The Bradford Exchange has been very honest, reputable and fair with me & and I love there merchandise! Some very unique and interesting items only to be found at the Bradford Exchange. They also have a the absolute best guarantee in the business & One year exchange or refund for any reason, how can you get better than that! The one improvement that I wish they would work on is with there Customer Service agents... some are super, and really want to help you... others act and talk like they have been woken Out of a deep Sleep when you try and ask for help. If they could improve on this just a little... you'd have a great company going to a Super company!
I got a letter in the mail stating that I was chosen for a free coin. I got really excited and I accepted the coin since on my free time I like to find coins to keep and so I went ahead and sent in the paperwork for this "free" coin. After a while of having the coin in my possession, I started to get mail coming in for other coins that stated that you needed to pay for them. I wasn't interested, so therefore I didn't send in for those ones. Shortly after this, I got a letter in the mail stating that if I did not pay for this supposedly free coin that they would send it to collections. In my defense, I honestly thought this was a mistake since the very first letter that I got said that this coin was free. So after a while of ignoring that first invoice, I got another one still threatening to send this bill to collections. So doing what anybody would do I called Bradford exchange and explained to them that I did not appreciate being threatened that something that was supposed to be free is now on almost on its way to collections, because I refuse to pay for something that was stated to be free. The lady that I talked to on the phone said that the coin was free to look at- not to have. I referred back to the very first letter that I got stating that I was chosen for a free coin and nowhere on that piece of paper did it say that it was a free to look at coin. It flat out states that this is a free coin for you to have. There is NOWHERE on the first initital letter stating that if you wanted to keep the coin, you had to pay for it. So honestly, this company is super unprofessional, and a SCAM! Do NOT accept the "free" coin. They will just screw you out of it.
The customer service representatives are all from another country and have no clue to what you say to them. I gave them a change of address over 2 months ago and they are still shipping my items to the old address. One of the representatives told me if I paid $1250 I would receive all of my items at one time. I asked that girl numerous times does that include all 3 of my orders and she said yes. Turns out it was for just one of my orders so I had to cancel the purchase. She straight up lied to me to get her commission. On top of that it takes forever to get someone on the line to talk to. I'm a numismatic and I want the complete collection and that is the only reason I continue to deal with them. I am so pissed off with them.
My husband purchased this ring for me for Christmas.It was ordered in November and came December 29th. Also, it looks nothing like the picture. Thw center stone is huge and looks fake. I saw the same ring on Wish for 90 CENTS! Pretty disappointed. My husband is a wonderful guy with a heart of gold... he does not deserve to be taken advantage of.
I ordered the Christmas wreath with the kittens. It does not look like the picture. The kittens are flat pictures of? Wood painted. They have no 3D image to them. I would not order any more products from them. I am not returning due to the expense involved.

They guaranteed my order before Christmas and actually removed my guarantee on the 21st of December. They have no way of calling the vendor to change the address of the shipment. Their promises are worthless. They went from promising my shipment of a personalized item before Christmas to changing the shipment date to February. They utilize the worst control processes I've ever dealt with.

The price of this was $135 for everything and I have been charged $131 the first time. Then $53.95 the second time and $14.95 the third time. I called to find out what was going on and they said there are 7 different charges for this. I do not recommend getting this
I made a purchase unbeknown that I was signing up for a monthly charge. I was told to return the item and I would be refunded. Tracking says that they received it, but Bradford is saying they hadn't. They will not refund me. This company is one big scam.

I received my US Army Ladies Ring, as well as my US Army Canvas Tote Bag in a very timely manner! First time doing business with these folks! I received my items BEFORE their estimated due date! Only issue was my lack of attention to detail. Thought the bag I ordered was leather, instead of canvas. Explains the reasonable price! Great quality, good craftsmanship. Will do business with them again.
I am HUGELY disappointed with a ring I purchased from the Bradford Exchange! I gave it as a gift and within 3 weeks the silver plating had COMPLETELY worn off and the ugly dull orange metal beneath is turning my son's finger green. Furthermore, the stone is loose and rattles around in its setting. I will not be purchasing anything from this company ever again and I encourage others to stay away and buy somewhere else. Their quality is absolutely the worst. On top of that, it took nearly a month to arrive in the mail.

