade and the flowers were basically dead on arrival. Don't use this website.

I paid 167 dollars for a 2 dozen flowers and supersized it into 30. Two mylar balloons. A pink vase. Birthday card. Truffles.
They sent this and wanted to give me credit. I don't want to do business with them anymore. Cause I saw what kinda business they do. They should've called me and said they can't fulfill the order. They said the location wasn't in their market and the local florist has to put something together. I asked for a refund and they said it's against policy. I will share this review on all sites and make sure everyone never uses them.
I have always been pleased with your product. Today the website - not so much. I requested a list of what was available to deliver on the 28th. 4 choices came up. I selected one and found out it was unavailable. I tried every choice and not available. Why did you make these the only choices? I picked something else, but I doubt that I will be back any time soon. That whole process took 20 minutes and no results. What I was able to choose was considerably more expensive.
My daughters saved to buy beautiful flowers for their mother on Mother's Day. They ordered flowers online from Bloomex costing $80.00 and received some miserable looking flowers which in comparison to my $20 flowers from the grocery was pathetic. Bloomex stole Mother's Day celebration

My order number ******* /03. Sep. 2019. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers Lavender Love (supersize) seen in a presentation... very charming and I would say even misleading... they were for my sister's birthday. Three rags of flowers appeared to have been taken from the garbage. I was deeply disappointed by the bad surprise given to my sister and then by the money spent, not at all few. I do not recommend to all Bloomex Australia Melbourne. Total lack of seriousness and professionalism.
I used Bloomex first time friend of mine told me. I was going to buy something and was planning to mail through Canada Post but I called Bloomex and the customer service really helped me on what I needed also they delivered it. Great customer service. Definitely going to use this again. We can shop lot of gifts sitting home.
Recently purchased flowers as a gift for a friend in Canada using Bloomex. They offer same day shipping if you purchase before a certain time, but it is quite expensive. They have lots of sales, but service fees and shipping fees do add up. I personally didn't see the flowers, but apparently they arrived a little less "full" than showed on the website, which was dissapointing as I paid extra for a deluxe bloom with extra flowers. However, they did grow and bloom bigger over the next few days, and lasted a while as well (feedback from my friend!)
Having previously been disappointed by internet flowers - I am delighted to say that my orders through Bloomex were absolutely beautiful and my recipients were delighted with their gifts - sorted! I will be using you again and again! Delivered on time as promised - Thank you.

We intend to draft a letter to Bloomex demanding that a refund be provided to their customers, including yourself.
To assist us in doing so, please advise of:
The value of any replacement flowers/products received (if any);
The value of any credits provided, and confirmation as to whether you have since used same; and
Your reason for seeking the refund.
We will also require a copy of the invoice, and confirmation of your payment (such as a screenshot of the payment details from your online banking, or an email from Bloomex). If you could forward a copy of same to our office this would be greatly appreciated.

Wish I could give them less than a one star. Made an order with Bloomex decided I wasn't going to move forward with their service. Got to the point of filling out delivery address. To late they charged my credit card. I called and canceled as I decided to deliver myself. This company won't give you your money back even though they didn't deliver anything. Don't use them.
How is a 70+ mother without a phone or computer supposed to send picture proof of receiving flowers? Bloomex policy states, a per the cs rep, no refund without pics. Wow really. So I have to drive 8 hours to take a pic of wilted frozen pics?
Brilliant service! It was prepared and delivered within 2hrs of the order being placed by a lovely local florist. Beautiful and elegant floral composition. My special request was fulfilled with taste and care. Excellent!
The flowers I received were wilted, thrown in the box with no protective wrapping with one sad paper maché. I immediately started life saving measures to try and save these sad flowers in time for my 6 year old to see them, the flowers she got for her birthday from her grand parents. I called to file a complaint and the lady automatically gave me the mail address where to send my picture with receipt number, her voice told me she was used to these calls and didn't really care. I sent the email and never got a response back. Crappy service and sad flowers.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
