The Bradford Exchange has been very honest, reputable and fair with me & and I love there merchandise! Some very unique and interesting items only to be found at the Bradford Exchange. They also have a the absolute best guarantee in the business & One year exchange or refund for any reason, how can you get better than that! The one improvement that I wish they would work on is with there Customer Service agents... some are super, and really want to help you... others act and talk like they have been woken Out of a deep Sleep when you try and ask for help. If they could improve on this just a little... you'd have a great company going to a Super company!

“Honestly...f**k Bradford Exchange”

I got a letter in the mail stating that I was chosen for a free coin. I got really excited and I accepted the coin since on my free time I like to find coins to keep and so I went ahead and sent in the paperwork for this "free" coin. After a while of having the coin in my possession, I started to get mail coming in for other coins that stated that you needed to pay for them. I wasn't interested, so therefore I didn't send in for those ones. Shortly after this, I got a letter in the mail stating that if I did not pay for this supposedly free coin that they would send it to collections. In my defense, I honestly thought this was a mistake since the very first letter that I got said that this coin was free. So after a while of ignoring that first invoice, I got another one still threatening to send this bill to collections. So doing what anybody would do I called Bradford exchange and explained to them that I did not appreciate being threatened that something that was supposed to be free is now on almost on its way to collections, because I refuse to pay for something that was stated to be free. The lady that I talked to on the phone said that the coin was free to look at- not to have. I referred back to the very first letter that I got stating that I was chosen for a free coin and nowhere on that piece of paper did it say that it was a free to look at coin. It flat out states that this is a free coin for you to have. There is NOWHERE on the first initital letter stating that if you wanted to keep the coin, you had to pay for it. So honestly, this company is super unprofessional, and a SCAM! Do NOT accept the "free" coin. They will just screw you out of it.

My mom bought a clock from them and we're still waiting for it. They said it was to come 2 month late and now they said it's not coming to July. They flippin' SUCK.

We ordered a product from them over two and a half years ago that was on pre order. Since it was during the height of the pandemic we knew delays might be a thing but this was ridiculous. On it's original timeline we were due to receive it in September 2020, approximately 4 months after we ordered it. By May 2021 we still hasn't received it and received no notifications regarding the order. We contacted them and were told it was delayed due to supply chain issues. At this time we understood and waited patiently. We checked back in around October and we were told they were still waiting to receive it; we were less happy but we dealt. Here we are, December 2022 and we still have not received our item. I followed up at the beginning of the month and was told they should be able to ship on the 21st so, on the 20th I followed up to ask if they can confirm our product was finally arriving and this morning I was told the item was discontinued and we wouldn't receive it.

After two and a half years, zero ability to check my order status or communicate, they jerked us around only to not deliver and discontinue the product. I will never buy from them ever again. Dave yourself time and money.

I order something for my wife birthday which in July, I am still waiting for it, and now they have lost my order, I rang them and was on hold for 25mins and no one Ans my call, I still am on hold to see if it come or I get my money back, I am not happy with the service I got, I would not give them one star

I think the Bradford exchange has some nice products I order one thing and it it was supposed to be a uncirculated coin it came scratch very disappointed also wasn't able to log in to my account I created and called customers service time and time again they couldn't help me to log in they keep telling me to wait a few days or to call back I just received the coin still making payments on it but I think for it being in a protective Case it shouldn't be scratched up I called to cancelled the whole set so I will only only pay for this one coin already made one payment but not happy with it being scratched but the customers service people seemed nice it's not their fault I think Bradford exchange could do better for their new customers just disappointed

I purchased coins, my coins saying they were paid in full. A month later I got a letter saying the coins were not paid for. I called up the Bradford Exchange, was told my credit card was denied, I called up my credit card company, they said my card was not denied and I have the charged on my statement saying they went through. I checked my Bradford Exchange statements all coins were paid for. I asked the Better Business Bureau to investigate. According to them the Bradford Exchange said my card was denied. I sent in proof it was not, Bradford exchange said they will try again to get their payment even through they have already been paid., my credit card company is standing behind me. My BBB complaint has been closed even though I do not agree with the Bradford exchange trying to get payment again, they have not shown me any proof my card was denied, they can't it was not denied. I did cancel any more mail or coins. I keep getting mail, I did get a coin after it was canceled. I sent it back in January according to tracking it is still in transit. I asked Canada post and was told that it might of been delivered but not signed for. I checked tracking at the Bradford exchange it says the tracking number is non existing. Another scam by The Bradford Exchange I sent the coin back but no proof they got it. They said I could send back thr other coins. Why would I send back what was already paid for and get no money back

