I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!

If you're looking up reviews on Boost mobile and or the comparison statistics for Boost vs any other company, you will be mislead! Boost mobile service as far as reception on your phone, terrible. I've had quite a few plans with different companies, and aside from the government offered companies, Boost has by far been the worst on reception and up front honesty on phone plans. Take what you want out of this review, but you can only ACTUALLY go by personal experience. Since I've switched to Boost mobile, my personal experience, with my iphone15 and Boost's reception, is AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Not to mention the misleading information I was regally given to get me to switch companies. They're all a bunch of frauds and should be held accountable.

I went almost 2 months ago and bought the RZR prime flip phone. I woke up the other day and there was a black dot running up the screen.
Called boost and they sent me to Motorola who has done nothing but try to charge me money to either fix or replace the phone.
I'm beyond frustrated with this service already and have only had it since April.
They have no coverage, they lie, they have no one qualified to help customer service. Or maybe they were in India. Hard understand. Just want service. If they can't provide, stop misleading people. Please stop
I called boost mobile to set up service for 2 lines they ran my credit and said i was approved for financing on 2 phones which me and my husband picked out they sent me a service agreement to my email and i signed and sent back like I was informed to do and paid the 90$ fee for the phones I was told that my phones would be shipped and received within 3 days. Me and my husband were excited and eagerly waiting for our phones to arrive I checked my email daily for any updates and nothing so I called boost customer service and was informed that my order was canceled and that they were no longer able to go through with my order and I would have to go into a boost store and purchase a phone through them if i still wanted to proceed with their service. I asked what the issue was and was told they would not give me any more info than that I asked to talk to a person I charge or hire up and they informed me there was no one. First of all, I am mad that they canceled my order and didn't bother to send me an email or text to let me know so me and my husband were excited and waiting for nothing secondly, I think is very unprofessional and rude how I was misled by this company like I was I would give 0 stars if i could boost

I have insurance won't accommodate...
I have reported to customer care about my phone being damaged and they keep telling me to call the insurance they work with its been about 2 weeks and states I dont qualify for a new phone.
Anytime you call customer service they connect you with a foreign country and you have a language barrier problem in addition to your original problem. They're really bad at helping you with anything.
Boost Mobile now is very very bad super unreliable.drops calls,drops internet,will not send text messages half the time. My job depends on me being able to access the internet and using Texting and making phone calls... Boost Mobile has dropped the ball on this for me. I'm switching services as soon as I can... If you don't care about making any phone calls,texts or half of the time having access to internet then this is the service for you.

TERRIBLE! Service was fine for a couple weeks then the connection got so bad that people couldn't hear me and vice-versa; then the phone wouldn't accept my password (my guess because of the poor reception in the middle of Dallas!) and it LOCKED ME OUT over and over again until it was permanent and the Boost rep told me it was a problem with the iPhone 15 itself. After 1.5 hours of double- and triple-troubleshooting at the Apple store, they said the phone wasn't the problem. Of course, by now I'm past my 30-day return period and all Boost kept tell me was that the 30-day window to return had passed. BTW this is my first ever bad review for any business or product. To ID my # is: *******729 but, of course, it doesn't work.

NEVER use boost. They suspended my account when I wanted it to be disconnected then charged me told me they couldn't refund me and are making no sense at all about why they took the money from my account. Talked to 3 different people got nowhere besides basically I need to just eat the money because they are following their rules. The phone never worked ever. Never made one phone call. Never could get service and now I need to wait for them to submit tickets to unsuspend the account when they keep telling me the account is active. None of this makes sense. And honestly the worst choice I've ever made
I was a boost mobile customer for 16 years. My current phone was starting to give me problems so I called customer service and purchased the phone and let them know I had moved 2 years prior and gave them the correct updated address. Why did they still ship to my old address. Called boost mobile to rectify they situation. I was told it's there policy to send phones to original account information. Even though they confirmed having my new address on file. They refused to re send the phone or refund. Boost mobile policy sucks. They lost a 16 year customer over a 48$ phone because their policy does not account for people moving or updating addresses.

Be warned Boost does not stand behind the phones they sell. Since the 4th day my new $850 phone completely freezes up every 48 hours and requires a hard reboot. Their 30 day warranty is all 100% BS. Motorola offers zero help as well for their one-year warranty they want you to send it in can take 6 weeks and do not give you a phone to use in the meantime unless you choose to get screwed for their protection plan.

I am beside myself because of how poor Boost is at everything. It has been nearly a week since porting my number to the carrier but nothing is happening. Every Boost employee says a different thing and no one seems to know what they're doing.
Unfortunately, I've had to buy the SIM card for another carrier for a burner number to get me through the holiday season while I figure this out.
DO NOT USE BOOST MOBILE! They deducted money from me WITHOUT permission for months and will not refund the lousy $200. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS unfortunately

Really bad customer service franchises not being held to a stand speaking to customers anyway, they want. Taking your Money and trying not to give you any returns. Even when the equipment does not work for you. I recommend no one used this company. It's impossible to speak to someone from boost in the United States. Nothing but a run around.

For the past five months or so Boost Mobile has offered abysmal and ineffective customer service, overpriced billing for what they offer, and poor coverage in many places that I visit. They do not work with you at all. Something changed and it changed for the worse. Avoid and find another service; that's what I'm doing.

Unfortunately I paid for a one year subscription plan before doing my research. I wasn't able to make any calls after one month and no matter how many times I talked to the technical support they weren't helpful and didn't follow up. Do not buy!
I purchased an IPhone from Boostmobile 2 months ago, they shipped my Iphone with UPS and UPS delivered the wrong merchandise to me, I contacted UPS and they said they will deal with Boostmobile since they are the shipper and Boostmobile says they will not give me a refund because it is not their fault so long story short, I purchased an Iphone from Boostmobile, I paid to Boostmobile for it but I never received and Boostmobile does not care about it because they already got my money. I am given one star only because zero stars is not an option! I am so frustrated!
Can I rate it less than one star? Please do not go to boost. I am a bare minimum person when it comes to phone needs but this carrier is absolutely horrifying. The customer service people are 0 help I pay 75 a month for "unlimited data" because I doordash and just simply need my music and GPS but the "unlimited data" was only strictly working on WiFi and when I called the customer service help line said well it says your good so you should be good and left me on my own with any sort of help. When I finally got it to work. Unlimited data just means. 30 GBs. They simply lie. I'm switching to a much cheaper line that has much higher reviews and benefits. Never again will I speak anything positive about this provider. Absolutely disappointed and wasted so much time, money and lost work hours due to not having data when I paid for it.

I returned to Boost Mobile because I was so impressed with their customer service. Their website is almost as good, but there were some issues.
I found a phone and started the process to purchase but the system would not complete my transaction. I finally had to call their customer service and the gentleman there took care of me. He was great, knew the products and helped me find the best deal.
The website is easy to navigate and the photos are clear. I really like the product descriptions and filters for search.
Not sure what went wrong with the transaction, but the rest of the site is great.
