I have never written a poor review before but I cannot stay quiet and let other people be scammed
Before Easter, I ordered a luxury gift basket, super size, which cost almost $170
When it didn't arrive on the delivery date, I made numerous calls and was fobbed off
Eventually I was told the parcel went to Darwin instead of Adelaide
I was promised the delivery charge would be canceled and I would be given an extra gift for my inconvenience
When the basket finally arrived I was appalled
NOT ONE of the decadent chocolate items advertised were included: it was filled with boxes and boxes of cheap crackers! (no mention of waiving the delivery cost or evidence of a special gift either)
I took photographs of the contents and called customer care
They emailed me, basically saying too bad, that's what you get!
I persisted, calling them countless more times (after repeatedly being hung up on) and eventually was offered a rebate of half the cost I paid
As I don't want anything more to do with this horrible company, I reluctantly accepted
(I have yet to see the rebate in my bank account)

My sister was very pleased with the bunch of flowers I sent her for her birthday, but when I saw them, they looked nothing like the ones I ordered from the website... still beautiful, but not what I expected... anyway, she was very happy with them and they arrived in the morning, which was a nice way to begin a birthday, so I'm pleased overall... thanks
Ordered on Saturday for Monday delivery never recieved (twice after reorder) Bloomer refused to refund only reorder.
I wanted to surprise a colleague on her retirement day, at work, with a bouquet and found ordering online from Bloomex to be easy and the bouquet I chose was perfect for this individual. Delivery date was not honored. The bouquet was entirely different from what I had selected. Not nearly as nice. In fact, tasteless, like someone had just thrown together what was on the floor. Customer service - subzero. This was my first time ordering from Bloomex. Never, never again will I order from this company. First and last time for everything, I guess.
Ordered a dozen roses with they couldn't fulfill on time so I tried to cancel and was told if I waited there would be an upgrade.
No upgrade and the flowers were basically dead on arrival. Don't use this website.
People make mistakes but this company won't even admit them. A simple red balloon costs $4 CDN and wasn't included. Yet they insist it was, basically implying I'm lying and won't refund as of this date.
If you are looking to surprise a loved one with a nice bouquet of flowers you will most likely end up being very disappointed as I was. The quality of the flowers was appalling with customer service to match. Giving them plenty of opportunity to correct the issue all I got was feeble excuses and by the looks of it a well rehearsed response, obviously lots of complaints... I will certainly not be using this company again and strongly suggest anyone considering using Bloomex look elsewhere to save disappoint.
Get you act together Bloomex and deliver what you are supposed to, the flowers delivered didn't even match the website. You had your chance to make good, hence the well deserved feedback!
Ordered my grandma the deluxe hydrangeas for delivery as me and my partner have Covid. She received 8 wilted roses. Not what I ordered and dead flowers! It was her 76th birthday and she was recovering from surgery... horrible. She told me to call and get a refund. They were asking for pictures, however my 76 year old grandma doesn't have a cell phone or email (and I have Covid)... so couldn't take pictures. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Waste of $50. Horrible customer service.

The title speaks for itself. Order taken, delivery not made. Told delivery was made and for redelivery, need to pay again for the $14.99. This company says it will choose a 'selection of items" to deliver in your basket, from such items as chocolates, tinned oysters, truffles, almonds, gourmet items, etc. I got a cheap package of rice crackers, cheap wafters and FOUR packages of unknown brand or type of coffee. I emailed the company at Wecarebloomex.ca which is a joke as all you get is a standard reply of 'sorry'. I will never use this company again. They are one big rip off and should be ashamed of their advertising.

Before I placed an order, I sought assurances that Bloomex could deliver to that address. They assured me, twice, that they would do so. Then, when they did not deliver, they issued a store credit, without my authorization, against my wishes, instead of refunding my money in full. They said they would get back to me. They did not do so. They are engaging in fraudulent practices. They are in breach of their agreement. Do NOT order flowers from Bloomex.

I had no idea where to get a gift to give to my wife and the flowers got in on time on March 8th :).
I have recently ordered for delivery, the "make a wish" arrangement with a vase&card combo, as the occasion is for a friends birthday. The ordering process was very smooth and many selections with a variety of prices.
I can't wait to hear what my friend thinks of the arrangement when she receives the delivery.

They ask you to fill in the receivers phone number but don't call to check where they can deliver if customer doesnt answer door. I complained and got a $15 in-store credit which is useless as we dont have a store here.
