Darla did a fantastic job finding the best options for us. I did not want to depend on looking at all the advertisements that come in the mail when you are about to turn 65. I wanted an expert to evaluate our situation and make recommendations without bias. We live in Colorado but there are no companies I could find here of substance that focus only on our age group. I spent weeks on the internet looking at different websites regarding my choices for Medicare. Not to say that it was overly confusing I ended up going with Boomer Benefits and it was the correct choice. Joye was exceptionally helpful with the plan B portion and Chloe made me comfortable with the plan D as she made me feel as if I could have been a family member that she was talking to. I'm writing to compliment Jessica on the extraordinary customer service she displayed recently. We had to make a change to our drug plan because we moved to another state. I was originally contacted by another representative to handle the change, but the day I called in it was her day off. Jessica offered to leave a message for her or help me with the change. I asked her to help. She did all the legwork instead of putting the tasks back on me. She got everything set up and when she reached a roadblock where the new provider needed to speak to me first, Jessica contacted me and conferenced in the Insurance provider so we could keep things efficiently moving forward. When I got off the phone I told my wife I love how Boomer Benefits spoon-feeds us through every step we need to get processes handled. I've been in customer service all my life and rarely do I see the kind of competence and comprehensive assistance Jessica offered us through every step of changing providers.

I called Boomer Benefits to help me figure out the best Medicare Plan. Bill Warren was my consultant and he walked me through all the steps, gave me instructions on how to sign up for Parts A and B; and helped me pick the best supplement for my needs. It was all done in one day and I am all set, 3 months before I turn 65! Bill was patient and knowledgeable - easy to talk to and understand. I am not dummy, but Medicare is more complicated that one thinks (and also more complicated than it needs to be - but that is a topic for another forum!). I HIGHLY recommend Boomer Benefits (the book is great too!).

Just called because of all the good reviews. The fellow who I spoke to acted like I was doing him a favor. He didn't listen to what I told him and wanted me to repeat it. When I indicated I had already given him that information he was curt and dismissive.

Darla Fowler helped me figure out which Medicare Supplement was best for me. She provided a report which identified the 5 lowest premium Plan G policies along with valuable information such as the number of policyholders for each company selling Medigap plans in my state of Louisiana. This was extremely helpful in helping make my decision. I recommend Boomer Benefits to help in providing the information one needs to select the right plan.

Again, my supplement insurance came up for review and I receive a call from Leah Siewinski with Boomer Benefit. She helped me pick a new insurer that gave me the same benefits as my previous insurance but $20+ less. Boomer Benefits is really the only good thing that happened to me because of Omabacare. They contacted me in 2012, researched my options, called me back to discuss and a life time friendship/business relationship was formed. Ever associate from Susan, Amber & Leah, and all the names I can't remember have been very professional, honest, and extremely helpful.
