The Bradford Exchange has been very honest, reputable and fair with me & and I love there merchandise! Some very unique and interesting items only to be found at the Bradford Exchange. They also have a the absolute best guarantee in the business & One year exchange or refund for any reason, how can you get better than that! The one improvement that I wish they would work on is with there Customer Service agents... some are super, and really want to help you... others act and talk like they have been woken Out of a deep Sleep when you try and ask for help. If they could improve on this just a little... you'd have a great company going to a Super company!

I got a letter in the mail stating that I was chosen for a free coin. I got really excited and I accepted the coin since on my free time I like to find coins to keep and so I went ahead and sent in the paperwork for this "free" coin. After a while of having the coin in my possession, I started to get mail coming in for other coins that stated that you needed to pay for them. I wasn't interested, so therefore I didn't send in for those ones. Shortly after this, I got a letter in the mail stating that if I did not pay for this supposedly free coin that they would send it to collections. In my defense, I honestly thought this was a mistake since the very first letter that I got said that this coin was free. So after a while of ignoring that first invoice, I got another one still threatening to send this bill to collections. So doing what anybody would do I called Bradford exchange and explained to them that I did not appreciate being threatened that something that was supposed to be free is now on almost on its way to collections, because I refuse to pay for something that was stated to be free. The lady that I talked to on the phone said that the coin was free to look at- not to have. I referred back to the very first letter that I got stating that I was chosen for a free coin and nowhere on that piece of paper did it say that it was a free to look at coin. It flat out states that this is a free coin for you to have. There is NOWHERE on the first initital letter stating that if you wanted to keep the coin, you had to pay for it. So honestly, this company is super unprofessional, and a SCAM! Do NOT accept the "free" coin. They will just screw you out of it.

I ordered one coin from their FB Ad, but it turned out to be a subscription. I tried to call their customer service number, but they never answered my call. I tried to call many times, but no luck. Is this a simple scam? They keep sending me the rest of the coins and I do not know when it will stop, but anyway I will pay for what coin I like then if they keep on sending them and I will keep on returning them. Again DO NOT BUY from The Bradford Exchange to stay away from the pain they caused you. Their customer service is really poor and they will never answer your call.

They used my debit card to sign me up for a $14.95/mo "rewards club" that I did not knowingly agree to. I wasn't aware that this was going to come out of my account and it caused me a great deal of trouble!

I ordered a set of bracelets for my Granddaughter. I was supposed to receive 1 set for each season. Well I received 2 sets for winter and 2 sets for Spring and 1 set for Fall and nothing for Summer. I tried calling and was hung up on. Tried emailing and nothing. I was supposed to make 2 payments of $29.13 and 3 payments of $58.27. Well so far they have charged me 6 payments of $58.27. I cannot get anyone to help me straighten this mess out and have my money refunded that they have overcharged me.

Do not buy anything that you have to make payments on.

Please for the love of god don't order from them. I got my mom a calander for her birthday and it was $50. I even payed extra for it to be here on time. But now it's weeks after and I only have one piece from the collection. Every time I email them about it I get redirected, saying that they don't have the pieces or that there's still some kind of payment that needs to be made on my part. I didn't have the present for my mom, I wasted
$50 of my dads money for one $#*!ty little lice not worth $5. PLEASE don't get scammed like I did.

I received a personalized item that ended up having the wrong birthstone included. I called to see how I should go about returning it, and the Bradford employee was extremely kind and helpful. The whole process was quick and easy!

To give my 90yr old mother something to look forward to, She ordered the 4 building Thomas Kincade Christmas village. She knew she could afford the $300 over approximately 8 months time. Six months later, they have sent a total of 7 buildings and continue charge her account. The advertisement for the village details 4 buildings 'and buildings when they become available'. (fine print). Problem is they have a never ending supply of Christmas themed buildings. When I cancelled over the phone, they tried to get me to purchase Christmas ornaments! These business practices are deceitful and shameful targeting our elderly communities.

Unfortunately I can't give Zero stars otherwise I would. I purchased a Gold plated ring from them last October for a 60th Birthday present for my mum.
She didn't start wearing it until 6th December and it already looks like it is 20 years old. I paid over £120 for this and already the ring is tarnished and unwearable. I have many pieces of jewellery that are gold plated that are over 5 years old and are still as new.
I contacted customer services to be told there is only a 120 day guarantee on the ring and basically they just washed their hands of any responsibility from that point.
I was reluctant to purchase from them based on a couple of bad reviews however thought I would give the benefit of the doubt.
NEVER EVER will i EVER purchase from this company again! Absolutely disgraceful

I called *******057 on 5/10/21 at 11:37 most and a person named Avril responded. I explained that I had bought a ring from BE and that a couple of the CZ had fallen out. I said it had a lifetime guarantee. I was going to ask how do I get it repaired, but she said there was no record that I had ever bought anything from BE. She asked if I had a receipt. I said no, but I can get my checking account records that will show the date and money that BE took for a purchase. But I'm concerned that you have no record of my purchase. Is there a manager I can talk to? She hung up.

Do not have anything to do with these theives. Despicable disgusting business practices. I have been in touch with trading standards, who advised me to write to them and give them 14 days to arrange for them to collect the coins.If they don, t I can keep them. They should be banned from trading.