I am sorry to say that if you are paying for anything from Bradford that costs more than $25, then you WILL be disappointed. We had never shopped at the company before, but my wife found a snow globe that she really wanted for the holidays. We paid over $100 for it - yes, first mistake - and second we had to wait over a month to get it. I will not go into the customer service issues that most of the reviews are about (yes, it is horrible, as is their website and members' programs), but I will warn the public that ALL of their products are made in China as far as I can tell. They do NOT come in present-able packaging (eg, our $100+ snow globe was literally shipped in the same styrofoam container that it was packed in with a shipping label stuck to the outside and the "certificate of authenticity" - total joke - literally taped to the outside with a HUGE "Made in China" announced embossed into the styrofoam). All in all, shocking. Oh - and the snow globe was a "Thomas Kinkade" branded snow globe. Those familiar with the artist and his Kinkade-branded products would be appalled.

My fiancé loves the ring she can't stop looking at it. I love how it look on her. It is so beautiful it shines sparkles when the sun hits it it's amazing. It's just glorious. She loves how it fits.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered a Princess Diana Figurine on September 3rd 2017 and except for an acknowledgement of the order heard nothing for over 12 weeks. The item was supposed to be a Christmas present for my sister in the United States but it is now too late to post it in time for it to arrive, even if I receive it soon.
This company do not respond to emails and their telephones are switched to a message system which says "This is a Test Message. The Service to this number is currently inactive". I have tried three different numbers and had a similar response to all calls.
On 8th December 2017, I received an email stating my item was READY FOR DISPATCH. There was no tracking information, merely a note to say it should arrive in the next 2 to 12 working days. I am still trying to contact the company but to no avail!
On 11th December 2017, they took a payment of £31.95 from my account by Direct Debit, being about half the amount due.
What a terrible company to deal with! Has anyone got any ideas on the way forward? I wish i could give them a negative rating because one star is too good.

Mother passed away in October 2016. Contacted them 11/8/16 to stop mailings and report a missing coin from presidential collection, said they would send no charge 10 days. End of November received check for credit of coin. Called 12/5/16 to report need coin not check to complete collection. "Sreege" told me to shred check and she would send coin in my name to mother's address as her account closed. Never received coin, although they sent me an Invoice for coin they never sent. 1/17/17 sent letter and check from November asking them to send coin and use check as payment. 2/6/17 received two letters stating "discrepancy in their records and to sign and return, mailed both same day. 3/3/2017 received postcard asking to call them to discuss account. 3/6/17 called, talked to "Whitney" she said coin is there and not sent because I never sent payment, went through whole scenario with her, she talked to supervisor and would send no charge, should receive in 5-10 days and that she had cleared the invoice sent in my name and would not receive any further invoices. 3/11/17 received another check in my mothers name showing order cancelled. 3/18/17 received invoice in my name stating 3rd request past due, sending to credit dept for review. Not only did they pray on a woman in her 80's but screw with you after her passing to try to get multiple payments for shipments never sent/received. Told them each time check not cashable due to estate being in Trust.

I purchased a Peter Brock Medalion for my son it took 6 months to arrive. Within 3 days another unrequested of purchased Medalion turned up which i returned the next day on November 18th 2022 they have now sent the bill collectors even after many emails, phone calls and letters to try and sort this problem out. RUBBISH COMPANT NEVER USE THEM THEY ARE GARBAGE.

Customer service is horrible I had called the company because I needed to pay a bill. Well I paid my bill and in the process they claimed I owed 324.00 for other items that I had already received and my account was in collections. So I figured "oh my gosh" I don't want my account in collections, so I paid it. Well now its a week later and I'm receiving all these packages from them. What the hell right. So I called and they're telling me I ordered them with a series that I was getting about 5 years dago. NO I DIDN'T ORDER THESES. So now I have to send them back and wait for my money to come back to me, that they originally said was in COLLECTIONS NO IT WASN'T IN COLLECTIONS. I cannot believe how they twisted this whole issue.