I canceled my order because i was worried they where just trying to rip me off and 1 day after threatening to file a fraud complaint against them if they tried to bill me, they billed me and shipped out the item i ordered.
I cancelled my bank card that day and got a new one so they could not further bill me and filed to get my money back through my bank. Received the item today and honestly the ring looks pretty good but i have to determine if the center stone is what they say it is. If so ill cancel the any action in progress to get my money back and just never use the bradford exchange again. No one should have to go through that much headache to buy something online these days
Went looking for a ring as a gift for my girlfriend and found what i though to be the perfect ring, a glacier waters montana sapphire ring with 25 inlaid white topaz. The images of the ring where perfect the price was perfect and was fitting for the size of the stone if it truly was a Montana sapphire. So i bit the bullet and made the purchase on 02 AUG 2022, saw the charge pending on my account and was satisfied that id have the ring in 5 to 9 business days. Then the problems started. Fortunately i took a screen shot of the email receipt they sent me because it was later replaced with another email stating there was a problem with my account and gave me contact info also stated they sent me a statement in the mail with the same info. I called them and they told me the transaction wasnt authorized through my bank so they couldnt ship me my item. I contacted my bank and they said if the transaction wasnt approved then i wouldnt have a pending transation on my account, so i reached back out to the bradford exchange and they changed their story "oh yes the transaction is approved thank you for updating us with that but your billing address is wrong so we cant finalize the transaction" me thinking how could i have a pending transaction on my account on my account if they have the wrong billing address? I go ahead and update them and they tell me everything looks good i should receive an email for shipment by the next day. I wait and wait 6 days rolls around and the charge falls off my account so i reach back out to them and they tell me theres still an issue with my billing and shipping addresses so i update it and wait, i really want this ring but i start to have my doubts. 8 days after making the purchase and seeing no history on mt bradford exchange account i call back and a lady pulls it up and says everything checks out on my account but they just didnt have the item in stock at the moment, meanwhile the item was very clearly in stock on the website and the first 3 times i called customer service so i ask when it should be available she says about 2 to 4 weeks. You would think the first 3 times i called about this they would have had this information since it seemed to be so easy for this customer service agent to find. A few days later i receive a check at my shipping address from the bradford exchange with the amount of $15.50 i thought that extremely odd so i held onto it for a few more days before using it as another excuse to find out more info on my order. I make my 5th customer service call and ask about the check as to which the agent doesnt really know what its for so i leave it alone and ask him about my order, once again the billing info is wrong on my account they only have my shipping address registered and thus cannot ship my item. I make the correction again and ask him if he can confirm the item is in stock and able to be shipped he tells me yes and puts me on hold for about 5 minutes, comes back and says yes the item is ready for shipment it will be shipped the next day friday the 12th of august and should take about 5 to 9 business days for me the receive it at my correct shipping address i ask if there will be any proof of shipment i should keep an eye out for and he says yes ill receive an email with shipping info attached, i thank him and hang up. The 12th comes and goes i receive an email asking me to review the item i never received i hold off i figure ive waited this long already i might as well go for the 2 week mark before i raise hell with them about walking me in circles over a $200 silver ring, at this point its been so long that i cant really remeber when i ordered the ring and refer to the email screen shot and mistake the expected early receive date as the date i purcahsed it so i waited a bit longer until today 18th Aug to check the details of the screen shot and see thats its already been 16 days since i ordered the item and theres no payment no info and no movement. At that point i started looking for reviews i figured since they asked me to review an item that was never shipped that maybe other people had similar issues and found that the bradford exchange doesnt appear to post those reviews anywhere, and i found this place and saw the reviews of other people and could see some similarities in how my order was being treated to others experiences. Kinda feels like they put up a false listing got me to validate my card for their data base to start charging me for some sort of service or fee per month. And it seemed that customer service was giving me the run around so that they could get me to that 1 month and nail me for a subscription that i didnt sign up for. Im really hoping that isnt the case, i called them up again today and the same person i had spoken to 3 times prior called me back and we discussed the matter of fraud and dishonest business practices. I told him that there was no reason to delay a shipment for half a month and told him if he could not give me a valid shippment id with tracking and expected time of delivery today that i wanted the order canceled and my account deleted any further charges after that i warned would be reported to the FTC Federal Trade Commission. He stated that he could not give me any such info so he told me the account would be closed and order canceled. If anyone reading this has had similar issues with this company and had fraudulent charges posted on for goods and services they did not request i strongly urge you to contact the Federal Trade Commission, enough calls come in and they will have no choice but to start an investigation and shut down the bradford exchange for unlawful business practices.

I ordered a set of Dona Gelsinger County Morning canister collection. I recieved the last one of the set and as you see in the picture the color is way off. I'm a pretty upset about this. I've waited a year to have the complete collect then to have a set that doesn't match. I contacted customer service and they have not returned my emails. I would urge you not to buy from this company.

