Tried to cancel an order I made within 20 min of making it because it wasn't going to be delivered in time for my event and all customers service said was to return it when it's delivered and they would do nothing more. So I have to pay for shipping twice when you could literally just cancel the order? Do better at customer service. Definitely will never order from here ever again
I had a horrible experience with Boohoo. I paid for express shipping (3-4 business days) and it took almost 3 weeks for my order to arrive. When I finally received my order, I was sent the wrong colored item. When I went to the website, the color I ordered was no longer there and was replaced with another color. When I messaged customer service on WhatsApp, they told me that they don't switch colors. The color I ordered is no longer on the website and they should have asked if I wanted to change the color of my purchase. Please do not buy from this company. This is a scam.
I had ordered several times in the past without any issues, until they sent me the wrong sized dress in my most recent order. There is no way to speak to anyone, so I sent an email explaining the issue: One dress came in the correct size and the other was 3x's the size.
They responded with a copy/paste response on how they convert to UK sizes, and then after MANY emails back and forth they admitted they made a mistake but refused to send the proper size. They wanted ME to pay for return shipping and who knows if they'd ever actually return my money once they received my item with customer service like this.
I was not about to reorder and risk receiving a large dress again. Terrible. I'm telling everyone I know who uses them to find somewhere else. AWFUL customer service.
The sole reason for my purchase was a stripped dress I loved on their website, I was able to pay for my order and after 3 days received an email telling me the dress is not available. Went on their website and the dress was still available in my size and you could still add it to your cart. I immediately email customer service back about the issue, never heard from them. I paid standard shipping of $16.99 to Canada and one dress was unavailable and the other I was sent a size 6 instead of a size 4, checked their return policy and it said I had to cover the return. I wish I read these reviews before ever buying anything from them. I also learnt they are under investigation for their workers being underpaid. Awful all around!
Boohoo is the worst between them and pretty little thing I don't know who gets the reward for worst clothing website. Their time for delivery is really off, they say 3-4 days if you pay extra 14.99$ for quicker delivery but that's not the case. I paid extra for early shipping to receive my order, it's been over a week now still haven't received my order. My order status have been the same since I placed my order and I needed my dress on Dec 24th. I think this will be the last time I order from boohoo, because what's the point of paying extra for your order to be delivered in a timely manner and your order still haven't arrived. When I check for my order status it's always running late so inconvenient. Who owns boohoo need to do better we're giving them our money and they don't have the customers in mind, bad business. I will let everyone I know not to order from boohoo and pretty little thing!
I ordered one black longline cycling shorts (and get short one), sandals size 7(they fitting to size 5), dress in light vanilla colour (get peachy/pink color), only what is ok is a pair of socks... never again!
Ordered two items in the same size and they are about 2-4 sizes different. Told customer service and let them know I wasn't happy about paying the shipping fee to return the one item. They stalled in responding for 3 days and finally just told me they can't waive the shipping fee and to just return the item. I spoke to two or three different people (Naomi and Aisha). I then claimed the item as faulty, and am still waiting on a response. I don't agree that I should have to pay shipping for returning an item that should have fit based on other items I've ordered in the past, as well as the fact that the item is so drastically smaller (with no stretch whatsoever). Learned my lesson, and to quote the company, I completely understand where they're coming from, but I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.
So idk why I still end up giving Boohoo a try again…once a year smh. I am the stupid one obviously. Every time, the order gets delayed more and more that it ends up stuck at a USPS location further from where I addressed the delivery to go. I had to drive over an hour for two different orders and both times, USPS could not find it and Boohoo claims they delivered it and would not refund my money. The sheer lengths I went just to get my package that I never came home with, is seriously ridiculous. I can't even blame Boohoo but blame myself for continuing to give them my money. But to help you all, save yourself the headache, your time and money.
They've developed the habit of listing things in US sizes while sending UK sizes. You then have to go through the hassle or returning (in a pandemic) before getting a refund even though the issue is on their end. And somehow, even though THEY messed up it's still your fault.
I ordered $60 worth of clothing from boohoo and they sent me one confirmation email and then never any tracking. I tried to log in multiple times to my acct and it would not allow me. I then tried to change my password and the link would expire within seconds. I finally got ONE SKIRT this week and it's saying my order was fulfilled. Every time I click the contact us link on their website, nothing happens so I literally cannot get into contact with them. The best part is the skirt was literally $7, the cheapest part of the package. DO NOT buy from here they are unorganized and have ZERO customer service and stole money from me. :)) ))))))

Answer: I wouldn't I had to fight so hard for my refund. It took them about 4 months to acknowledge that they had actually received it
