It was a pleasant surprise to rent from BookingGroup. The condition of the cars is excellent; never ever received a car which was old. Like the professionalism and condition of the cars.

I reserved a Dodge Grand Caravan to be picked up Feb 11 from Fox at the San Francisco Airport. When I arrived at the rental counter, the line was literally out the door. There were only 2 agents servicing the line and I counted 63 people in front of me. I waited in line for 30 minutes and it moved forward 10 feet. I expect it would have taken in excess of 3 hours to get to the front of the line. I ended up renting a car from Hertz at a walk-in rate in 20 minutes in order to get to my appointment in time.
After many delays, customer service offered a refund less a $50 "Administrative fee" and told me I was lucky I got any refund. And it will be 45 more days before I get it (if I get it). What did I do wrong to cost me $50? (They said I should have called them). What did they do right to deserve it?
