The cover image of what I ordered and what I expected was not what I received. Even though it was incorrect there was no way to return or exchange to receive the correct product because "it is the same content."

I'm glad I found Book Outlet! I had a wish list on another site where the total cost was completely out of my budget. With Book Outlet, I was able to find almost every desired book at a fraction of the cost.

The prices are great. Delivery was pretty quick. The only issue I have is that some of the dust jackets were ripped at the edges, the corners of pride and prejudice were white from being bent and one of the soft covers was bent pretty bad.

I love shopping on Book Outlet. I always find books that interest me and as a high school librarian I frequently find books that I know would interest our students! I also find titles that fill the needs of students that need a variety of sources for required research in topics such as history, science, etc. The prices are very reasonable, the postage is reasonable, the order arrives in a reasonable.

This was my third order from Book Outlet. As always, I was very pleased with the price of the books and the selection. However, this time my books were packaged very poorly. The box was literally falling apart by the time it arrived. I was honestly surprised that all of the books I ordered were still in the box and in good shape considering the condition of the box. I understand that shipping is not something that Book Outlet is entirely in control of, but this is something that just a few more pieces of tape would have prevented. Overall, I was still satisfied with my purchase.

Ordering was easy, shipping took awhile but thats ok considering the amazing deals I got on the books.
But when I got my book box in the mail, one of my books from my order was not included. I live on the west coast and getting ahold of anyone via phone has been a difficulty. I will raise my review if someone gets in touch with me and I get my book faster then the weeks it took me to get my first order.

I bought around 7 books for my first order, so it came up to be around $40. Considering I was getting so much, the quality was not expected to be amazing. It came about a week and a half after I ordered, and I had no complaints. The books had minor to no wear, perhaps a few stickers that were easily taken off, and maybe a few indentations to the spine. Nonetheless, it was a great experience.

Two of the books arrived damaged. One of the books was to be a Christmas gift but is clearly in no condition to be gifted, it has sever water damage to the cover, the pages and the book jacket. Another book arrived covered in chocolate goo. I have reported the issue but my "case" is still under investigation.

I like my books, and the shopping experience and delivery time were good. However, the shipping box was in horrible shape when it got to me. I could see the books inside the box before I even opened it.

Everything was great except when I finally got my delivery. My box was torn open I am shocked I did not lose any books. The box was so bad I could barely pick it up without it ripping. I could see everything inside without touching the box.

Book outlet has recently switched to new shipping boxes. I have received three orders with the new boxes and all boxes have been delivered by USPS already opened, with some of the books damaged. Two of these boxes didn't have any packing paper in them so I assume the damage happened while in transit with USPS. I think the glue in these boxes comes apart when USPS is handling them. I haven't lost a book in a shipment yet, but it is very possible since these boxes are always open when delivered. I used to receive books in great, almost new, condition from Book Outlet but now all of the books I have received come with some sort of damage.

Whoever packaged my books should be fired. Nobody should ever pack books in a box STANDING UP! Some of my books were bent, had a corner of the cover bent and creased or had a page creased from being bent. I was extremely upset by this. One of the books i got was a gift to a friend and now its slightly bent from being packed standing up and forced to curve around the other books.

I ordered 6 books from you, 5 of the 6 were damaged, 3 of the 4 very badly damaged and the 4th not as bad. While your pricing is very good, your website states "new books" and these were very much so not new books.

This was a wonderful experience. They had so many books that I wanted. Delivery was great and I was impressed with the packaging. As soon as I read the books I purchased, I look forward to shopping here again.

It was easy to find the book I wanted on the website, and the actual price for the book was attractive. Shipping & handling seemed a bit high for a book; I would have happily waited longer for a lower shipping cost. The book arrived as promised.

I love the price I got the books for, but my package was supposed to arrive within a week thereabouts. It showed up a week and a half late, which was a little annoying. The big thing was there were pages that were ripped and folded in. I was expecting less damage done to the books, but it is what it is and I can't wait to read them!

I have spent so much time (and money) since I discovered your site in January of this year. I was convalescing after my week long stay in hospital with covid. All I had was my laptop, which I barely had the concentration to use. But I stumbled upon your site and use it I did. The book selection has been good, the prices really good, and the service great!

The firat order I placed with Book Outler was a disaster. My order was lost in the mail, amd instead of replacing it, I paid more to have less books replaced (sale was over and some books were not available any longer). I finally decided to try again. This time was much better.

It was very easy to order. They had all the books I wanted. The prices were amazing. I ordered it on 11/8 and received it on the 11/17. The only negative thing was my box was torn up. Luckily all the books were in the box.

Received order two deliveries. Problem I ordered 30 books 15 came by first order the second box the top was torn up and retaped. Only 14 books were in second box.
