Before this new system with boostmobil started all u had to look forward to dealing with boostmobil was that you can still get incoming calls when your phone went off. Now that they stopped that the full service is TERRIBLE I think boostmobil is worst then Cricket wireless an Metro pcs. Boostmobil has became the worst phone service ever an they should be discontinued an put out of business they whole company itself is terrible.

Bad service

My phone is paid off and boost Mobile refuses to unlock it they say they're going to lock it for a year even though I've tried to switch to another company. The service I get was Bobby at best they used an AT&t tower and it was not very good either in the country or the city.

I brought a new phone March 30,2023, I paid my bill April 1st 2023, it's been 41 days still no service, they give you the runaround, they won't let you speak to anyone higher up, they lie telling you that you'll have service and still no service, they fake what they said they have in place just to get you off the phone, the next person you get claim to understand but just does the same thing, bottom line go elsewhere for phone service because boost Mobile is trash. 4 different times I was told I was going be given a refund on May 8th then May 12th cancelled, after that May 17th /I put in twice both lied about refund and again on the 25th of May, they also lied twice saying they sent refund, I believe the people who now run boost are scammers, a boost Mobile store owner told me this been going on for months now and a lot of people having the same issue. I forget I was on phone nearly 2 hours waiting on supervisor and the girl I was speaking to told me my supervisor told me to hang up now, if that doesn't say $#*!ty service I don't know what does

Terrible

They don't know what they are doing. I just switched to another service provider from them, and I wanted to transfer my old phone number. When I asked for a 6 digit PIN code to be able to do this process, they had no idea what number to give us, they basically wanted me to pay for another year plan to get my number back. And after a whole 2 weeks of process (that should've been 24-48 hours), we could finally force it out of them.
And the worker in the store was really unprofessional also, taking my phone out of my hand..

WORST COMPANY EVER

I requested for some lines to be taken off a few months ago and they never took them off and the payment automatically came out my account and I called and they said they were going to give me a refund because they never took the lines off and I paid for them. Now they're saying I can't get a refund because I paid for the lines already but I asked you asked to REMOVE the lines months ago… BULL$#*!

I had an acp hot spot box through boost. It stopped working and I was told government stop paying for box. I paid $60.19 for service not working and they want to drive 87 miles to get money back for service that don't work.

Turned my phone off at 5p.m., asked if they could give me until midnight when my paycheck hit and they said no. Really! Only a few hours is what I needed, but what about all the times I had to call because I couldn't send or receive text messages and retrieve voice-mails, not once did they extend any type of credit to me. This company is BS! Go with a real mobile phone company, I know I am!

It is very disappointing the way boostmobile lies to their loyal paying customers. I purchased a new phone for my son and was told pay three months on time and I would recieve a $200.00 gift card, this was in December 2022. I stuck to my side of the deal however never recieved card and every time I call I am give a ticket number told it will be resolved now I am in the month of June 2023 still nothing. They are going to lose good customers because of their bad business practices. Shame on you boostmobile.

I have been dealing with them for 2 days now and still don't have any service and phone not activated. I have been on the phone with them for 2 hours and 8 'minutes and issue still not resolved….Can't get the to the supervisor because the rep continuously lies about transferring me. I will be asking for a refund and going to another provider!

I'm minding my business and a young lady asked Me what company do I have. I told her and she said if you come with us after 3 months paying we will give you 200. So I calculated it for me to receive it April 18. I called 3 times. 1st time they say you will get an email noooot. 2nd time they said go to the store where you purchased phone. Store no longer exist. 3rd time you will get an email in 24 hours noooot and to call the gift card place they said there is nothing there for me to go back to the store. Now literally on hold again for an hour to scream at them for playing me. I hate what theses company do to convince you and don't come threw and the messed up thing about is that it freaking promotions ends this week. I freaking hate boost I want my gift card. I'm going 5o the news and wherever I need to. You played the wrong one. Give me my gift card!

