The Bradford Exchange has been very honest, reputable and fair with me & and I love there merchandise! Some very unique and interesting items only to be found at the Bradford Exchange. They also have a the absolute best guarantee in the business & One year exchange or refund for any reason, how can you get better than that! The one improvement that I wish they would work on is with there Customer Service agents... some are super, and really want to help you... others act and talk like they have been woken Out of a deep Sleep when you try and ask for help. If they could improve on this just a little... you'd have a great company going to a Super company!
I got a letter in the mail stating that I was chosen for a free coin. I got really excited and I accepted the coin since on my free time I like to find coins to keep and so I went ahead and sent in the paperwork for this "free" coin. After a while of having the coin in my possession, I started to get mail coming in for other coins that stated that you needed to pay for them. I wasn't interested, so therefore I didn't send in for those ones. Shortly after this, I got a letter in the mail stating that if I did not pay for this supposedly free coin that they would send it to collections. In my defense, I honestly thought this was a mistake since the very first letter that I got said that this coin was free. So after a while of ignoring that first invoice, I got another one still threatening to send this bill to collections. So doing what anybody would do I called Bradford exchange and explained to them that I did not appreciate being threatened that something that was supposed to be free is now on almost on its way to collections, because I refuse to pay for something that was stated to be free. The lady that I talked to on the phone said that the coin was free to look at- not to have. I referred back to the very first letter that I got stating that I was chosen for a free coin and nowhere on that piece of paper did it say that it was a free to look at coin. It flat out states that this is a free coin for you to have. There is NOWHERE on the first initital letter stating that if you wanted to keep the coin, you had to pay for it. So honestly, this company is super unprofessional, and a SCAM! Do NOT accept the "free" coin. They will just screw you out of it.
Ordered a morgan dollar from them with a guaranteed money back. When I got it I discovered it was a cheap copy & returned it- just got a check for half of what I paid them- guess they never said they would give all my money back.
Dont buy from Bradford exchange, I ordered from Bradford exchange and they said my credit card was declining so I gave them another card, I ended up getting charged for a single item on both cards. Then they sent me six more items I didn't want and charged both my cards. I called them several times to get them to stop charging my cards and stop shipping items I didn't want but ended up having to file a dispute with both credit card companies and get both cards turned off to stop the charges. I ended up being sent seven items and charged fourteen times when I only wanted one item. I sent most of the items back and they refunded my credit card companies but now there sending my bills for items I have returned. This has been dragging on trying to straighten this out for six months.
My husband ordered me a ring and he got the wrong size, when i called to see if i could get it resized they said they would send another one AND i was able to add another personalization to it! Definitely satisfied will shop again!
I am blown away with the reviews for this company. I have purchased several items at different times and never had an issue. I never had an issue with quality or customer service. I got a purse six years ago and use it every day and it still looks like the day I got it. I carry heavy items in it and the straps are still holding up. It's kind of unbelievable. I have purchased a lot of jewelry as well.

Products is fine...the problem this is not the first time, the customer service is not putting the payment in correctly. It causing conflict and asks more money then what you already to paid off. Sometimes I feel that they scam you, since they already scam me already for money. I don't trust them anymore.
Ordered checks as I had done before. New address but checks to be mailed to old address. They were delivered with the old address on checks. Called customer service and was told the check address can't be different from the mailing address and we should have called them to to ask for the checks to be delivered to a different address than was on the checks. How was I to know that!. The customer service person just kept repeating the same thing over and over: you can't have a different address on the checks when you order online. I asked if they would credit our account and send new corrected checks: answer, you can't have a different address... So I took the answer to be no, we won't refund or credit. I will never do business with them again!
I ordered the Nativity Garland, paying monthly for each piece. First, I did not realize I had 1 year to return anything for a refund. Secondly these figurines were imported from China and not hand painted by the Bradford company. Unfortunately I am out my money, but I will NEVER order anything from this company. Save your money this company is a big RIP-OFF.
The figurines are still in their original packaging and the company refused to give me my refund. Anyone who is thinking about ordering from The Bradford Exchange, read the reviews on their poor service. I wish I had.
I bought the "Blue Rhapsody Topaz And Diamond Ring" because the image on Bradford Exchange site depicted a beautiful ring with two rows of sparkling diamonds. I am so disappointed by the actual ring I received. Bradford Exchange clearly misrepresented the ring on their website. I needed a magnifying glass to see the rows of diamonds that appeared much larger and more apparent as advertised. I returned the ring yesterday and I hope I don't experience any problems getting a refund.
Bradford Exchange, you should be ashamed of yourselves. This ring is NOT worth $200.00; I have seen more attractive rings in Wal-Mart for 1/10th of the cost.
Initial order had to be cancelled because their shipping timeline was not accurate, cancelled and placed a new order on an item that would be delivered before Xmas. This order was placed on Dec 1 and on Dec 14 the wrong item arrived. I called and was told that they can ship out the correct product but it would take up to 10 business days to arrive and they were checking if they even had the product in stock. After being placed on hold they disconnected the call. Horrible customer service, horrible experience, I will never shop here again and now I am struggling to get a refund, plus I have to ship back the completely wrong product.
Ordered Christmas presents from this place over 400 bucks worth... the clock said it would be here by Christmas... items did not arrive till February so they decided to charge me again for the already paid items in February... this overdrafted my account they reluctantly returned my money after arguing with them and me threading BBB... but they did not cover the overdraft fees despite me telling them this was not my mistake and not sure why I am the one being penalized for it... this was my first time with this company run away!
I ordered an item a pendant that I then decided I didn't want. It took them a month to get it to me. They say put it in the mailbox to return I did that. Then it took them forever to refund. Now they say that they refunded twice and I owe them one of the refunds back they never refunded twice! Run as fast as you can far away from this fraud!
My two sisters went halves in buying Mum a ring for her birthday that she couldn't justify buying for herself. What arrived was not the ring she wanted, the name was the same but the ring was nothing like the one ordered. Giving 1 star rating as at least they sent SOMEthing.
I would give this company less than one star if possable. The lost my purchase., said they shipped but tracking they provided didn't show shipped. Purchase was for daughters wedding. Ordered more than a month early. Now since they can't find my purchase they wanted me to give my credit card info so they could charge me for a second item. Said I could submit a claim in 30 days. I ordered Checks in October of 2021. I received them. THEN they started hitting my account for $14.95 every month. I NEVER gave them permission to take monthly payments for ANYTHING. I didn't realize for 6 months and contacted them by email to no avail. I contacted them today and advised them they need to refund all they took, and they advised me that they will refund 5 months. So if they do this to every customer, that is how they are staying in business because they rating sucks!

