on 9/1/19You can contact them, but do not bother, they all are trained to act like they know what they are doing but in reality they DO NOT CARE!
A LONG DRAWN OUT PROCESS REQUIRING A LOT OF PATIENCE
Easy, but can they help you with your needs... NO!
The representatives are all yes people that will not solve anything for you.
Don't bother they don't care about thier customers. I have been with boost for 25 years and the few times I needed help from customers service they could care less. Rude, disrespectful, incompetent and no concern for the customer. The last representative I spoke to didn't even know what I was talking about when I asked to contact the corporate office. Refused to let me speak to a supervisor. He asked me "why do you need to talk to a supervisor? It's not going to do you any good!" They even cut my phone off out of spite! Please save your self the headache. STAY AWAY!
Zero! Log in failed call customer service. Number provided does not work!
Currently, you cant. I haven't been able to reach anyone by phone for approximately a week.
The chat line is always open. However, they seem to be very limited in how much help they can provide. Getting a hold of a person by phone is very tricky. The menu is extremely limited.
You can eventually get trough to the live person by pressing 0 all the time. Customer service is pitiful though. When I asked how to get my data working on my phone (been down for more than a month and tried all the recommended options to fix it) their rep tried to SELL ME MORE DATA! Pretty apalling.
The only way is through the chat, which is not always available.
They are difficult to get a hold of. When you do get a hold of them it does no good. They dont care about customers at all!
Not easy! You have to go through too many automated prompts and keep hitting the zero when you find the right prompt that will connect you to a living being. Even then only during customer service business hours.
Easy, BUT communication is horrible. Almost 4 months and I am still waiting on a return label to send back a phone sent broken that was purchased on the Boost website.
You can get anyone on customer service it is if they don't transfer or hang up on you cause they don't want to do their job
