I am always tempted by the out of the world travel offers that Book Airfare provides us with. I have always made the most of it.
I used this website only once and I found it useful. The website speed was standard and the online procedures went off well.
The representative had done an excellent job. I had got all the requested information. I will always use bookairfare.com for all my trip.
I had called the customer service many times for changes and adjustments. They were too good and polite. The customer service is wonderful.
The Customer service was good and helpful. I was upset that I did book the seating but did not get it on our flight. Over all it was good.
This travel website is new age and is updated from time to time. Navigating is easy and the services are of quality.
This website provides decent travel deals and quality service similar to any other standard and reputed travel website.
This site has a team of trained customer support system. The agent whom I spoke with was friendly and answered to my questions.
This site offers great discount airlines all throughout the year which makes it quite easy for me to travel frequently.
Bookairfare is a great site for finding discount air tickets; I always get the best deals from them.
This website is a decent one. I have booked my tickets twice from here and haven’t faced any problems so far.
Very dishonest, difficult and unwilling to help once they got your money. Never deal with bookairfare. Com.
The customer help desk is extremely polite and helpful. My queries have been solved within a very less time.
The online notifications and email alerts post booking comes generally on time. I have not faced any issue with that.
The online ticket booking process of this website is so easy that even a first timer get it done without facing any hassles.
I love the price rate that this website offers on air flight tickets and other services. For me it has always been pocket-friendly.
Before I give you my review, here's a brief bio on me...
I am a complete idiot. I signed up for an account on this site so I could leave a review, but I used someone else's email account because I'm too stupid to realize that it isn't my Gmail account.
I've been doing this for nearly two years now, putting the wrong Gmail address into stuff that I sign up for. I'm a teacher, but can't figure out email.
So, as long as I'm an idiot, the actual person that has this email account will continue to do stuff like this to show what an idiot I am.
The actual user of this account has notified my accountant and several students that have emailed "me" at this address and asked them to let me know what an idiot I am, but here I am... Still an idiot.

I didn't look at the reviews until AFTER I completed my purchase. It left me paranoid as heck, so I immediately called the toll-free phone number. My agent was Symon and he was FABULOUS! I shared my concerns based on what I read in reviews on this site, and to reassure me he promised that:
A. I would NOT incur any extra charges beyond what my confirmation stated.
B. My flight ABSOLUTELY WAS TICKETED.
C. Should I have ANY ISSUES, he would personally address them.
Therefore, while on the phone, he sent me a personal test email; and because I hadn't received my official travel info yet, he re-sent that email also (twice). Once we hung up and I received my e-ticket info, I logged onto the airline's site (Virgin Australia) to confirm that I really did have a ticket... and YES I REALLY DID HAVE A TICKET! Lastly, I called the airline for further confirmation, and the airline also confirmed that everything was booked and confirmed.
The main reason I decided to take a moment to leave this review is because I am a student going on a study abroad trip (to Australia) where cost matters a LOT! Had I gone solely off of other people's experiences and reviews, I would have caused myself to spend more money than necessary by not booking through this very reputable company. It seems that when we have good consumer experiences, we are much less likely to share, than when we have bad experiences. This was a wonderful experience!
By the way, PLEASE take a moment to read the terms and conditions before completing your purchase so that you are fully aware of the parameters of your purchase!
This nightmare began when my father passed away unexpectedly just over 1 month ago. I was in shock but knew I had to make it home for the funeral so we rebooked our return flight through the booking agency, Bookairfare, to make it home in time. Both Austrian Airlines and the Agency confirmed everything was good to go the day before the flight. We showed up 3 hours early to check in and were told there was a reservation but no tickets, so we sat at the check in desk and argued with both the agency and Austrian airlines and they finally got on the phone with each other and argued.
After four or five hours and the flight had left, a representative from Bookairfare informed us it was our fault because we didn't send them a death certificate, which doesn't exist until at least 2 - 3 weeks after someone passes away. Also, no one mentioned this the previous day when we were assured everything was ready to go. So Bookairfare said we could rebook for the next day and "just pay the difference in airfare, $1400". This would be no help as we would have missed the first ceremony of the funeral.
We ended up booking a whole new flight through Austrian Airlines so we could make it in time and wouldn't have to deal with not having actual tickets again the next day, and paid $1900 in hopes that we could cancel the other flight due to a death in the family and at least receive a refund. After we finally got on a flight and were rushing to make our next flight, Bookairfare called me literally 10 times and tried to pressure me into emailing them that I would like to cancel the flight and they would be able to get me a credit. I was exhausted and felt weirdly pressured to send that email because the representative repeatedly said "But you need to send it right away", and it was as I was boarding the connecting flight.
I made it to the funeral and have been trying to cope with everything since then. I finally started back at work a week and a half ago and decided to start the process of getting a refund for the missed flights to make up for having to book a whole new flight. Bookairfare has not responded to any emails or phone calls. What a joke.
I wasn’t content with its services the first online booking. This time, which was my second booking I founded quality improvement in services.

Answer: Dear Anna, We appreciate the opportunity to answer your question. When you book your reservation online, you will be asked to select a seat basis your preference (Window, Middle or Aisle). Once the booking is complete the system will automatically assign seats basis your preference provided the airlines offers & accepts advance seating assignment. In case, the airlines doesnt offer or accepts advance seating assignment, you will need to call us i., e the travel agency or the airlines directly to request a preferred seat. Please keep in mind that the airlines may charge for certain select seats. For more information, you may call and speak with one of our travel advisor on 1-855-282-6507
The company has garnered a mixed reputation among customers, with some positive experiences highlighting helpful and courteous staff who successfully facilitated travel arrangements at competitive prices. However, a significant number of reviews reflect severe dissatisfaction, particularly regarding customer service issues, including unfulfilled promises for callbacks, rude interactions, and difficulties with ticket cancellations and refunds. Many customers reported feeling misled by pricing practices and faced challenges in resolving their concerns. Overall, while there are instances of effective service, the prevailing sentiment suggests a need for substantial improvements in customer communication and support.
