Im frustrated my email is NOT working correctly and I need it solved asap. I spent alot of time on the phone the other day with a rep and now its blocking customers from emailing me.
I don't know what the HE! Is going on. I purchased this 2 months ago but had some pressing issues that didn't allow me to get back to this until yesterday and, first I had to call to get my email to work properly and then called to get back to designing my website and I can't get back to what I was doing 2 months ago & when I called I was asked to pay a 3rd fee, now to have one of your developers design my website & that is not what I want & that is not what I was promised & sold & was not told that I would have to do so when I purchased the site.
I had to chat for several Tech Support, most of the time call center that responseded seem difficultly getting me patch to the right Tech Suypport. For a week the issues I was facing still an issue; because I they said to go here and there, and later they are the one you who can update what I needed. I recommended to my friends, I hope didn't make the mistakes of recommending you (Bluehost).
The nav is confusing, like how do i use elementor in wordpress now that I've add the plugin. I'm a beginner and it just opens up window after window...
I cannot work out how to cancel all my stuff on bluehost.
We could never use the site because of a previously unknown company of the same name.

Can't figure out what I'm getting for my money. Can't transfer site from Namecheap. Got a credit card bill for $107.16 but thought the Basic HostingPlan ws lily $2.95/month
Having too many time trouble logging in. And I plan to managing multiple sites here but the main login username is the domain of my 1st domain URL... Confusing
I participated in a live chat with a customer service representative. They were able to quickly and efficiently answer my question and resolve my request. The process was easy.
Signing up was easy, wish there were more tutorials readily available on the site, had to go to youtube to really learn the ins and outs of website creation.
This is not the first time I have created a website but WordPress is overly complicated and not at all intuitive for a non-expert. Extremely little flexibility in design.
New "AI" interface on my Websaites has lots of issues, one of them is the domain names configuration, another issue is that we can not create and administrate easily new wordpress instalations inside a website or other apps, many jam domains in routs that shoud not be pointing to files, and more
Your Wordpress Blue Host Builder is no longer working neather avalilable, and many of my sites I create them with your tool, now i canot edit them. I came to Bluehost because you had that beautifull tool, that is no loger working!

It's ok. The user friendliness is a bit "eh." Took me awhile to realize that logging into bluehost does not log me into WordPress. And I'm still unsure how to edit any pages for posting
I continue to get customers who can't access my site and purchase my books. My web person is frustrated with your customer service and attention to things like SSL certificates.
Convoluted; slow; too much eye-candy instead of clean, fast, functional UI; Safari not supported properly; the experience has not been good in recent years; hope it gets better (although I may not experience it, because customer support has also been suboptimal, and I may switch web hosts)
This experience with Blue Host has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE! My website was deleted due to non-payment (which I was unaware of). NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever before it was canceled then deleted.
I am not a developer nor have any experience in building websites but since I bought the Bluehost plan I am learning every day compared to other hosting sites with its easy-to-use tools, neat and clean interface makes me reachable for whatever I want to make changes into my site. Simply I say Bluehost is the BEST!
You suck. This site has been down for over a week. I had to ask someone outside of Bluehost what the problem might be. They figured it out. Now I have to try to explain that to your tech support.
It's different from the original, and I find in some cases it takes an extra step or two to get where I want (such as to the file manager), but overall it's easier to look at and navigate.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