I have never had such an awful experience with a company before! I ordered a simple pendant in plenty of time for our Oct 12th anniversary. It was super easy going online and actually creating what to put for engraving on the front I wanted RGB, on the back I wanted I Love You! 10/12/18. The website was the last thing that was user friendly. My order did not make it until after my anniversary (I can deal with this part) when the order came the date was wrong, it was 2010-12-18 ( hardly Oct 12,2018 by 10 years). Called waited 6 weeks and got the 2nd one. Same wrong dates as the first one. Called went through it all again. 6-8 more weeks and the 3rd one came back as 2018-12-10 (still not Oct 12,2018) Good lord how hard is it to put the correct date! Got my money back and still only wanted the correct engraving. Thank you for ruining our anniversary and a pendant that was suppose to be very special! Save your time and money on this company!

I ordered the diamond dog pendant with movable legs and tail. What a piece of junk! It's incredible small, you'd need a magnifier to see the diamond on the attached heart that says "I love my poodle." I ordered this for my friend for Christmas. It's in a cheap pouch in a cheap box, wrapped in a piece of wadded tissue. It would be embarrassing to give it to her, she'd never believe I spent more than five or ten bucks for it! They charged an incredible amount for shipping, and it arrived in a small white plastic envelope that couldn't weigh more than 2 or 3 ounces. If you're looking for cute jewelry, look elsewhere. This is a rip off.

I did one order in May the amount for it 9.99 it was royal coin and I received, after that I found you cut from my credit $22.47 for order I didn't do it ( box collection and extra coin) and I said fine because you cut it already, after that I inactivate my credit to stop use it from you because you cut the money without any order from me, now you start send to me the bill ( $22.47) to my post mail address for another order I don't know anything about it. For now any orders you made they are not under my responsibility because I didn't order nothing after my first order so please stop send any bill for me because it's shame for a good website to take money from the customers with fake orders from you. I hope you will cancel anything you made
They charge S&H for each item! But send in the same box. The customer service department forgot that they are customer service workers and need to humble themselves. You pick up a phone and answer reviews you aren't that useful to society so act your wage!
I have dealt with the Bradford Exchange for a long time. I have always been satisfied with the items and if not I have returned them and received my credit promptly with no problems. Only once have I ordered an item which was back ordered and then received a card to notify me of this and if I wish to continue with the order. Customer service has always been polite and helpful
I purchased a US Army clock about a year and a half ago and the personalized ribbon fell of and broke. The product was not attached very well. For the money I paid for this the product should stay together a lot longer.
I will not purchase from them again.

I bought an "electric train". $167.00, when it came it was NOT electric, it was completely made of plastic, then they took another $151 out of my account because they said it was "a collection". Total garbage!

1. Customized jacket shipped from Ontario 2 Nov 2021 arrived SK 21 Nove 2021 Returned to shipper because of incomplete address. Efforts to track package next to useless. Getting a tracking number from the company next to useless. Finally got in touch with company gave them the correct postal code. Item was re-shipped! Dec 2021 with original label with wrong code. Arrived back in SK15 Jan 2022. Fortunately the local postal outlet in SK corrected it. We had bugged them so many times they recognized the name. Coat is okay but has a faulty zipper that sticks.
2. Ordered an RCMP cuckoo clock the beginning of November,. No trace of it after 6 weeks. "pulled" a tracking number out of a very nice customer service which recorded a completely wrong item as have been delivered to MN in the USA. Tried again. Customer service could find no trace of the item. Declared it lost in transit. Was going to refund the $ or replace it. Before we started the refund process the item arrived in late December.

Ordered 1 John Wayne coin, the price shown was 19.99 when I finally received the coin they charged a total of 38.96. It was cheap looking but I decided to keep it to avoid return hassle. I received another coin the next month so I called them after an hour I learned it was a collection and I wasn't notified at the time of
purchase. I cancelled the rest of the collection but still had to pay. I ended up paying 467.52. This company sales cheap junk for outrageous prices then tricks you into buying a 12 month collection that you didn't even want. Horrible Company! 1 star with BBB!

I ordered back in February the Super bowl shot glass collection. I authorized my payments to be broken into 2 per month ($34.97). My first payment was taken beginning of April, next was beginning of May. No shipment. Called it was on backorder. Finally got 1st (of 10) shipment in June. Nothing again until end of August, then charged me full amount (69.94) instead of instalment (34.97). I let it go, got shipment then in end of September charged full amount again ($69.94), then charged again two weeks later 10/7/16 again full charge 10/25/16, now once again 11/7/16. So I've paid $279.76 in past 6 weeks where I should have only paid half that... I'm being over charged and I have contacted the company 5 times for problems. I'm tired of this and they won't help. Now I have to get a hold of paypal and my bank to not authorize anymore paymen's since they just take when they want to!
Today I got a notification from my bank,. That Bradford exchange took out money from my account without me buying anything, it said rewards fee which I never authorized, I'll never buy from these theives again
