Scammers! I placed an order with this company and added the Premier delivery package to my basket next day delivery), I checked out, all was fine. The next day I went onto my account to see what time my order would be delivered, when I checked, it showed the delivery was standard delivery 3-5 days. I went onto online chat and asked why its showing as standard as I'd paid £7.99 for next day. I was told that there system automatically sets the delivery to standard and its my job to change it to Premier (even though I added Premier to my basket) what a scam! I bet they have caught out thousands of customers with this! I asked for my order to be cancelled, they said no ( even though it hadn't been sent at this point, I asked for the £7.99 to be refunded they said no again, even though I have paid for a service and they have not provided. I then asked to make a complaint, to which I was told, this is not a hotline! And refused to give me any details to complain to. I found the details myself and made a complaint and they do NOT care! Do not shop with this scamming, poor service, lying company! First and last time I will ever deal with bohoo.

I made a huge mistake by placing a huge order, which at first sight seemed non problematic. I got my order confirmation and I got a mail concerning the delivery is on its way. Days went by and I was waiting for my huge parcel, but it never came. Suddenly one day I received like 5 different mails from bohoo each saying that part of my order is being returned and refunded.
I was surprised, cause shouldn't I have receieved my stuff and wouldn't it be me who should figure out rather I should return or ask for a refund? I calculated all the returns that they stated and found out that what they are basicly telling me is they would not be shipping anything to me at all. Not one single item. Without letting me know whether it is because the fault was theirs or mine, or if anything was out of stock, my order was suddenly stated as returned and refunded. The problem is, I did not get the refund. And I surely did not get my order either. Now three seperate mails has been posted to bohoo from me asking whats going on, and they do not seem bothered by it. Now I feel like an idiot who have wasted 800 dollars on absolutely nothing. SCAM!
I placed an order about two weeks ago, and it was supposed to ship in 2 packages. I received one tracking number for both packages. Both said they arrived, but only one had. This package arrived on 9/12/21 and I have still not received the second package (9/16/21). I also happened to look at my bank statement today and noticed I was charged an extra almost $60 for my order. I contacted customer service, and I spoke to someone named Shah. They told me that my bank statement was correct, and the total at time of purchase reflected this price, but my order confirmation "must have had a glitch." This is false, because my total at the time of purchase, as well as my confirmation email, listed $112.26 as my total. I received a 60% off discount and applied a second coupon to get an extra $63.30 discount. My bank was charged $170.40. I tried to speak to Shah about how this is an undisputed charge as I was charged more than I consented, and they told me to add up each item in my confirmation email and that it would be $170.40. My second issue was that when I made the purchase, after putting in my second coupon, each item did not discount. The $63.30 was only taken off of the total, so each item still only reflected the 60% off discount. Therefore, obviously adding these items up would add up to $170.40 and not include my $63.30 discount. My total before the discount was $165.19 plus $10.47 shipping minus the $63.30 discount for a total of $112.36. Shah refused to credit me any money or take responsibility for the website's mistake and just told me the $170.40 was correct, even though they never included my discount. The real kicker was Shah's final response: "There must have been a glitch when you were checking out and I can confirm you have been charged the correct amount for this order, if you no longer want the items feel free to return the items back to us for a full refund. :)" Pretty sure I never said I didn't want the items? Pretty sure the issue was your site over-charging me without my consent which is an issue on their part that THEY should resolve. Condescending, rude, and should be fired for their responses.
An Absolutely "boohoo" for the money and the hope I lost waiting to fit some pieces to my clothes collection from boohoo.com. Because I order from Greece, I tried to study the sizes chart very well and I measured my body separately for each item I ordered. The clothes though, have unacceptable fit, it is like I ordered for a body of 10 kg less. The quality is the poorest, the clothes are seethrough, and they stick at your skin, very unhealthty. Unfortunately, the return expenses cost 69€, so no worth it at all, to return them for a 30 euros refund. The wide fit shoes I'd what lead me to this site at first, but they are fake. No special design for wide toebox, just one size higher and that's it. I am talking about the black pointy pumps, a khahi ribbed dress with fluffy sleeves, and two openings at the side, one ribbed long sleeve (they're both like small, while I ordered medium), and a mint ribbed short sleeve t- shirt, which first time in my life has narrower shoulders than mine. I am a curvy petite, so I chose this category. They know nothing about clothes and I feel very disrespectful. Plus it takes them more than a week to send you the parcel. This is due to Brexit, I can understand than, but you can write explicitly boohoo " Are you sure you want to proceed? You may lay customs at the delivery and a fortune to return them in case you are not happy that we scammed you". The clothes I gave them already to kids, so I don't have pictures only from the shoes
Hello everyone, do not trust Boohoo because they are scammers and they are never at fault. They took money from my bank account instead of refunding it on January 3rd 2019. Jack, Siobhan and Tasmin have been consistent in telling fibs. Siobhan and Jack said my money would be returned on the 10th. It was not. Then Tasmin said my money would settle on the 11th it did not. My bank has confirmed that they charged me instead of refunding me. To make matters worse they have not offered me anything but every morning since the 3rd I get more texts from customer service reps who tell me the finance team did not debit my account which are all lies. I never received what I ordered on November 14th and today is January 12th 2019. They never take accountability and blame the customers for their mistakes. I will never deal with them again. I have repeatedly sent screen shots showing them how the finance team took my money to the point that I said look at the minus sign where the transaction took place. I am filing all the texts on Instagram and the screen shots with my formal complaint with the attorney general and the better business bureau. By law a merchant can only hold your money 7 days and we are way beyond that point.
I generally love Boohoo's clothes and with the discounts, most of the prices are reasonable. Thing is, my most recent order they done goofed on. I ordered $320CAD worth of stuff and they didn't ship one of the tees I purchased. Furthermore, the shoes I ordered were stained and their 'regulation' sizes run larger for the shoe (which I did not know). As a customer, if any of the sizes they state are outside regulation, that's their fault. But not at Boohoo. At Boohoo, it's YOUR fault!
I told them what happened to me, and they said they could not get me another size because they 'don't do exchanges'? They said they could send me a new pair anyway, because the ones I received were stained. Like what? If you're gonna send me one anyway, and if I have to send you the faulty shoes back, why not just get me a new size please? Furthermore, they kept confirming if I wanted a 'reorder' of the tee that was missing... like hello? DUH, you didn't SHIP the item I PAID for. What are you? Illiterate? Please.

