I love searching for books I know I want to buy and books in topical areas I am interested in on bookoutlet.com. I haven't been disappointed with any of my purchases over the past two years from bookoutlet.com. I do wish there was more of a selection (books I want are often out of stock), but I do have fun checking the website regularly and occasionally find a much-wanted book in stock. I also love the rewards program involving one point for every $2 spent!

I was very pleased with the puzzles. They are made of good quality and I will definitely order more from you. I am on your mailing list so if you get other countries in please notify me. If the price is right I will buy immediately.

Love the discount books, wish there was a bigger selection of authors for horror, romance and drama. I understand these are discount books & some authors are not as well known, just wished there were more books avail from award winning authors, authors on the new york times best selling list, etc.

The whole process took too long. Most of us have gotten used to much faster online service. Additionally, someone in the whole process may have used my credit card for efforts to fraudulently try to make purchases from several different companies for a total of well over $1000.00. I suggest you somehow check the people involved in the entire process. My credit card company caught everything and I cancelled all and am getting a new credit card number, etc. My suspicion is based on what else I used that card for and the timing of all uses. In my opinion each factor seemed to point to use of it in purchasing from you. On a positive note, the 3 books I ordered and have now been received were of good quality and I am pleased with them.

Picking out and ordering my books was easy and simple, however I was slightly disappointed with their pack job this time. The box came partially opened and the books were kinda moving about inside where as in the past they would put some packaging I. Their to prevent damage.

I've been ordering with Book Outlet for 5 years. I've never had an issue with my books, except my last order contained two books that were pretty damaged. I contacted Book Outlet on Thursday afternoon and I had a replacement order already placed by Friday morning. They replied to my emails so fast and were so understanding and supportive. Some of the best customer service I've encountered.

Your shipping packaging is terrible. One time I received an order and the cover of the box was completely detached, like the glue had just given up. Twice I've received orders where USPS has had to re-tape the box together because it's not survived basic shipping. It's very unimpressive and a minor miracle that everything was still in the box. Because there's no packaging material inside to stabilize the contents, paperback covers have been bent in transit. I also somehow received 3 items that I didn't even order, like you had combined my order with someone else's. You're good for the price, not for the quality of the experience

I have placed orders with book outlet in the past and saw they were having a great sale so recently placed another order. The books took quite some time to ship which was fine but one of my books arrived damaged, same as my previous order. Two orders and two damaged books. I do wish they would take a little more care and package the books better. Overall great value and otherwise happy!

Always a good experience with Book Outlet. The books are always in excellent condition and arrive more or less on time. My only complaint is that the packaging sometimes comes in a slightly damaged condition but luckily with no damage to contents.

The book pictured was not the book edition we received. My daughter needed a particular edition for a college course, and even though other sellers were cheaper, we bought this one to get that edition. Very disappointed. Won't order from them again.

I bought three books to give as gifts, but every one was marked with marker on the top pages and/or the cover. I assumed they would be new and unmarked; there was no indication I would not receive used / marked up items.

This was my first (but definitely not last!) order with book outlet. Everything I ordered was received in good condition and at a price of 1/2 to 1/3 of what I would have otherwise paid- I was worried it was too good to be true- but the value is TRUE. Can't recommend highly enough!

I am very happy with my experience.
Easy to work with the ordering procedure but delivered box was damaged and taped up - not the company's fault but the handler/delivery service.
All in all will use your site again.

Wonderful selection of books, fast shipping and customer service is very responsive, helpful and above all, polite (which is rare these days).

I will definitely be ordering again and telling everyone else I know!

You used to have prices that were low plus cost of credit card. In the last year or so you have continually used different types of discounts, rewards, etc. making it almost impossible to use the book mark discounts, and raising prices approaching double your original price range. Accordingly I have greatly reduced my use of your service. I guess it proves that gimmicks and tricks are rewarded.

Very very happy! Selection of books was the most appealing for me! And the prices were the best deal I've seen. Delivery time was excellent. I was actually surprised when my books arrived so quickly. I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you book outlet!

Did not give 5 stars for this buying experience because the package arrived with one end open. Fortunately the book was still inside and not damaged. I realize this is the fault of the USPS but you might want to review the "envelope" that is used to better protect the contents.

I have been a BookOutlet customer for a few years now, and have always been satisfied with the pricing, shipping, and delivery of my orders. Selection of books, while good, could always improve. However, that may not entirely be in Book Outlet's control. My recommendation is a BUY!

No problems with purchase and very satisfied with books. Only problem was delivery. Having a horrible time with usps deliveries. Took 5 days of sleuthing but finally found my package. Do not blame book outlet for this in any way. Love the free shipping but would be willing to pay for delivery from FedEx or ups if available.
