Bloomex is a fraud website guys. Do not buy from it.
I placed an order on this website and I paid extra for my order to be delivered on Valentine day and they delivered a totally wrong order a couple of days later.
I contacted them and requested a refund and instead they gave me a store credit.
A few months later when I went to use my store credit they said it was expired. Can you believe that?
I have contacted my bank and they issued a fraud transaction case against them.
The flowers arrive 35 days late. I ordered on October the 13 for my mom's birthday, her birthday was October the 14 I paid extra for one day shipping, and she got the flowers today November the 18 it's over a month late. Shameful. I Never use this site again.
Horrible experience and customer service. Ordered a birthday cake with flowers and they only delivered the flowers. When I called to request a refund for the cake, they told me the cake was already in transit, then shipped it 4 days later covered in ants! They still refused to issue a refund and wouldn't return my calls. Person I spoke to was not helpful at all. Never order from them!
I ordered the sympathy flower. The flower was not at the funeral. The funeral director did not receive this flower one day before as the worker told me,
I called many times and wrote several letters but no one reply.
The workers keeep telling me they sent the messages to the manager. He or she will call me in 24 hours. This is never happened from 10/02/23.
No one calls an apologize for this issue.
They took my money already but flower is still missing.
This service is untrusted, disrespect, no compassion, lack of care and horrible services. I read all the reviews I recognize that so many people had problems with Bloomex.
My main suggestions. Do not order any flowers from Bloomex. The quality of flower and the services are terrible.
I write this review to help others avoiding any issues with Bloomex as me.

" Ashamed "

It was just so easy to order beautiful flowers to be sent to the other side of the world. I use Bloomex now for all of my flower deliveries overseas and domestic. The flowers were delivered on time and they were beautiful. Highly recommend this.
Flowers were beautiful, i received a photo of what had been sent which was really great. My friend had the flowers delivered to her within hours of my call. I would definitely use them again. The flowers still look beautiful a week later. Thank you!
The name is incognite. Manager contacted me at other review source when I asked for help just 2 days ago. You always need to reach the fastest way, right? Don ever use their chat. It is particullary automated and there is no profit you gain through it. Use their official mailboxes. Faster and much more effective. Never received flowers, they cant deliver to location I did get them. I will try again next time.
Absolutely disgraceful company. I ordered a supersize bunch of flowers costing $50 plus $15 delivery. What was received was barely a few stems that were nothing like what I'd chosen online. Apart from a couple of token roses none of the flowers were as described and not even a hint of the colour I choose. On top of that they didn't even deliver to the address specified. My recipient had to go and collect them!
I complained and was just told that what they sent was within their "substitute" policy. Despite repeated efforts they refuse to comment on the size, colour and delivery.
This company is a disgrace and what they are selling is not worth the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
It is very important for me to give my mom flowers for her birthday! And thanks to your company for letting you do this anywhere in the world. I paid with a card and the flowers went to my home. I would also like to thank the manager who took my order for her help and the friendly attitude towards the clients.
Excited to send a loved one some flowers for her Birthday. Covid-19 making life difficult, so I prepared 2 days in advance for delivery. $100 dollars later and 7 messages left on an answering machine, guess what? No flowers delivered. Received an email saying they were in transit and would be delivered in a week's time. Wow! Is this really happening in Australia. This Company shouldn't be trading. Scam stay away...
I recently sent flowers to my daughter living in London for her graduation using Bloomex. The flower arrangement was beautiful and promptly delivered to her home. The online ordering service was very straightforward and user friendly. I would definitely recommend them. Oh, and my daughter loved them!
I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on the Sunday before Xmas. The florist rang to say that they don't usually delivered on Sundays. However he made an exception in my case. The flowers were delivered promptly and they were excellent quality. Outstanding customer service.
I have been waiting since May 14th for an upgraded complimentary repeat order because of receiving poor quality flowers. Bloomex promised me this resend order. I am still waiting and it is the evening of May 19th. The first order was sent from Ottawa 5 hours away so was several days getting to me and flowers were in poor shape. I live 1 hour from Toronto. I am now wondering if my flowers are sitting with courier dying. Very disappointed. Would appreciate hearing why Bloomex makes a promise and doesn't carry it out. Very difficult to get answer from Customer Service
This basket was filthy dirty! The items in the basket dirty of dust and filth. The gift card purchased you can see who ever put it together finger prints like black ink all over it! Gift basket wrapping done horribly. Paid for a balloon that wasn't included, the number of items were short, I can't imagine they have any COVID19 protocol considering how dirty this basket and the items in it are, the flowers were wilted and damaged like someone stepped on them. Why would I give this to a loved one? What a complete waste of money and to top it off it was late... can't get a refund from this company. How is Bloomex even allowed to operate with such inconsiderate people in their office. What a cluster f*#%! Don't buy from Bloomex unless you want upset your loved ones. Disgusting
Bloomex has a team of disappointing customer service attitude. No sympathy, nothing. And only thing they will offer for compensation for inconvenience is store credit to plan another funeral... disgusting. Never will I order from them again ever. They lie, and try to gaslight you and does not help. I will be file a report with the BBB it is time Bloomex be held accountable for their behaviour: incorrect delivery, wrong flower sizes and arrangments, over charging, the list goes on.
The ordered bouquet of flowers was to be a mixture of roses, carnations, chrysanthemums and greenery, in purple tones. What was sent looks worse than I bought them at Walmart and has nothing to do with purple tones. Everything was crammed into a plain brown cardboard box. I paid CAD $ 62.97 for the flowers I was embarrassed with.
I'm an amputee in a wheelchair and can't shop where I am pleased. That's why I ordered in a live interview with a representative of Bloomex, to ensure the correct order of flowers. I didn't have to try, I could buy better flowers in Kiji.

I ordered a bouquet of roses for my girlfriend for valentine's day. Bloomex delivered dead roses to her 2 days early. What a cheap and embarassing experience. When I contacted customer service, they couldn't care less. Absolutely robotic in their response.
These guys do not care at all for delivering a happy experience. To them, flower delivery is simply about getting some hopefully passable plants from point A to B, and if they mess up X% of their orders they are fine with that. They won't even pretend to care. It's just a numbers business to them.
I have ordered ( order number is *******) for mothers day. She received garbage weed flowers all dead. I was so ashamed I live far from My mom. And I purchased the most expensive bouquet. I swear I have been emailing them every single day I still haven't received a refund. I want a refund. I won't ever deal with them. I am soooooo ashamed of myself not reading the reviews before ordering. Although my husband bought me flowers from them before and he had no problem before. This is the worst company I ever met. I ordered a flower delivery for celebrating my daughter's birthday on April 26,2023. I paid $165.95 on April 23rd. But there's no any delivery on 26th. When I called the company, they said no any record of my order. When I emailed them my credit transactions to show them that they did charged me but didn't do the job. Then the things started like, supervisor is not available, still no records, no address... DO NOT TRUST this company, it's a garbage company which only care money.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
