The Bradford Exchange has been very honest, reputable and fair with me & and I love there merchandise! Some very unique and interesting items only to be found at the Bradford Exchange. They also have a the absolute best guarantee in the business & One year exchange or refund for any reason, how can you get better than that! The one improvement that I wish they would work on is with there Customer Service agents... some are super, and really want to help you... others act and talk like they have been woken Out of a deep Sleep when you try and ask for help. If they could improve on this just a little... you'd have a great company going to a Super company!
I got a letter in the mail stating that I was chosen for a free coin. I got really excited and I accepted the coin since on my free time I like to find coins to keep and so I went ahead and sent in the paperwork for this "free" coin. After a while of having the coin in my possession, I started to get mail coming in for other coins that stated that you needed to pay for them. I wasn't interested, so therefore I didn't send in for those ones. Shortly after this, I got a letter in the mail stating that if I did not pay for this supposedly free coin that they would send it to collections. In my defense, I honestly thought this was a mistake since the very first letter that I got said that this coin was free. So after a while of ignoring that first invoice, I got another one still threatening to send this bill to collections. So doing what anybody would do I called Bradford exchange and explained to them that I did not appreciate being threatened that something that was supposed to be free is now on almost on its way to collections, because I refuse to pay for something that was stated to be free. The lady that I talked to on the phone said that the coin was free to look at- not to have. I referred back to the very first letter that I got stating that I was chosen for a free coin and nowhere on that piece of paper did it say that it was a free to look at coin. It flat out states that this is a free coin for you to have. There is NOWHERE on the first initital letter stating that if you wanted to keep the coin, you had to pay for it. So honestly, this company is super unprofessional, and a SCAM! Do NOT accept the "free" coin. They will just screw you out of it.

I would think a company like this, that must have republican patrons would be smart enough to not be so partisan. I hope that all fellow Americans read this and stop ordering from this company. We should only support honest TRUE AMERICANS!
Ordered a throw for my brothers Retirement from the United States Army in DECEMBER! It's now February and when I looked it up to check status it said canceled! Why? Because it was no longer available! It was surly available in December when you took my $150! You are a joke, this site is a joke, & you should be very very ashamed of it! STAY FAR AWAY this site!

Second time of writing a review for this predatory company. PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING. No option for no stars which this company richly deserves. After I intercepted an attempted unauthorised withdrawal from my bank account, within a week another attempt was made which succeeded in taking £50 from my account. I have had to cancel my debit card with all the inconvenience this causes and instruct my bank to recover this fraudulent withdrawal. Ordered something in October that was guaranted by Christmas, December 16th came along and I called and they still said It would be here by Christmas... called again on December 22nd and they told me it was back ordered and I wouldnt get it until at least January! Oh and their show orders usually take 6 months... wtf! Who in their right mind would wait 6 months for shoes! Oh and they never answer emails and with each call I sat on hold for at least 30 min. I placed an order for a leather jacket £309.00 on 2nd November 2020. I got an e, mail confirming my order, with 6 / 8 weeks. I waited 4 weeks and asked for an update on my order. I got a auto reply saying they will be in touch soon. No one replied to my e, mail instead they sent me an e, catalogue to place an order. I asked them again for the status of my order giving them my order number again. The reply was what is your name etc, I gave the information, They asked for this 3 times, I gave it 3 times., then nothing. I decided to send them a copy of the confirmation of my order they first sent to me, I sent this 3 times. They replied by saying "what is your name etc, In my opinion Braford Exchange must employ retired clowns. This nonsense is still going on 10th Dec 2020.
I was sent an email that if I had ordered a personalized item it would arrive in time for Christmas

I wrote a scathing review of Bradford Exchange. I had problems with them because I ordered a ring and paid by check. They could not deliver the product within a 7 week period so I told them not to cash my check and they assured me they would not and the check for $200 would be returned. They lied the check was cashed. I was very pissed. Phones calls did nothing as they have an over seas phone room and I think they use English as an excuse to ignore your requests or just flat out lie. Notice how all state "this call may be recorded for customer satisfaction and review ". Well state that same thing when you call and they will tell you they can't talk to you if you are recording or most companies just disconnect.
So I began e mailing. Got responses and was able to get a full refund on the cancelled order... so my advice is this. If you order from them... pay with credit card... before ordering and paying get a firm date on delivery... and last I would do everything by e mail so you can have a record of order and exchange of information. Telephone calls will get you a non English speaking person that has little authority is only an order taker.
So in retrospect I have to give them a little better review. I did get my money back. So if you order, be persistent, use credit card and e mail.
WORST COMPANY EVER. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY. Empty promises, missed deadlines, apathy. Missed presents for Christmas. This is clearly a company without any values. I ordered in November with guaranteed delivery by December 23rd. Still waiting, ship date just pushed back again til Feb 23rd.