I ordered my checks from here for several years. I ordered my checks here the first of the month and changed my mailing address on the checks and the billing address three times. Then when I pressed submit it changed it to the P. O. Box. I get an email saying it was sent to the wrong address. I call them and they tell me basically I can reorder but they won't do anything about it switching my address. If you have to reorder checks I sure wouldn't use their online for any reason! Won't be dealing with this company if anyway possible!
During the last few years, I have made many purchases from the Bradford Exchange Catalogue. In December of 2021, I ordered two items that would be given as Christmas gifts. The orders consisted of multiple pieces. I received only one piece for each order. I contacted Bradford and told them I was not going to pay for the order until it was completely filled. That never happened and The Bradford Exchange kept dunning me for full payment. I called done of their reps., explained the situation and was given no satisfaction. Recently, The Bradford Exchange referred the unpaid bill for the UNFULFILLED ORDER, to a collection agency. I wrote Bradford Exchange and informed them of the stupid mistake they were making by making a dedicated customer angry, and will never purchase from them again!

I ordered a blue jay bird figurine for my mom and she was happy with it actually the figurine looks good. To my surprise she received another one 1 year later because the first one is part of what they call a subscription remember Columbia House with their vinyl disk and tapes? This is the same type of outfit be warned Bradford Exchange is cut from the same cloth as Columbia House. My mom returned the second one I called them and told them that it is on it's way back and to cancel the subscription. They got the figurine back on February 02 and it's been 2 weeks since they got it back and I still haven't got my money back. Bradford Exchange you will now have to answer my credit card as to WHY it hasn't been refunded I'm getting sick and tired of this BS

I got a necklace online for my mother for Christmas. However, when I got it, it didn't look exactly like the picture. It honestly looked like something I could get out of a slot machine for 25 cents. You get what you paid for I guess but I paid almost $140 for it.

Definitely not a check company I will use again. The customer reps were mean and unwilling to assist in a way that I was told I would get help. I had the email to prove that they were suppose to correct my order. Just awful experience. Never again. They even hung up on me and wouldn't let me get a word in to explain the problem.
BEWARE! If you order something and do not like it, this company does NOT accept returns! I ordered some personal checks - then asked to return them. They sent me a return label - I paid for the postage. ONLY THEN, did they send me an email saying they do not accept returns! THEN WHY BOTHER TO SEND ME A RETURN LABEL? Very sneaky business practices!

Purchased a gift for my wife, all good. Next I see another gift arrived, checked my credit card and they had charged my for second gift. I called them and was told because I had looked online at second item they had charged me and sent item (with no authorization) they would mail me return instructions - 2 to 3 weeks. Then 2-3 weeks for them to receive item and only then another 7-10 business days before they credited me, I asked they email me return instructions, nothing came. Called them again and asked the email me instructions, nothing. Called them and told them I was going back to back and hitting them with fraudulent charges if I never received email. Waited couple hours - nothing, called bank and they have hit them with fraudulent charges.

I placed my order on July 25,2022. As of December 13,2022. I still have not received my order. When I finally got an email it shipped, the shipping label was mis printed an my item was returned and my money was already withdrawn. I called to get answers and the foreigner that answered the phone was acting like he couldn't understand a word I was saying and was very rude. He was not emphathic whatsoever. Please do not buy from this company.

What a scam. I used PayPal to make my first purchase of a commemorative $2 bill. Then 3 weeks later, they sent me a similar $2 bill that I didn't order, I found out they charged my Paypal 5 times of what I paid for the first $2 bill, and somehow my PayPal autopay to Bradford was activated. I searched through my emails for anything that says Bradford subscription or autopay, or even an order email for the phantom order, and I couldn't find any. I went on the website and couldn't find this order in my account. In the package with the item, there is an invoice that says paid but with no dollar amount. Shady as F. What a scam this company is running. I'm sure a lot of people don't even realize they're being charged. How can a company like this be allowed to continue to operate?
I thought I found my perfect wedding cake topper and designed my cake around it. I ordered it on March 1st allowing for plenty of time for its arrival. Four days before it was due to arrive (April 26), I checked status and it was CANCELED! Just got off the phone with customer service. It was canceled because it's not in stock and no longer available. Are you kidding me?! Y'all advertised it was a limited edition so I thought I was lucky to get it ordered before it was out. Why did y'all let me order it if it wasn't available... and then lead me on for two months?! I have time before the wedding but I'm absolutely heartbroken. I will NEVER order from here again and will make sure to deter anyone else from getting their hearts crushed!