I have ordered many things from Bradford Exchange and Loved them All I have ordered Jewelry, Clothing, Knickknacks etc. My First Disney Jacket is about 10years old and looks like new and I get So Many Compliments and I tell them to go to Bradford Exchange! Get wait for my Disney Bracelet and Anorak Jacket! Thank You Bradford Exchange

I had subscribed to the life of Jesus Limoges a few years ago. Then they started shipping duplicates of the same Limoges and charged my credit card. I finally got them to sent RAN's, I returned them and never received a credit. When Covid hit, they couldn't get any additional Limoges, so I to,d them to cancel the subscription. Nearly two years later, I received a package. Not only did they not cancel future orders, they charged my credit card. I called and spoke with customer service and was to.d I had to go to the trouble of returning a product I did not order. When I told him they needed to make arrangements to have the item picked up, since I shouldn't have to do this for something I did not order, her hung on me. I have now been listening to elevator music for the last 15 minutes because they are so busy there's a line of people waiting. I would never buy from this company again! I'm still waiting on credit for the two duplicates I returned over a year ago. Buyer definitely beware!

I placed an order on Feb 4th 2020. The item was supposed to arrive by Feb 14th and that was confirmed on the order confirmation email. I checked on the order on Feb 12th and saw that the status was changed to "shipping by Apr 1st 2020". I tried contacting the business, but was unsuccessful as no one answers their email promptly and their phone line doesn't seem to work. When calling, it gives you an proximate wait time. First time was 16 minutes, the second time was 18 minutes and the last time was 33 minutes, with the option to schedule a call back. The first time I got the call back 20 minutes later and was left on hold for additional 38 minutes before I hung up. I tried calling again, this time staying on hold for another 30 minutes without using the call back option and again no one picked up. The last time I got a call back and after a 26 minute call a woman finally picked up. She told me that the item will not be available until July and that she can look for something else. I informed her that this is a Valentines Day gift and I have no use for it in July, nor do I want something else. I asked her to just refund my purchase at which time she hung up.

Don't no buy nothing if I could give them no stars I wouldn't give them any stars due to the fact that I've struggled with this company they always have a bull$#*! $#*! excuse on why my present for her Will not be here on Xmas this is the worst company ever and I hate this $#*!in company don't no buy anything from them

I ordered a locket for my daughter in December for Christmas, they said they were out and it would be about a week befor they would get more in, well it took 3 weeks, so ok,,,, they shipped it out on January 24, stating it would be there for Valentines----guaranted----I even got an e-mail stating that... well she still does not have it... I called numberous times, send several e-mails that went unanswered by there customer service department, when I finally called today 2/15/11 they told me there is nothing they can do for 30 days the post office must have lost it... they took my money right away... but they do not care... I have wasted so much time I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. I thought they were reputable, that is whey I ordered from them, but to let there customers hang out there, is not caring about there clients. If you do order have them send it 2nd day air, they did not tell me about it till I asked...

Wouldn't recommend buying anything from this website, I ordered my daughter a doll over a week ago and payed express delivery which was £20 for it to be delivered by her birthday. Rang them up to see why it hadn't been delivered yet and there reply was were really sorry, but we've accidentally put it for normal delivery and it will be with you within the next two weeks! I payed £140 for my daughters real life doll and I'm a single mum on a low income I've been saving for this for a few months, now I can't afford to go and get her anything else so tomorrow when she wakes up on her birthday she will open clothes and nappies for her baby doll without the doll. I couldn't feel more let down! And I'm more than sure my daughter will be very sad tomorrow when she wakes up and I tell her she's got everything for her baby but not her baby. Just read through the reviews and this seems to be happening a lot and they aren't seeming to be changing anything! I defiantly will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Wouldn't even rate it a 1 star.

I ordered the Thomas Kinkade Christmas Train and I paid for 2 day shipping because they said that it was in stock and it was possible. I paid for it and the money came out of my account. What I got in the mail wasn't even close to what I ordered. It was and Elvis train but just one piece. I called customer service and got it mailed back as they instructed. They also said they would refund me for the extra shipping I paid for. It never showed up on my account after a week and a half. So I called back and they said there was "No record" of me getting an refund for shipping and they couldn't refund me but offer me an "in-store" discount of 15 dollars. They also said the train was now back ordered. I will never shop here again and it seemed like a good company. I'm not sure why two people would tell me two different things about my order. I'm looking into getting a complete refund on this. They said it would take 3-5 days to process a refund after the product was cancelled and I after I returned it. This company is a scam.
