This is the absolute worst company in the entire world when it comes to Customer Service.
I purchase four coats in January. I didn't receive any refund and had to chase them via email. The chasing resulted in 1 refund. I cussed again, three times, this resulted in the second refund. The third coat, again I had to chase several times, with them insisting I'd already been refunded. After back and forth with a very incompetent customer service team, I got that refund around 9th February.
To now, I still awaiting the 4th refund, with various agents telling me it has already been refunded! When it has not.
They told me, I'd get the refund by 2nd Feb - nothing came. I chased and after back and forth, they then told me by 8th Feb - nothing came. I chased again and after back and forth was told by 16th Feb - nothing came!
Today, we have been back and forth around 8 times so far and I'm now told, after being told I was already refunded, that I will shortly get a refund - no date has been given.
Is this even an actual operational customer service team? This cannot be right at all. It is absolutely unbelievable. Wow.
I'd never ever ever ever ever purchase from them again, even if everything was 50p.
If you value getting your money back when you return good, stay away from Boohoo. Go to Misguided or Pretty Little Thing (who, by the way, process the quickest EVER refunds, with no hassle).

Took our money for an auto cancelled order and now not returning after multiple mails. Its been more than 2 months.
My daughter ordered some clothes for a University Christmas function for which she had bought a ticket. She ordered in plenty of time and even paid for next day delivery. However, the clothes didn't arrive for quite a few days and so she couldn't go to her Christmas function. The clothes were extremely poor quality and wrongly sized. She and I have contacted customer services to complain and have made it clear that she wanted to return the clothes and receive a full refund. I feel she should have been refunded her next day delivery charge and at tge very least, the cost of her party ticket which she was unable to attend because her delivery did not arrive. Still now, in February, nobody has bothered to answer this complaint so the clothes still haven't been returned- she wants a full refund. I feel they have deliberately ignored her so that she has to keep and pay for the order. I'm not sure now whether to go to the ombudsman of Trading Standards. Don't order from them - they are a rip off!
I'm from the US so i understand that it may take a while for my clothes to get here but for it to take over a month and i still haven't go them is insane. I cant even track my clothes never buying boohoo again
I ordered from boohoo for the first time a few weeks ago, despite the reviews. I placed a big order with several items. I was surprised that my order came relatively fast, however when I opened the box only part of my order was in the package. I contacted customer service immediately alerting them of this situation and they responded three days later telling me that there is footage of them putting all of my clothes into the order and therefore they will not send me the items that I am missing. I am super mad because I paid for those items and never received them.
I ordered on January 22,2023 and never received my order, I been trying to reach them through the chat bot and can never get through. Tried to email them, since there is not a customer service number, it then said my order number was invalid. This just unbelievable after reading other reviews.

The skirt I ordered was the wrong item inside. The shirt I ordered when I opened the package reeked like perfume and when I put it on it is obvious it was worn, washed, and shrunk then sent to me. The sleeves were so short and it was shrunk up in the body but very wide in the torso. This really gross me out, the smell especially!

I ordered from Boohoo and paid $17 for 7 day shipping. Everything was fine until my tracking stopped updating after it "cleared customs". I called the delivery company and they don't answer their phone or have a voicemail - super sketchy. I've contacted Boohoo support and they told me I need to wait a full month before they can look into the matter. Literally stole my money and won't do anything about it.

I contacted my credit card company and reported it. Credit co. Is disputing my order through Boohoo. I should have looked at their reviews which is bad and would have saved me from all this disappointment. I have never in my life ordered and not get my orders online till now!
Lost my order they kept sending me emails saying 48 hours it will be here. Now a month later still no order or anything reached out to customer service they tell me another 48 hours they to apologize for the delay a free delivery code. I checked tracking and still nothing I think it's crazy a whole month later and still no order they will rob you

This was the worst online shopping experience of my life. Seriously. I ordered two coats from them, they arrived late and looked nothing like the photos. I ordered the same size for both yet they were completely different. I barely fit in one and the other was HUGE, I can't wear either of them. The color was dingy and one of them doesn't even have pockets. When I inquired about a return I was told there was a $6 return fee per item. I told them it wasn't fair I had to pay for a return for low-quality, misleading products. They asked for photos, which I provided. Then they asked for more photos but on hangers, which I provided. Suddenly my emails were "undeliverable." So I reached out again starting a new ticket and they asked for more photos, but also said there's nothing they can do. When I begged them to just resolve this case they stopped responding. I've been emailing them for weeks now they just don't respond. With the incorrect sizing, incorrect color, and missing pockets, this should not be on me to pay to return. I have never in my life been ignored by a retailer and perhaps if they had simply resolved this months ago I would have bought from them again. Their products may be low quality but the people responsible for handling customers are even lower quality, if that's even possible. I'll never buy anything from boohoo and encourage everyone to do the same. Wasted my money but they'll never get another penny from me.

The app doesn't accept giftcards but they don't advise of this apart from in the T&C's (who's actually reading them) not me, I assumed they had created an app that worked considering they promote it. I put my work points towards a giftcard and I never should of because it's been a massive waste of time and money. My giftcard still doesn't work after using it on the website and on a desktop, like they said. Customer service is terrible, no one actually answers your query.
