I've only been with the company a little over a year but the service I have received so far has been excellent. I have had a couple of different issues that I tried to take care of myself but couldn't so I called Boomer Benefits and they took care of both within a few short days. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with Medicare or supplemental insurance. Each time I have called I have spoken to a different person and every one of them has been professional and extremely helpful. My husband is soon to turn 65 and I will definitely have him sign up with BB.

Jana made my experience seamless and pleasant with her knowledge of the products available. Jana helped me select part D and Part G as well as a dental and vision plan and answered all my questions along the way. I appreciated her Professionalism. 5 Stars all the way.

The world of Medicare is incredibly complicated. Using a broker simplified the process at no cost to me. I have found Boomer Benefits to be knowledgeable, helpful and responsive! This is the second time I have used the service. The only negative is they do not have a relationship with my home state (WA) for my wifes coverage (not Medicare).

Hailee Horton was very helpful in getting a persistent x-ray billing directed to the right party. For some reason the provider kept sending a bill to me instead of the supplemental insurance company. When I called the provider repeatedly to correct the situation I was unsuccessful. Ms. Horton offered to help and she quickly got results. I very much appreciated her help.

My husband and I were looking to change our Medicare supplement plan. Looking through the possibilities available I just happened to chose Boomer Benefits, and luckily, Bailyn was the representative who answered. I spoke to Tina Krutenat today. Even though it was a busy day for her, but the only day available for me, she did not rush to answer my questions or fill out the paper work. She was very thorough, repeated all details back to me, and was courteous throughout the coversation. She spent 40 minutes with me, was very patient and caring. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone who has questions or doubts about Medicare. She knows her business and double-checked more than once to make sure I could get the coverage I needed. I contacted Valeree concerned that two of my drugs jumped to tier four. I told her these drugs are important and part of my daily life, Valaree suggested requesting the insurance company to reconsider, and put the drugs in a lower tier. She sent me the necessary forms for my doctor to complete, we submitted them for review, those drugs were lowered to tier one. I received a 143.00 refund on my first refill. Thanks, Boomer

I finally found my go-to company regarding Medicare and Medigap policies. Tom Henderson, my personal advocate, helped me immensely through the difficult process. His explanations made everything simple and concise. He ALWAYS called when he said he would and was extremely courteous and professional. Darla with Boomer Benefits was extremely helpful in providing me with a range of choices for my supplemental Medicare insurance and then walked me through the application process for a supplemental policy. She made a stressful process much easier and I appreciate all of her help.

Leah Siewinski. Excellent service from a well-trained rep who knew how to keep on-time appointments. She called every time she said she would, to the minute, answered all the questions I had (including the ones I asked 3 times because I didn't make proper notes along the way). Boomer Benefits has a wide range of options for the new Medicare enrollee, and knowing what you need to know COULD save you from parting with your lifetime savings because you didn't have all the facts. There are numerous companies offering these services, but Boomer Benefits will devote more time and knowledge to your needs than the others. It's very probable that all this company's reps are highly trained and take pride in what they do, but if you want to be certain, ask for Leah Siewinski.

The other day, I emailed Darla with a question about our drug coverage. VERY soon after that, I got a phone call from Lauren. She answered my question and pointed me in the right direction. She was very nice, and I enjoyed our conversation. She most definitely gets 5 stars from me.

Erin is a very accomplished and knowledgeable insurance counselor. She not only found a new Part D that is saving me a lot of money in 2018 but her professional and kind approach meant a lot to me. She is the best at follow up and follow through of any one I have seen in business in a very long time. I would love to have her work for my company. My life is better because of Erin.

Needing a drug plan I went to Boomer and received excellent info from Chasatay Arriaga. She listened to my needs and concerns and came back with a great plan for me and had it all wrapped in a bow in no time!

So much confusion regarding Medicare plans and every day information comes in the mail. I actually saw Boomer Benefits on facebook so filled out the questions. Jana called me soon thereafter and gave me information about the program and the webinar that I could watch. It was very helpful and answered many questions I had. I like that they look at your needs and find the company that suits those needs. I have been happy with my choices and feel I have the coverage that I will need. Jana has been more than helpful and is always available to answer any questions I may have. I know that she is just a phone call away and if I get the voicemail she is very prompt in calling me back. I just had a question today regarding my drug plan which she answered so I feel confident this will continue.

This is the second time I have worked with Darla at Boomer Benefits to help me set up medicare supplement plans. First, she helped me set up my wife's medicare suppplement and part d drug plan. Then a year later, Darla helped me. I know a lot about medicare and medicare supplement plans going in because I had done research. Darla was able to confirm what I already knew and provide me cost comparisons from several companies. Once I made decisions about which company to use for the medigap policy and part d plan, she electronically provided the info I needed, either by email or by phone. All went well.

Valaree is another example of how working with Boomer Benefits is such a positive experience. What has impressed me most about Valaree, Joye and Boomer Benefits is how they always respond to requests or questions. You honestly never need to be concerned about communication. Valaree went above and beyond to assist me with changes needed for my Part D. Thank you!
