I was impressed by you company services. I don't what caind of business you and ACE RENT CAR are. BOTH OF YOU USE THE CUSTOMER AS A PING PONG BALL. NO RESPECT. THEY CHANGED THE RESERVATION NOT MATTER I SAID IDONT WANT EXTRA DAYLY CHARGED. ACCORDING TO ME MY RESERVATION WAS FOR ONE WEEK, MARK REFUSED TO LOOK THE CONFIRMATION EMAILS I RECEIVED FROM YOU. HE STARTED TO ASKING TO GET PRODUCTS THAT I REFUSED.
1. CAR INSURANCE. I HAVE MY FULL COVER FROM GEICO.
2. THE FLORIDA SUN PASS, I ASKED TO DONT BLOCK, THEY BLOCKED NOT ALLOWED ME TO ADD THE CAR I RENTED FROM " ACE RENT CAR ", MARK NOT EXPLAINED TO ME CLEAR THE SPECIFICATIONS AND THE TOTAL WENT UP MORE THAN 70.00 DOLLARS, HE CHANGED THE SIZE OF THE CAR I REFUSED, I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER HIS NAME IS MARCOS AND HE REVIEW THE RESERVATION AND GIVE ME A FULL SIZE CAR. AFTER I WAS MORE THAN ONE HOUR WAITING ON THE LINE WITH LESS THE TEN PERSON IN FRONT OF ME. I WAS SO TIRED.
THEY ARE NOT REVIEWING WITH THE PASSENGERS THE DAMAGES ON THE CAR. THEY SAID TAKE PICTURES. I NOTED THEY ARE COVERED EACH OTHERS TREATING THE CUSTOMER WITH DISRESPECT, CHANGED THEIR NAMES, AND REFUSING TO SUPPORT.
On September 30,2020 I went back ACE RENT CAR in Fort Lauderdale Airport without driving licenses that was missing with the AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD. I CALL MORE THAN TEN TIME TO ASKED ABOUT THE CHARGES AND THE MISSING DOCUMENT, NOT ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE.

When I arrived they advised me, the money was taken from the account as expected, I received the car, which I determined together with the manager