PLEASE DON'T EVER ORDER FROM HERE! It was my first time ever ordering from here back in January. One whole month went by and I still didn't get my things. I contacted them and they said it looks like the transit was lost and to wait a bit longer to see if I receive it and or for them to refund. I waited a whole other month, and still nothing. By this time they said it was being sent back and they would refund me. As I checked the refund I realized the shipping I paid for wasn't refunded. I contacted them and they told me this time that it was attempted and that is why it was sent back and they don't refund shipping costs. I told them our building has problems sometimes even with amazon and they tend to deliver it to the wrong place/building. I said my roommate Is there most of the day and it 100 percent was never attempted and or left notes that it was. They STILL said no they can't refund me. In shock at the fact that after 2 months of my order I never received the order and I still had to pay for the shipping for a order I NEVER saw. That is just insane to me how a business like this would work. I went straight to my bank as I told them I would and had to do a dispute. Please save yourself a headache and never order from this place, I wish someone would of told me that before.
I'm just came here to share my disappointment with this company, I bought one grey tracksuit with a hooded, on boohoo app, it supposed to be for valentine's day, anyway my item came totally different, it delivered for me a green tacksuits with no hoode. Completed different item that I order.
That's ok, I contact the costumer service told them what happened, I gave my tracking number, took the picture to prove, they saw it was wrong, they said I had to return it by post, and the return was totally free, next day I went to the post office I had to pay 9 euros to return it, ah I just had to go on an post because the fastway u are unable to contact them,
I contacted again the costumer service and they said they would refund it for me, fine, so finally I asked then when my right item would be delivered, because I still wanted the right grey tracksuit and they said it is out off stock.

