Book Outlet

I ordered books in quantities of 10 for a book club that I run. The books took around 2 full weeks to arrive at my destination. They are in excellent condition, and hardbacks at paperback prices! I am impressed overall.

Came across the site searching for a particular book that was about $30 most places and got it for $3 plus shipping. Book was in excellent condition on arrival. Took a few days to get but overall experience was great.

I love the selection and prices at Book Outlet, but my last two orders have arrived and the box has been broken. Luckily, the books have all been in there. Whoever is packing these needs to secure the books and fill the void space so that they are not jolted around in transit - breaking the box. They also need to tape around the boxes, as they are not sturdy enough to remain intact, given the poor packing. I don't appreciate paperback books with dented corners, or dust jackets that get damaged, when it all could have been avoided.

A box from my first order got lost and Book Outlet was great about giving me a refund. I was disappointed not to be able to reorder some of the books I was really looking forward to, but I understand that it is an outlet and that's just the way it is. I did reorder the ones still available and some others, but I'm still a little disappointed. Shipping takes forever, but given how far away I live (Hawaii!) and how heavy books are, and given the price paid for shipping I don't mind the wait at all. I can't speak as to shipping speeds in North America, but I'm sure they are much better. I hate that there's a box of awesome books floating around out there somewhere and I hope Book Outlet was able to get them back or at least has some sort of insurance with the shipping partner.

I ordered 17 books. Received a free one. There was an issue with one book, but I still gave 5 stars because when I contacted customer service they were very courteous, pleasant,helpful. They told me I didn't have to return the book, that I had a choice of refund or replacement. I choose replacement & was immediately shipped another.

Super easy to navigate the website and lots of choices. Only problem I have is how the product was packed. One of my paperback books cover was bent and had other books placed on top, so now I have a crease. Wish they'd checked that before shipping.

Over half of the books I ordered are missing from my order. I contacted the phone number and emailed as asked. No reply. Box came messed up with an apology note taped on it from usps. Really upset I am missing so many books I paid for.

The amount of book's I've bought for $35 (what you need to spend for free shipping, which is amazing especially nowadays) is crazy! The children's book selection is amazing and that is where a majority of money has gone; however, I have bought several books for myself on there too and they have been great! They also have crazy good deals on activity books, curriculum books and activities (flashcards etc), and games/hobby activity kits! I've gotten lots of christmas and birthday gifts and everyone has loved what they received. I always check on Book outlet before I go to amazon, because if they have it the price will be better than amazon!

I heard about this site on tik tok. So I figured I would give it a try. The books available change rapidly so it is always fresh. The prices are well below market value and the option for free shipping is fantastic. I will definitely be ordering through them again.

I ordered 12 books from Book Outlet on this first order and all 12 arrived in good readable condition most were in excellent condition. Two of the 12 (two mass market paperback) had some damage to the cover but this obviously does not affect their readability. Shipping was quicker than I expected - I ordered on 12/15 hoping to get them before Christmas and received on 12/21.

Sadly, I stumbled onto your site and decided to try to buy a book from an unknown vendor. Still not sure this is a real website and unsure if I have just been robbed. Have not yet had the opportunity to reach out to the Internet world to ask if this site is BS or an actual operating business. I spent nearly $40 purchasing a book for which this company was quick to take my money, but received nothing in return. Not only did I not receive my product, this company chose to fail to issue a refund for whatever may have gone wrong. Nobody has reached out to me for explanation or solution.

It would be great if Book Outlet used a carrier other than the U.S. Post Office. It took 7 days from the time it shipped to receipt of the items. This is why I don't order from them often, maybe once a year.

Wow what an incredible deal on the books I received. They were all in pristine condition and were very cheap. The shipping speed was fast as promised. I'm a new customer and will be ordering more books from Book Outlet in the future.

I ordered a bunch of books for very cheap. They arrived in good condition. I appreciate that Book Outlet packed them properly so they wouldn't bounce around in shipping. Will definitely order from them again!

I got 8 books for 40$ and one was a first edition signed copy! All were in perfect condition! Shipping was a little slow, but really not terrible especially considering how inexpensive the books were.

This latest delivery was the second of four that had damage. I take my book condition seriously, and although the prices are generally great, it's not worth the dents and creases in the covers. You can't throw a bunch of books in an oversized box without any packing and expect them to arrive in great condition. At least at 50% of the time.

While I was excited about the books and their low prices, they were delivered with damage (folds, creases, scratches) that could have happened in transit. They were not secured in delivery box which could have prevented this from happening.

Very disappointed. I ordered $90 worth of books back in February and only two of them arrived. I contacted Book Outlet multiple times and when they finally replied in July, they couldn't give me my money back, just store credit which was fine with me. However, I used that credit on some books and they ALL came damaged. The books were not packaged properly. I don't even want to bother with the return process, and I am just very disappointed.

The shipping time and price were great. My only complaint is the packaging. The box was all but open by the time it got here, whatever was holding the sides of the box down isn't strong. I've also gotten damaged covers/pages before because there's no sort of inner packaging so things slide around a lot.
