Book Outlet

I had never heard of Book Outlet and was looking for a specific calendar. When I googled the calendar, Book Outlet popped up and with such a cheap price. Then I had to google the Book Outlet to see if they were a legitimate company and I was reassured by what I read. I ordered it, still skeptical but thinking if it was a scam I could get my money back from the credit card company. I am so happy I was wrong and we got the exact product I wanted, in fact, I got two with shipping for the same price as one full priced calendar. I highly recommend Book Outlet!

The employee that help me with my order have excellent customer skills. When ordering online the orders are shipped out the same day if in stock. Kudos to the employee that help me.

This was my 2nd order with Book Outlet. I really love the selection of books they offer and the prices are incredible! I received my order a week after I placed the order. The box was expertly packed and all my books came in good condition. I will definitely be ordering more and referring my reading buddies to Book Outlet!

These books were a great find, however they could've been packaged better - I had one hardcover with the dust-jacket flap OVER the book, and one of the books was dirty and I had to wipe it off. Still, for the price, not bad at all!

One of the books I ordered wasn't actually available. And then, once the books did arrive, they were loosely packed in a box, which allowed them to slide around, leaving the cover of a paperback folded in a couple of places.

One of my packages wasn't delivered. I immediately checked with USPS and my neighbors, both of whom said that they didn't have my package.

Later on, the package was found, but the response that I got from Book Outlet wasn't instant reassurance that they'd help me. It's changed my opinion on Book Outlet in a negative way and I don't think I'll continue to shop with you guys.

I was honestly a little apprehensive about placing an order because the prices were so low. I was afraid the books wouldn't be good quality but everything I received was in great condition! I will definitely order again!

The Bible I purchased is beautiful. Here are the negatives of my experience. The shipping took longer than I expected, but I can deal with that. My biggest issue is that a sticker was on the back of the leather Bible. When I removed it, you could still see the outline of the sticker. There were also some marks on the front leather cover as well. I wouldn't normally be this picky, but this Bible was an investment for me personally. If it was a $20 Bible, I wouldn't even mention it. To say the least, I was disappointed when I noticed the imperfections.

I just recently ordered from Book Outlet for the first time and the order I received was fantastic. The books were all in excellent condition, I couldn't believe it for the price I paid. Since my first order I've placed several more and got a lot of Christmas shopping done. So happy I found Book Outlet, highly recommended!

The box came completely damaged and open and we had a rain storm. The prices and the experience and shipping time were great but some of the books were damaged. This isn't a normal occurrence for my orders but the packaging job was very poor. The tape wasn't fully attached and the box was not very reliable.

Well my order was placed on August 31st. The package was lost. However I reached out on Sept 8 and got a refund immediately so that was great. Yesterday the post office delivery a lost package letter. So I didn't get my books but I received the refund in a very timely manner.

GREAT prices, easy-to-maneuver website, effortless checkout process, and the books I had ordered arrived in excellent condition. I was thrilled when Book Outlet fulfilled my order within a single business day! The one drawback, however, was that it took a month for my order to arrive. I understand that a USPS shipping partner is responsible for moving my parcel to Hawaii, so Book Outlet, itself, provided excellent customer service by fulfilling my order quickly. I will definitely be ordering more books through Book Outlet soon!

I loved my books and the condition I received them. The box was pretty damaged when it was delivered, to the point it was almost completely open and may have resulted in lost books or caused the books to be destroyed if the weather was bad. Thankfully that wasn't the case though, just a little annoying.

So glad I found the Book Outlet. The choices were varied and the site easy to navigate. The only issue is the shipping as it took a bit of time. But I believe the problem lies with the USPS and not with Book Outlet.

I received my first order yesterday. I'm very happy with this shipment, I received multiple books, hardcovers and paperbacks, all of them were perfectly intact and immaculate.
I'm very impressed with the prices and the service and look forward to my next orders arriving, and to ordering again.

I have been a customer of Book outlet for a number of years. I would purchase a lot of books that were at least 70% or less off the retail price. There were pages of colouring books that were less than $4.00. They would have a sale of 30% off already prices that were 70% off. In the last 6 months, the prices have risen to the highest prices I have ever seen. I am very disappointed with Book outlet rising there prices where they are not the best discount bookstore. I keep looking online at there coloring books hoping for the great deals I used to see before. Every time I look for a book the prices are higher than they were last week.

I placed a large order on the first of the month. Two weeks later a small box of books arrived. Most of my books were in a separate shipment and have still not arrived nearly 3 weeks later. The tracking ticket just says in transit and hasn't been updated since the 7th (today is the 20th). I submitted a ticket yesterday and still haven't heard back. I needed the books by the 21st and the site said it would take about 10 days. Very disappointed and will not shop here again for anything needed for gifts or by a certain time frame.

Not book outlets fault but never received our books even though post office says they are delivered. I wouldn't order again know book outlet uses USPS and not UPS or fedex who have ways to contact them if you don't receive your items.

Initially I was skeptical about Book Outlet's pricing, but it was accurate, the quality of the book was new, and delivery was very timely. I will definitely look to Book Outlet for future book purchases.
