Overall experience was ok … the book took about month to arrive, which was fine, but I was annoyed that this was a book that has a button to play a song and the battery was dead. The condition of the book itself is fine, but after all that time it would have been nice even to have that noted on the condition of the book and then I could have ordered a battery separately.

Almost all the books I received were in excellent condition. One book was crushed in the box causing the pages to be all bent and crushed but that did not alter the book to be unreadable. I really enjoyed how cheap the prices were for the books for the condition they came in. I will def. Be purchasing more books in the future.

I search for unabridged books that have beautiful and classic illustrations, that are also as lovely to hold and are well made for the book shelf and years to come of good reading.

The selection along with the discounted prices always makes Book Outlet my first stop when I'm searching to grow my library and knowledge. That may seem pretentious because it is, Book Outlet allows me to create a library without forcing me to sell the kitchen.

I found so many items for Christmas and stocking stuffers here. There were lots of puzzles to choose from and the most that I paid was I think $12.97 for one, with the majority mean $7.97 -just incredible! I also found mindfulness books, puzzle, books, and lots of other items from the stockings. I am definitely going to buy here again! I did use the Canadian site, so my prices are in Canadian dollars.

Overall it was great. Was a bit disappointed it was delivered open. Understand that accidents in delivery happen; perhaps another box fell into it breaking the box. Books were still undamaged, so overall great.

It has been great! I've ordered many times and have only had one instance that the books came damaged and costumer service offered to re send them or refund me and told me to donate the damage ones! It has been such a great experience overall.

The box my books came in was totally destroyed. It was barely holding together and was gaping open. I'm surprised all the books stayed in. There was no packing material so the books tossed around all during shipment and the paperback books are a little bent up. I didn't realize the books would be marked up from them being clearanced out from other vendors. I will be asking to return most of my order.

The new boxes are no good. I frequently order and with the old boxes only ever received one that was damaged. With the new boxes I have received many damaged or partially open boxes. Please return to the old boxes.

I ordered eight books and six of them arrived in beautiful condition. Two of the books however, were slightly damaged. One had the dust jacket bent/crumpled at the top and slightly torn at the corners, while the other (softcover) had numerous small tears all around the edges of the back cover. This is my third bookoutlet order in a row that arrived with at least one book damaged. There was no packing material of any kind in the box, and the books were able to slide around inside the box. I love the prices and usually the quality of the books I receive from your store, but I am frustrated that every order comes with a problem and I am hesitant to recommend your site to others.

Book Outlet is a great place to get good quality books at a great price. They shipped relatively fast, and packed the box in a way that didn't make the box too heavy to carry home from the mailbox. I enjoy shopping with Book Oulet, and plan to order from them again in the future.

My books got to me very quickly, especially considering they were sent from Canada to the US. The books I received were in PERFECT condition. They look and smell like just recently made books. I highly recommend this site! Each book I got was in literally excellent condition.

Took a really long time to get to my house. Almost a week an a half. Also had like a knife cut through the front of the book? Looked like someone just sliced the front of the book and then put it in the bag and shipped it off.

I was pretty pleased with the process. At first I was appreh3nsive about the condition of the books I was ordering as they were much cheaper prices than what you would find in a store. However all books were in really great Condition. Overall great experience and I will be purchasing from them again, and have already recommended to other book-obsessed friends!

The books all have black Sharpie-type marks on the edges, and they were to be gifts. They look like used books from a college bookstore. The price was great but I am very disappointed in the condition of the books.

My only problem was in the delivery. It took 12 days. The automated delivery message was that it was "out for delivery" several times and finally "undeliverable"... but then it came the next day, just as I was about to find another source. I guess all's well that ends well.

I only received 4 books out of 15 books ordered. I never received the remaining 11 books since they were returned by USPS. I'm still awaiting a refund for the books as well. I really wanted the rest of my order. I'm not sure if I want to order them again as this was my first order. My experience wasn't great plus I had to contact customer service to check the status. The tracking number stopped working. The books I did received are in great shape.

So I was bummed about 2 out of 3 of my books being damaged upon arrival but I think it was in-transit issue since the box was big enough for the books to slide around in. That being said, when I called (their ticket system wasn't working for me online for some reason) they offered to send a new book for free for the one they had in stock, and for the book they didn't have in stock they issued a refund. The lady on the phone was also super nice!

I've purchased way too many books than I'd like to admit lol just because books that I've had on my wishlist else where are so affordable on this website! Also you can not beat spending $30 for free shipping, you can get so many books for $30!
