Book Outlet

I love Bookoutlet because I can get so much better deals than I can at other stores. Sometimes the postal service delivery takes longer than it should, but that's just through the postal service, not Bookoutlet itself. Great site!

My order was shipped quickly. The books were in perfect condition! Although I preferred one of the books content to the other, this was not because of the vendor. I would definitely shop again at Book Outlet for books!

I was so excited for these book becasue they were so cheap and on sale! The delivery took forever. I ordered 16 books and received ONE, that was torn and damaged. The other books have not come yet and the tracking number has not been updated sine 12/31. So those books are probably lost in the mail somewhere.

I will definitely be ordering again. I liked the variety and the price of the books. I didn't love that all of them seemed to have a black or red marker swipe on the top or bottom of the pages. I didn't see that in any information on the website. I also didn't love the time it took to get my order after it was placed. But I'll allow for more time in the future if I'm ordering for a specific occasion.

Books were ordered for my great grandson, 16 Mon old. He loves books and these were a HUGE hit with him. Selections were great, it was really hard to choose which ones to pick... Which was a good thing.

It was very easy to shop and pay for the books I wanted. The delivery time, I waited a bit but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle because I didn't know exactly when I would potentially be getting the books delivered. My purchases showed up and in good condition; one book got lightly damaged in shipping where the front cover got bent, but nothing a little weight from other books couldn't sort out.

I did not receive 3 of the books in my order and instead received three random books I didn't want. I am disappointed by this. If my books were sold out, you should have emailed me and told me, and refunded me instead of giving me 3 random books I don't even want.

Fast easy and my books were in great condition not to mention the price was great. I'm just the type of person who enjoys holding the actual book in my hands when I'm reading it. But, I'm also realistic and know I'll never get to the library and if I do I'll never remember to return. So not spending a zillion dollars on a book is a win!

The delivery time was a bit long, but my biggest disappointment was the condition of the shipping box. The Post Office said they received the box damaged, and they had tape all over it trying to keep it together. The books could be seen from the outside but thankfully, they weren't damaged. My suggestion is to pack items better, and use a faster and more reliable shipping agent. I am a bit hesitant to place another order, as the next time, my books might be lost out of the box or damaged.

I ordered 9 books. 8 books great condition. 1 was not so good. It was badly folded and deformed. The shipping box was was also opened and crushed which wasn't BookOutle's fault. However, there was no packaging fillers which would prevent the books from ruining each other during transit which is what I suspect happened, one fell in the middle of the stack and, therefore, took the brunt of all the tossing and sliding that happened during shipping. So... packaging fillers please!

The ease in ordering, the product received, and my interactions with customer service were top-notch. I did expect the product to ship and arrive a little sooner, but now that I know the time frame, I can adjust in the future.

I only recently discovered Book Outlet and I wish I discovered it years ago.
There are so many books on my wish list that I found with amazing prices.
It was so easy to navigate thru the website and purchase books on line.

First time ordering from this company. Online ordering was easy, the price was great and my order arrived promptly and in good condition. I love the book I ordered and will be using Book Outlet again!

Overall it was awesome! Great discounted books, even hardcovers which was rare to see. They don't have like new new books, but over time they get added to the site which I thought was cool. The only thing I didn't like is when I got my books the box was really damaged which is caused from handling but the books we just placed in the books, no protection around them or anything. So if the box gets damaged a lot the books have a high chance of getting damaged. Personally this doesn't matter to me because a book is a book, as long as I can read it I'm fine and they also were discounted.

I was looking for one specific book, which they had. In browsing, I ended up adding another 11 to my cart! They didn't have any of the kids books I was specifically looking for, but I found so many options I hadn't heard of and loved them all!

When the shipment arrived, the box was damaged and we only received 17 of the 24 books that I ordered. Books came in a box much bigger than needed which caused damage in shipping. Need a refund or replacement of the books not received in original shipment.

On 8-1-22 two of my books came damaged. I emailed customer service immediately. I thought I had attached pictures of the damaged books but the customer service rep said they were not attached. I resent the pictures but have not heard back from customer service on this will be resolved. I'm a bit disappointed.

I have placed many orders with Book Outlet over many years, and have been very happy with the quality of the books I received and with the price. On the very rare occasion something was amiss, it was handled quickly and well. They also have amazing periodic sales. I highly recommend Book Outlet!
