I found several books I wanted at great prices. I was a little disappointed about the $35 threshold for free shipping but I was able to find enough books for that. The website is fairly easy to use. The delivery was by USPS and came fairly quickly. The books were all in tip top shape!

The boxes arrived damaged and books were missing from the hole in the box. Many of the books had bent corners and folded pages from lack of packing. When we called you get a quick answering machine message and a hang up. Send a email to get a response in one to two days maybe. Very disappointed.

Disaster. The boxes were ripped open die to improper packaging. The books were damaged. Loose books thrown into oversized boxes with no packing or waterproofing. My order had 2 boxes and both were improperly packed and because of that both boxes had damaged books.

There are many places to buy books online: Do yourself a favor and shop at one of the many other alternatives.

Product itself was fine, as was time it took to get here, but the packaging was some of the worst I've ever seen. Tossed loose in a box, when it arrived the box was broken open and with nothing to keep the books from flapping around one of the smaller books was crushed by the bigger ones.

For the most part, I have loved my experience with book outlet! Originally my only hang up is I sometimes received damaged books. But because of the price I easily got over that. My first real issue happened with my most recent order as I received extra books I did not order and I was also missing some books.

Always happy with Book Outlet! On the few instances where there have been issues -- such as a book damaged or missing -- they have promptly resolved the issue and customer service has always been nice.

I love reading and was reading all of my books off my Kindle. After awhile, my eyes became so tired from the light so I decided I should try to find some real books to read. I went to thrift stores and bought some off of other people, but was wanting newer books. I was told to come check out Book Outlet and I love it! I bought three bestsellers that were published in 2019 for $1.99 a piece, as well as 3 other books for under $2. They all arrived perfect without any marks or missing pages. I was so happy.

I love Book Outlet! They have many of the titles I am searching for at reduced prices. Shopping and ordering are easy and my books arrive fairly quickly and in good condition. I have never had any problems with any of my orders.

I love the idea of getting books at a discounted rate. I love that I can stock up on books for me and my family. I was a little discouraged by the shipping. I have placed 3 orders and although one is FINALLY out for delivery, I am not sure when the others will be here. I do understand they came from out of the USA and with that, there is timing and procedures to be dealt with. However, it has taken 12 days to get the books and they are still not here. I am currently seeing it could be today, the 31st or the 1st of Feb for delivery. I wish I had known that shipping was longer than expected when placing the order. However, that is not going to deter me from buying again. I will just place an order 2-4 weeks prior to when I want the books to ensure delivery.

I've ordered 3 times from Book Outlet and so far, all the books have been in perfect condition except one which came in damaged. They replied quickly and refunded me, so I can't complain about their customer service. Their shipping however, is horrible. 2 of my orders came in from Canada and I live in Arizona so it takes FOREVER. They use Wizmo for initial shipping and it takes about 1 week just to get my order from Wizmo to USPS and another to get it delivered to my doorstep. I understand they use the cheapest shipping company possible but this is ridiculous. I've seen other reviewers claim to get their orders quickly, but I've had a totally different experience. If you live in the west coast or close by be prepared to wait 2 weeks for delivery.

The children's book- used- was in nice condition. Unfortunately, the musical Sing-Along feature does not work, even with NEW batteries. I should have realized that a used book isn't perfect, but it's a REAL disappointment for my grandson!

The wrong books were sent and while the delivery time was acceptable, it will now be completely unacceptable. I would hope the new books would be sent much more quickly at no cost to me, but I have my doubts.

Was very happy about every aspect of my order. From finding exactly what I wanted, to fantastic pricing, to ease of ordering, to quick delivery in perfect condition; I am thrilled and won't hesitate to order again!

Book outlet is great. I wish some of the prices were a little cheaper (some of the books are still more expensive than on amazon, just some though). Otherwise I love bookoutlet and recommend it to a lot of people

Books are in super great condition. Overall prices are excellent. The books on the website are numerous and cover lots of topics. Customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall as a first time buyer just an excellent buying experience.

I ordered two books, which were shipped the next day! Great! The hardback jacket had been badly stained by water, or something else, so I had to throw the jacket away. The book itself was completely fine.

My favorite place to buy books, especially hardcovers and middle grade! Good selection and great prices and sales! Also love that there is a spot on listings for other books by the same author so if it's a series, you can see if they also have the other books in stock.

I encountered problems with the connection twice while completing my order, despite the fact that my internet connection remained constant throughout the process. Also, during the course of placing my order, my order was first reduced from 4 books to 3, and ultimately only 2 books were shipped to me

The price paid for the books was amazing and the reason I order most of my books from Book Outlet, I understand that the 2 weeks shipping time is just the new normal. My latest package quite frankly looked like it had been beat to heck and back as it had to be wrapped in packing tape at some point to keep the box intact although there was a somewhat large hole at the corner that didn't get taped, so the paperback book close to that corner did sustain a minor tear whereas the other books were undamaged. I will continue to order from Book Outlet, the prices are worth it but I do admit I will be anxious about the condition that my order will arrive in.
