We contacted Billy Wessels from Boomer Benefits September of 2023, he soon learned that I was an eager beaver and called a year too early. Billy promised to call me back in July of 2024, on July 2nd I received a call, and I was shocked, it was Billy. We set up a meeting and he did an excellent job informing us of our options and within a week we had decided the best direction for our needs and situation. I fully believe that Billy will be with us at each step of this journey for years to come. Thank you Billy for your time and professional trustworthiness you exhibited.
The agent that I had pushed 3 insurance companies that were too high for me. He then asked me four separate times about pursuing an Advantage plan, which I declined, and I told him why. I explained my financial situation to him and once again he pushed one of the original plans he had suggested earlier. His words were "its only $54.00 than what you're paying now". By this time I was getting upset. I then asked him about a Part D plan and if he could help, to which he replied "no, I can only help you if you purchase an insurance plan from us." Such poor customer service.
In the last year of using the services of Boomer Benefits, I have been quite impressed with how the representatives extend themselves on behalf of their customers. Nicole Bocz exemplifies this statement and then some. She is very pleasant, patient, and professional... qualities rare in today's quantity over quality business environment. Providing good customer service is a lost art. I am pleased to say it is not lost on Nicole.

I used to get our Medicare supplement plan through insuractive. Our agent was Shelley Coon. You will not find a better agent to represent you. She always kept our needs met by making sure we had the very best plan that fit our needs at an affordable price. Unfortunately, she left the company and we made the decision to try Boomer Benefits. They are not as good as our previous company. You call and can't speak to anyone. They say they will call you back within 48 hours which does not happen! I would choose somewhere else to get your Medicare supplement insurance!
Valaree has been very helpful and has answered any questions I might have. Boomer Benefits asa whole has been great to work with. When my husband became that magic age and needed a supplemental insurance and part D, Boomer Benefits helped me with the best plan for him. When I turned 65 last year there was no question who I would be calling!

I am a new client but so far a great 5 star rating. Was paying $259/month for a Plan F with another company, little to no service and when that rep told me about my insurance company's S & P rating I asked if he knew what that was. He did not. I knew I was in trouble. Off to a Google search I went. Found Boomer Benefits. Read some of info and watched a video. Was impressed. Contacted company, left msg, the day after Open Enrollment began. Got a contact that day from Bailyn Fields. Very pleasant and knew her business Said she was a nurse. Anyhow, she recommended Plan G with a different company, Aetna. Also, in response to a question I asked, she said they are salaried and get no commission, so they have no financial incentive to recommend a more expensive policy. Within 5 days I was approved and my monthly premium went from $259 to $115. The only change in benefits was $185 I would need to pay annually for a deductible. A SAVINGS OF $1,543 ANNUALLY. What's not to love?
Without the expertise of Elizabeth Doyle, I don't know where I'd be now. She has been a Godsend. She helped me resolve multiple billing issues with Medicare. She found mistakes made in the way Medicare was billed. She's AMAZING!

I've used Boomer Benefits since 2018 when I first went on Medicare. They have been a great resource in navigating the confusing world of Medicare supplements. Each year we review both my Medigap & prescription drug Plan D for the best coverage and most affordable options. Just recently I had the pleasure of working with Angela Knight. The cost of my current Plan D was jumping from $28/month to $59/month in 2020. Angela looked at options and found a new Plan D for $13/month. Quite a savings! She & Boomer Benefits continue to be my go-to resource for all my Medicare insurance needs.

I was lost like a lot of other people who post about the intricacies of Medicare. I came across Danielle's post & joined the webinar on basics of Medicare. Omg! What a jungle it is. I called & spoke to 2 agents who got me started. Once I looked over my notes, I worked with Sandra & she was amazing. Together, we were able to figure out the best option for me. She also helped me figure out Part D. I am not on any medication at the present time & through life style changes & some excellent supplements I plan to keep it this way.

Hi Linda, appreciate your feedback. During the Annual Election Period from October 15th - December 7th, there are 64 Million Medicare beneficiaries who all need help in the same 7-week period. It is always our busiest time of year, with longer hold times because we get swamped with so many calls, especially in late November and early December. Our team works 6 days a week, nearly 14 hours per day during this period to try to keep up with the call volume, but we do return every call. I see that you called during that time and left a message and our team member did call you back but since it was at the very end of the election period, our callback time was running around 72 hours. However, since you are new to Medicare and still in your Initial Enrollment Period, the Annual Election Period does not apply to you and you did not have to make any plan decisions by the 7th. Now that the election period is over, there are no more delays in callbacks - you can get right through to a team member when you call. You have plenty of time to make a plan selection. We'll have a manager reach out to you today, and again we apologize for the delay during our busy season. Since you will face other Annual Election Periods in the future, whether you work with us or another agent, just remember to always call in the beginning of October and that will help you avoid any wait.
