Excellent selection of books and always priced to please. My first experience ordering from Book Outlet was happenstance, but since then I've been turning to Book Outlet as my first place to start searching when I'm interested in buying books for myself, or as gifts for friends and loved ones.

I would be overall satisfied but I was missing two books out of my order I sent a ticket for it yesterday so I know it's too soon to have heard anything back from it this is my second order through y'all and I thoroughly enjoy this company only reason you got a low rating was for missing items!
Bought a book for a Christmas present Received a seriously misprinted book, Entire first section duplicated. CONSTANT emailing with verification was useless, Kept receiving the same canned reply over and over and over again, thanking me for contacting them... NEVER received returned funds or replacement.
If you respect your money, shop elsewhere.
This was my first time ordering from bookoutlet and will not be my last! Great authors/titles for amazing prices! So much to choose from! Shipped fast and books came packed very well!

I ordered books on November 16. Still In Transit. 2 Thanksgiving books for my grandkids so i guess that will be for next year. Ordered books for my mother"s birthday on November 17. She receivex them this past Friday. I cant rate my books because i have not received them. Less than pleased with the shipping. The prices were excellent, the shipping is not great.
I researched many websites to find the lowest price for the 2023 Non-Sequitur Daily Calendar I wanted. Book Outlet had the cheapest price by a few dollars. I wasn't in a hurry for the item, but the delivery was faster than I expected. The calendar arrived in excellent condition.
I've been able to locally get so many quality books (from fantasy, to manga/graphic novels, to sports books) through Book Outlet + the prices are extremely generous and shipping is great.
It is easy to browse and order thru Book Outlet and as a small store I appreciate that I don't have to order multiple copies of books if I don't want.
However, this past order came in LOTS of boxes, some that only had 1 book in it. I would have preferred to have less of a carbon footprint from Book Outlet.
The book I ordered has multiple covers. I ordered the book I ordered because of the cover that was pictured, it's the older cover. The book I received is the newer cover, not the one pictured on the site. I wouldn't haven't bought this book had I know it wasn't the cover I was trying to buy.
I've never had an issue with Bookoutlet and customer service has always helped me out. I've definitely created a library in my house from this site alone.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have been waiting for my books for 2.5 months and the tracking number has expired. Book Outlet provides no accessible way for me to contact them except their online "ticket" system which consistently crashes (see photo). After dozens of failed attempts I finally got it to submit my question successfully. The customer service rep who finally responded told me: too bad, you must report shipment delays within 10 days of your order being placed (notwithstanding much of the delay in my reporting of this was due to their non-functioning ticket system), it's your responsibility to read the fine print about this (that apparently exists somewhere) and "thank you for understanding" that we will not be providing your books, a refund, or any further assistance. Ticket closed. I now have to take this up with my credit card company due to Book Outlet's offensively unhelpful/non-existent customer service. This company also blocks all comments on their social media which is a huge red flag. I literally buy thousands of dollars worth of books every year from companies around the world and I have never encountered this level of incompetence and dismissiveness towards customers. I only used Book Outlet because it was the only place I could find a certain book, but I will never order from them again.
Books were in excellent condition except for one that had a bent cover due to inadequate packing. Some packing material would have made the delivery perfect
This was my first time ordering from BookOutlet and…. It did not disappoint! I ordered a hardback book for way cheaper than the list price I am very pleased!
A new copy of this title, was impossible to find anywhere else! The books came quickly, and were packaged well. Nice quality. Price is great for hard back books. Will be a return customer.
Wonderful. Shipping could have been faster for sure. I had an issue with my carrier but thats no fault of Book Outlet. Overall super happy with my purchase. Will be purchasing more in the future.
Shipping takes entirely too long. Also there is NO protection for the books in the box. They're just tossed in. Add some bubble wrap or something. I always have at least one damaged book

Book outlet was an amazing experience! I got to order so many books at such a low budget, the only complaint i have is that shipping took awhile but they did come!