Boost mobile has tooken money out of my acct multiple times for the last two months they claim I haven't pd my bill when my bank acct says I paid it twice I hv been a boost customer for 12 plus years but I'll b damned if they are gonna screw my finances and not give me service. I would recommend you go elsewhere

I come from a military family. I'm not racist I get along with all kinds of people furthermore ichinese people in my family among other nationalities but I get tired of calling for customer service and you get a also a person from China? A pun checking that's how I know it from China. Well you are probably checking 2 day. I gonna match and you don't? Resolve my issue why don't they keep these jobs for American people because let's face? It China doesn't want to be anything but world domination and you can't go over to China and get a job especially being a black person I find. It very disgusting and they want to interrogate you over the phone. Asking you all these no nonsense questions that amount to a hillaby's. Boost need to get their app together as well as all these other companies and bring our counts back over here because let's face it as the economy and everything gets higher they aint paying us no more money to keep up with the cost of living so you might as well bring the accounts back here. To the United States. I was so sick of it bad business

I rate Boost Mobile a negative zero (-0). Boost Mobile is by far the worst company in U.S. history to purchase a cellular phone from. "Every word I write is my opinion of Boost Mobile and their staff." Please do not patronize Boost Mobile at ******* Tara Blvd., Ste. F." When I first purchased a phone from Boost Mobile the guy was too relaxed to transfer data from one phone to another phone. He recommended I visit Best Buy and they can transfer the data, which I did for a fee. On 06/06/23, a woman associate was unprofessional, lack competency, failed to make simple/wise decisions, bad customer service, insensitive, bad hair/wardrobe, inconsiderate, untrustworthy, and desperately needs to take a course/seminar on how to relate and interact with customers, lack communication skills and intelligence, unreliable to transfer data from one phone to another phone. I wouldn't recommend her or Boost Mobile to purchase a cellular phone from. There are numerous reputable companies that provide/possess great interpersonal skills, deals, intelligence, knowledge, communication skills, excellent customer service and take good care of their customers. Repeat, please take your business elsewhere. I wish Boost Mobile much success. God Bless.

I signed up for boost mobile service reluctantly, intending to get mint mobile. However, I urgently needed a sim card and the only one available at best buy was for boost mobile. I have been very pleasantly surprised with their service. It is surprisingly fast for an MVNO, with speeds reaching over 600mbps, and has been quite reliable. During the 3 months I have been using their service, I have had only two minor connection issues, both of which resolved themselves within 2 hours. Additionally, their customer support (through the live chat on the website) has been great. When I found out I am going to have to switch to t-mobile because of travel (boost mobile does not offer international roaming except to mexico), they refunded my advance payment for the next 3 months once I was able to get a live agent. Additionally, when I needed my port pin and account number to port my number, I was able to get those in less than 15 minutes, even though it was a Sunday.
All in all, I have been surprisingly impressed with boost mobile. Additionally, since their cell plans are very affordable (I was paying 30 dollars a month for unlimited with 12gb of hotspot) I would highly recommend their service.

Don't transfer your number to boost mobile. They refuse to give you a pin and transfer number. Even if you are willing to pay they make excuses. They claim your sim number doesn't match your phone. I'm just frustrated for my fiancé. I told him it was a bad idea to switch to boost. Service was awful his phone keeps cutting off. They give you the run around even if you go to the store.

If this review can get to at least one person to stop them for going to boost I consider my job done cuz that will prevent one person for making the same mistake that I have. They do not treat their loyal customers right at all they suspended my account and canceled my account out of the blue for no reason whatsoever. Boost Mobile has changed over the years they have gotten worse and they lie to their customers. The way they treat their customers Boost Mobile will be a thing of the past as it should be so please please if you're considering going with Boost Mobile please do not go with Boost Mobile please go elsewhere for your cell phone needs. They do not care about their customers or they're families. They are not worthy of a one star if I could give a zero I would

This is the 4th of June and we talked to them on the 26th of May to shut off my phone and the person my wife spoke to said 24 to 48 hrs and my phone would be unlocked and I could be with ATT. Bul$#*! It has now been 9 days and some 216 days without my phone, you clowns have not done anything to help me and I am sick of you. If I owe you any money I will return the favor. Now if you can read you dummies call me at my land line and lets see if you have a BRAIN, *******938, this needs to be resolved NOW! You are against the LAW by refusing to unlock my phone...
