I'd like to join also. These scammers tried saying my 86 year old mother texted 15 times to a phone number we found to be a disconnected one and at the time/day the phone my mother purchased was still in the box not touched by anyone unused. Besides the fact they charged her $20 for a free phone.
Not that I know of but we need to start one...
I want in if there's one, they lie and only fish for info the worst phone company I have ever used, it's hard enough these days for people struggling and they make it worse...
I would join too. Boost has changed so horribly since I was with them in 2015. Every rep on phone call gave me the same bs line. You don't need to worry, this will be corrected. After 9 calls since April 1,2023, nothing is corrected and even had service turned off. The one and only person that cares about customers, was Mariza, in store rep Palatka Fl. She paid my bill so service restored for me until account is corrected. How tragic 1 in 9 Boost employees are doing the correct customer service work?
I would definitely put my hat in on a lawsuit against boost because I've never had more problems answering phone calls as soon as I get a call from Nebraska some a****** from Florida calls me trying to sell me garbage and next thing you know I'm getting a call from TimBucktoo s*** ville and some f***** up state that nobody's even living in it's just a big s*** hole and they're all 820 Boost Mobile numbers I'm so sick of the Boost I'd love to sue their asses!
There should be. I would join in the suit. They are a rip off
