Il could not say I'm satisfied and will tell on internet how poor is your customer service. You didn't provide me any support when I told you my flight has been canceled due tout snow and postponed for 2 days. You just suggested me to directly contact the car renting company, means you didn't care about my problem.
I called Renta Car to postpone for 2 days they said yes but they invoiced me for two days extra (when I took the car)
I was expecting as responsable company dealing regulary with renting car compagny you could have a stronger position to negociate
In fact it is not the case, means you are a too small company with no power in front of them (or, again, they don't care about their customers which is worst.)
I will just strongly recomand to avoid to work with you as a non reliable company

I informed them about about my time change it was 12h later than my car rental. I send my email to them a day before but they did not inform car rental. When I cam my car was not available bc they failed to inform them even though I paid already for. Now they claim that is the car rental policy. I feel ript off

The lot service rep was also very good in spite of it being an obviously busy day. All in all, we completed the entire process of paperwork to leaving the parking garage in less than minutes.
They were unable to provide a car rental near me yet would not refund my 88.00. They have no customer service that you can speak to by phone and would not respond to my e mail.
This Company will not deal with you after you have purchased. They will tell all sorts of lies about terms and conditions and pricing to get you to buy and then you will never get the car or a refund. Told Excess and deposit was £200 and on arrival it was £2000!
