Book Outlet

The only problem I had was that they were not delivered in time for my childrens' party.(I have a home childcare business.) That could be due to me not ordering in time or a delay with the USPS. I was tracking the package and it said it was in my local post office for 5 days before I received the package which was frustrating. I loved the books and the price and will just order earlier next time if I have a deadline. Thanks.

I typically scroll through book outlet when I'm wanting to add more books to my collection but don't have the budget for Barnes and Noble. I love that I can always find a book or two that are on my TBR list. The delivery took a little longer than last time but otherwise a great experience.

I loved the price and how well it was packaged no damaging. Would like to have more of an update on my purchase processing and being shipped and the tracking but overall loved and will continue to purchase in the future

I was recommended Book Outlet by a friend a couple weeks ago and ever since have been just a little (okay VERY) obsessed. Book Outlet has the best prices I've ever seen for books with up to 90% off list prices and usually has sales on top of that. Book Outlet has high trust ratings on trustpilot, sitejabber, and every other website I found. Shipping is very affordable - only $5 or free if the order is over $45. I've ordered books from Book Outlet 3 times now and every time they've arrived in decent time, and in excellent condition. I liked being able to track my order through Canada Post as well. The website is very easy to navigate and even has extra features such as tips on how to get rid of those stubborn annoying book stickers we all struggle with. Although their supply is more limited than Amazon or indigo, it's definitely worth it to look and see if Book Outlet has the book you want before you go buy it at a much higher price elsewhere. Their books are all new and more books arrive every day. Overall, I love Book Outlet and will most certainly be buying from them again in the future!

I first found bookoutlet.ca in the spring during lockdown. I have since placed 4 orders with them. All of my books have arrived in great condition and I'm always excited to find books on their site that I have been waiting to read. I love taking advantage of the bigger sales(more than 15% off) and have also used 2 coupon codes from their loyalty points program. I have recevied points for friends ordering which is great. When I didn't receive rewards for taking loyalty quizzes I emailed customer service and was given the points immediately. I am very happy with bookoutlet and will continue to order from them for myself and my family.

I've ordered many dozens of books and have ALWAYS received exactly what I ordered and the books are in perfect condition. Other than a small black mark on the bottom identifying it as a book that was purchased from a bookstore that had it on the shelf too long. Never ordered the scratch and dent versions even though I could save a few dollars. It says right on the site they may be damaged. Just bought a two book series and Book Outlet only had the first book so I had to buy book 2 from Barnes and Noble. You can't tell them apart as far as quality goes. Book Outlet cost $5.39 Barnes and Noble cost $14.89.
And, I'm a Barnes and Noble paid member.

My only issue was that my box was not glued well on the bottom so it was open and when I picked it up on my porch to bring it in, books started falling out. I was afraid part of my order might be missing but it was all there.

The purchasing process was simple and fast! The shipping time was great as well. I placed my order and had my books within the week! I've referred the site to several of my friends and they have also made purchases. The books are in great condition, not that I had any doubt!

Overall great experience. Most of the books only have minor damage as described on the site, no biggie at all. Totally readable/photographable still for my book review page. I did have two minor issues though. 1.) when the boxes arrived, the seal on them was broken. Had the weather been bad the books would have gotten soaked/severely damaged. Luckily, that wasn't the case, but the box was essentially opened when it got here (and anyone would have stolen the books out of the box without even trying). Second, I ordered paperbacks of some books and was sent the hardcover versions. Not the end of the world, but for people trying to keep their series all the same book type (or at least for the most part) this should be noted. Otherwise great experience and I'll be ordering again for sure! Can't be the prices.

The quality of the books is great. Some hard and soft bound books are great discount prices. A little challenging looking up the books I wanted. They don't always have the books I am looking for. Be patient there are some great finds. It took a little time for them to arrive but they were in great condition.

I love ordering from Book Outlet. My only complaint is that their boxes ALWAYS fall apart during shipping. It's an actual miracle if my order arrives in a fully sealed box, which I think has only happened once in the two years I've been shopping with them.

I was excited by the deals and the affordability of the books and I don't regret purchasing at all. It shipped really quickly. However, I do wish that there was some type of notice if they run out of a book after you purchase or something of that nature, I was confused when I received my package and released a book had been taken off my order.

I was expecting the book cover to look the way it did in the listing but it was a different art style. Other than that the book was so cheap, brand new. Took almost 2 weeks to get here but I'm happy still.

My experience started off well, the website was easy to navigate and placing my order was simple. It was when I received my book that I became unsatisfied with my experience. It came in an unlined paper envelope with no bubble wrap or cardboard to protect the book. As a result, the book I received had large bends in multiple places, including right in the middle of the book.

Shipping took awhile but even worse was watching our mailman deliver the box and using his hands over the end because it was no longer a taped box. The books had obviously been coming out and several books had dented ends. If there was any package material it was gone. Poorly packaged and dented books, 2 stars is really even too much for this dissatisfying purchase. Very hesitant to order again.

Book Outlet had the books I wanted, which were intended for a gift. The price was good. No problems with sending the books to a different address than mine. Delivery was prompt.

I ordered a specific cover of a book because that's the only one that they had advertised which was great because they happen to be the one I wanted. When I received my book, it was the wrong cover. I called them and they told me it's basically a gamble on which one you're going to get.

I did a search for the book which I needed for my book club. It was not difficult to use this website and I ordered the book without difficulty. It arrived in a large cardboard envelope which I liked because I could recycle it. They even included a book marker. Nice touch! The book appears like new.

The ordering process was easy and the books shipped promptly. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of books I received, and at such a reasonable price. I'm stocking a bookcase in a playroom for my grandchildren. These books are a perfect addition. Thank you.