Ordered prior to my b-day on 02.04.2015, waited 2 weeks for the paid "3-5 days delivery " to find out that they sent it to the wrong address, nobody knew because Hermes tossed it in their bin... found out about this on the 16.04.2015, emailed them, after over 10 emails and poof from the wrong address where they sent it that the parcel was returned, they said they can't give me the 2 items i ordered because they do not have them in stock(i replied, that all they had to do was to return the same parcel... they said they can't... and that they will give a refund, can i please confirm the address... i confirmed the address AGAIN)... THE NEW PARCEL ONLY WITH 1 ITEM THIS TIME ENDED UP AGAIN AT THE SAME WRONG ADDRESS, disturbing my 84 year old neighbour which looked at me like i am the crazy one, not the incompetent people at BOOHOO), interesting how parcels from River Island, Amazon ordered on 02.04.2015 arrived to my address in time, not to a neighbour, no problems... first time in years of ordering on line this happens... never again i will order from them... TOO MUCH STRESS
Please don't order from them - I placed orders from them in July this year and never received one of the orders but they took my money! Worked out they owe me £289 in total - the customer service is the worst ever - I have spent hours and hours trying to explain my case through email, and their Facebook messager - everytime I message someone new replies, I then have to explain the case all over and again just to be referred to someone new who hasn't a clue, on average I send 3 messages a day asking for my money, do the maths -that's a lot of time. I'm also having to pay interest on my credit card as I have an outstanding bill, so I'm in debt because of this shambolic company. They are now completely ignoring my messages and they do not have a phone number - I'm going to take legal action and contacting watchdog- reading all the other reviews I would urge you all to do the same as we have such a strong case to expose them for what they are - scam artists with the most diabolical customer services- will not let them get away with this day light robbery! Please spread the word - DO NOT USE BOOHOO!

Placed my first order after sitting up for hours in the middle of the night to make the end of sale deadline after seeing a bag I liked on their site. I shopped the site for many other items, some of which were going to be Christmas gifts.
Much to my surprise & confusion, weeks later, when I was expecting my order, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled and refund was being processed. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?
I then contacted them and asked why & how this happened and the reply was as if automated, didn't answer the questions, just said they would refund. It had already been refunded...
I wrote back asking for it to be escalated (hopefully to a real live human being that would be able to answer questions) and they said I must send a letter, yes, by post, to the UK to have it escalated. A written letter sent by mail for a complaint to an online store... really?
I then spent a couple of days "discussing/arguing" about this and still trying to find out what happened to my order on FB messenger, all for nothing...
The time I wasted on this was huge.
1) By looking all over the site making a large order
2) Having to re-shop for Christmas presents that never arrived
3) Emailing back & forwards numerous times
4) Days spent on FB messenger
They have no idea what happened, likely they cancelled my order accidentally & for ALL of this inconvenience, they didn't once offer to reship or credit my account. When pushed, after "300" contacts with them, they offered me $5.50?!?!?! WTH can I do with $5.50?

Order some clothes 2 days ago was suppose to deliver to a commercial address today. I work from 9-5 boohoo deliver till 9pm I have stated that I do finish at 5pm none of the member replied to my emailed or helped my out. For a respond I had to contact them via Twitter. Ladies who "tried to help" who do not help at all; all they do is check the tracking number which is basically the same thing what I can do and I don't get paid for but anyways. Non of them helped me at all I've spend over £160 and for me to pay for delivery 4.99 next day and not receive it is just annoying especially know it's all birthday present clothes. Never came across such a bad service. Funniest thing is that they said they will leave it outside in a safe place! It's a joke if that packages gets lots let's see what money I will get back. Never again I will plan to order from. They hVe terrible transport company who does not care about their customer one bit. I forgot to mention that the girl I spoke to said I never mentioned my 'company name' as it is a unit which belong to both companies it's very confusing so I have decide to put unit number and she told me there was an attempt deliver at 16:48 and I waited in the rains for 1 hour there was no one there not only they provide vs device but lie in my face. They might have nice clothes but for me if u don't know how to treat ur customer you shouldn't be in a buissnes like that! Wouldn't recommend anyone hVe a look how many unhappy customer that hVe on their Twitter then maybe they will sort it out when they loose some customer and provide better services.