I ordered a queen elsa music box statue for my niece when we received it the was statue was smaller then a Christmas ornament I paid an extremely large amount of money for it and when I got it I was very dissatisfied the character didnt even look like Queen Elsa her castle was small she was bigger than the castle I didnt even have the heart to show it to my niece... the way it looked I would of payed 17 bucks tops for it plus shipping and handling was about 20 bucks more ridiculous I will never order from here again and recommend that no one else does either the only thing they got a one star for was delivering the item to the right address. This website is total rip off

Shipping was fast, but that is the only positive. I thought you were a prestigious company. This is the first time I have ordered something from you you. I think this may be the last if this is how your items are sent out. I am almost speechless as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a good friend of mine. I cannot believe you would send something out like this. I am too embarassed to give this as a gift. You send me my item without a box and packaged in dirty styrafoam, with yellowed tape holding it closed.
This is pathetic.
Your reponse on your website is garbage. I filled out all the information requested for refund and when I try to send it says internal error. You dont have a contact number except for ordering. I guess to avoid all the complaint calls.

I ordered the armor of light and they keep sending me more. I only wanted the first one. The rest are almost identical to the first one anyways. So I sent the second one back with the return post card they sent with it. It has a spot that asks if you want to continue the series and I checked NO. I emailed them, I also tried to call them and I was on hold for almost an hour before I gave up. Well the next month they took the money out of my account again. I emailed them again, tried to call again. To no avail they still sent it. So I finally just went in and told myCC company no more purchases from them period ever. I finally - 2 months later got my refund for the first one I had sent back. Now I have another to send back. SO hard to work with them and I will never never order from them again.

I ordered their Silver Dollar collection for my mothers birthday and even though the payment went through they canceled it. So my mother didnt get her gift and i am out $170.00. I will never order from here again and I will be recommending everyone else NOT to order from them so they dont have their money stolen as well. Wish i could give less than 1 star. They apparently want a screen shot of my bank statement. How stupid can they be if they think im giving 5that after they already stole from me.

I purchased a Thomas Kinkade Holidays in Motion Rotating Illuminated Tree Topper: Animated Christmas Decor by The Bradford Editions in 2017 and was so happy with my experience at first. The next year when I put the tree up the tree topper stopped working randomly one night. I called and was told the tree topper was still under warranty so I sent it in for repair. I have not heard anything from them since, and it is now July (I had a baby on Christmas Eve and forgot to follow up with them). I contacted the Bradford Exchange today and was told that the tree topper was out of warranty and there is nothing they can do. I am so upset. They never even sent the original back to me or contacted me in any way. I will never purchase anything from this company again! Terrible terrible customer service. I cannot believe they wouldn't even send me back the original tree topper that I spent about $100 on. Buyer Beware!

Bought a Nightmare Before Christmas Hoodie for my daughter. The hoodie itself is nice and have no complaints. But the drawings are cheap decals and after a gentle wash, the decals start peeling and cracking. Dryer was not used to dry item. For the price you would think a better quality silkscreen or embroidery would be used. 90 days have passed since bought and no warranty exists.

My first order was great but my second order was awful! I thought I was ordering a collection for $50 plus $21 for delivery. Come to find out I paid $71 for one lighter and $71 for each additional piece on the collection (there's 10 pieces) I didn't see or read anything about paying separately for all them peeve pieces. I thought the $50 was for the whole thing. I cancelled my order and the representative was very rude! Talking over me the whole time until I had to tell him to listen to me in a slightly raised voice. I Will no longer be ordering from this place again and I will let my friends and family know off this crap after I just praised the Bradford Exchange to them. Highly disappointed!

Save yourself the time and money and get your item somewhere else, they sold me stuff I didn't even order, refuse to issue a refund after following all of the instructions they gave me, they are not organized at all, over 6 weeks has gone by and I'm still trying to get a refund from these people for an item I didn't even order.

I ordered a snow globe from this company at the beginning of the year. It said it was back-ordered and that it would be ready to ship at the end of January. That time came and then the delivery was pushed back a month later to February. February arrived and then they shifted the delivery date to 2 months later. Eventually I just canceled the order and I was not charged. Don't do business with this company. They don't deliver products on time.

I ordered a Cubs purse for my daughter in the middle of April. I was looking forward to giving her the purse in July for her birthday bc shes crazy about the Cubs. But I was unable to do so, bc I recieved an email stating that the purse would not arrive until August. They did state that I could cancel if I wanted. I didn't cancel, I decided to give me daughter her gift in August when it arrived. But I'm very disappointed bc it says its made in China. I would never order anything from this company again. I don't know how this company stays in business.

Ordered Christmas presents on 12th of December.
Jan 9 only 3 of 7 items ordered were delivered.
One item was a set of 5 pics.
They ship everything separately, $10 for shipping each time one of the items in the set shipped.
3 rings were also bought, all shipped separately, $10 for each item.
Customer service totally incompetent.

I ordered the "Once Upon a Romance Ring" with an inscription inside. I reciebed the product on a timely manner, however the inscription was missing 3 letters so they left off half of an entirr word. Also, the details on the ring were no where near as detailed as they were in the picture online. The details in real life look very cheap. It would be less misleading if they would use an actual photo of the ring and not a drawing of it. In addition, the stones were very loose, ie. When I shook it, I could hear the rattle around inside of the prongs. I added a dab of clear super glue to each prong to cure that. Lastly, I believe the sizes run a little big. It spins around on my finger and won't stay on front-facing. Otherwise, the ring is very strong and sturdy.

I purchased this ring for my mother whom lost 2 of her kids she asked for this ring my sister and myself purchased it for her hoping to give her a good Christmas instead this ring feels like an expensive piece of plastic and you can barely see birthstones!

Will never order from this site again. Ordered crossbody bag on May 30 they said they shipped it on the 5th of June. It is now June 21st and I have not received my order. Customer service is no help it was as if they did not care. Said at first they could not refund my money but then said they would. Have not received my refund either.

I ordered a $75 jewelry box for my wife the 1st week of February, it came broken so I emailed customer service they said they would send a new one. My wife's Birthday was March 8th and its now March 11,
I never received a new one, tracking number or anything and now customer service wont return my emails.
I got scammed for $75 from this company.
