I recently rented a car here for a one way trip to Maryland the experience with the staff here was a good experience they called a few days before my rental date to confirm my reservation however on the day of my arrival they didn't have the car I booked they gave me a free upgrade basically I went from Hyundai to a Mercedes suv thank you
They don't have a drop box so you cannot leave keys or vans out of hours which means you have to see someone. It just took me 40mins to drop some keys back.
Great place in and out dealt with us in a jiffy... Dylan is great. Roshell NOT so friendly! Place me on hold because she had to many people in her office she stated!

I WILL NEVER USE YOUR WEBSITE AGAIN, I WILL ADVISE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO NEVER USE YOUR WEBSITE. THe amount of distress that this caused me and my fellow travelers is not worth it and I would hate for anyone else to go thru this. NEVER AGAIN!

What a rip off, don't use these guys ever, if you have to cancel they will slug you 65EUD, even if you cancel six weeks out from your trip, in a world of lock downs and borders being shut and do not click on the insurance tab of the email they send out, once you click that tab in the email, you pay, not even take you to another site for further review, you just pay! You contact them and you get nothing back, i guess when dealing with thieves you deal with people that don't care at all, just scam after scam! DO NOT USE, DO NOT USE DO NOT USE!
At first I did not think that I would order a rental here, it happened at a certain moment when I needed to be in Italy in 3 days! But I managed everything
They made sure to fix the situation beyond my satisfaction. Each time I called and went into the location, I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy.
BookingGroup staff was pretty awesome, they upgraded me and took care of business when things weren't right. All in all they made me a BookingGroup fan for sure!
The employee Yousef (sorry it I spelt it wrong) is the nicest and helpful employee and explained everything very well and got done with us very quickly. Also found us a good car for our road trip