I ordered a ring for my husband December 22nd. A personalized navy ring. I figured I wouldn't get it in time for Christmas and that was fine. January 1st I get an email saying they are putting the finishing touches on the ring and preparing to ship it. How that turns into now being shipped February 11th I have no idea. Of course I didn't get an email for that I looked at the shipping status. Of course I looked tonight and it's now changed to Shipping date of March 12th. This place is a joke. I should have read reviews before ordering. This was the first and last time I will ever deal with this company.
...and calling in they argue that the OPTIONAL ADDRESS line is included in the count of lines on the check, whereas, the online service DOES NOT. FAR TOO MANY hours spent trying to order checks from these folks...
TAKE HEED: If the only ordering does not except your approval, GO ELSEWHERE. The extra couple of dollars saved is NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

I returned a tk snowman that I received as a gift-the train was not running properly. I sent it in January-it is now April. They said I needed an account for them to look this up. I have tracking that they received and signed for it.
They will not send back my property.

If I can I would give this company a zero star! Since about three months ago I ordered three porcelain items from them, my nightmare started. During the past three months, they have kept sending me lots of letters and leaflets too often to bear. More horribly, about two or three weeks ago, I received an email from them stating one order from me being dispatched. I felt very confused because I didn't place anymore orders after I received the three porcelain items I originally purchased and paid in full. So I replied to this email immediately asking what this order was.
About one week later, I received a parcel which was a porcelain item again! We called this company and was told they would call us back within 72 hours. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. We tried to call them again and again by phone and by email, but got no answer at all. Until today, I received an invoice letter from them for this item I didn't order. Who can tell me what to do with this issue?! How to stop this company from this unacceptable sales?
I ordered the George cross to check out to see if it was suitable. I sent it back to Bradford exchange in September, expecting a refund of money they took out my bank without my authority. When I tried to get my refund, but I am still waiting one month later. Every time I call them, they say they will call back. Nothing happens. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I ordered for Christmas a really nice airforce sign which has a hanging sign with a last name and hanging season sign. They only sent one piece of the package! I paid over$100 to purchase this for Christmas to give to my husband. Now that gift is incomplete. Customer service is closed right now. But you can bet they're not getting off easy. STEALING IS A CRIME. YOU TO MONEY AND DIDN'T DELIVER THE GOODS.
Do not buy a collection from this company. This company advertises that the buyer will receive a piece (of the collection) "... every month or so." This claim is absolutely a false claim, in my experience, at least.
I ordered (for my grandson) the Rudolph Snowglobe Train Set Collection, which consists of 5 snowglobes and the tracks. I placed my order in late December of 2021. I have (regularly) fought The Bradford Exchange through the Better Business Bureau to get my collection.
Today's date is January 2,2024 (now a bit over 2 full years), and we are still missing snowglobe #5 and the tracks. In other words, my grandson has waited for over 2 full years to get a 6-piece collection and STILL fails to have the complete collection.
"Every month or so" is deceptive advertising. Had my grandson received a piece "every month or so," my grandson would (surely) have the complete collection by now.
1.06 out of 5 Stars is the current rating that the Better Business Bureau shows for The Bradford Exchange. As well, look up the facebook groups that have formed, which are named something like "People Scammed by The Bradford Exchange."

I am still in the process of getting all 6 parts of The Rudolph Snowglobe Train Set Collection. I have spent 2 years trying to get 6 pieces. So far, we have only 4 pieces.
DO NOT buy from this company because the company continually fails to honor its published words. I ordered a 6-piece collection set in approx. Dec 2021. I received the first 3 pieces (1 in January 2022 and 2 in February 2022). This month, February 2023, marks one year that I have been waiting for piece number 4.
The Bradford Exchange Customer Service line will not let me speak with a supervisor when I call in. The executive-level email addresses that I could actually locate quickly bounced back when I emailed my complaint in hopes of getting help at the executive level.
The Bradford Exchange, while continuing to say that supplier issue is the problem (for an entire year), has also continued selling same/similar pieces. In essence, the company sells the customer the collection and then leaves the customer waiting while they sell to new customers.
The difficulty that I have had with trying to get help outside customer service suggests that the company works hard to keep executive-level contact information hidden enough to prevent complaints from reaching that level.
Does anyone suppose that the executive level endorses hooking a customer into a collection purchase and then leaving the customer waiting while they hook new customers? I now believe that this scenario is how this company conducts business, which (in no way) honors the company's published words about receiving a collection piece "every month or so."
Enough is enough. This company uses glitzy photographs and slick words to make the customer feel safe when purchasing a collection, but The Bradford Exchange fails to honor its words of "every month or so," and I find supplier issue for an entire year (while continuing to sell same/similar product) an unlikely excuse.
I am currently taking drastic steps to address this matter, and I suspect that I may have to hire an attorney, and I certainly will do so if I end up having to tell my grandson that the collection he asked me to buy will likely never be complete.
Do your research and make your own decision about whether or not to buy from The Bradford Exchange.
Just remember that I told you so.

(3) Understand that the company's customer service line will provide apologies, textbook excuses, and projected dates that will pass without a word. (4) Resolve yourself to the fact that you will struggle (and likely fail) at reaching anyone above the general Customer Service line. (5) DO NOT BUY if you haven't already.

Has a soldier I had a look at the ANZAC coins I got to live it to as a $9 delivery fee and then a month later another one and another $9 delivery fee why would I get to different deliveries I didn't sign up for this I signed up to buy 2 coins I cancelled my credit card but they still continue the sending I returned to sender a collection company is now chasing me for $230 I've said let's go to court and they still send me dodgy Texts, see attached picture of a $#*! pump. Long story, so the short version is if you want to order something read the FULL description and don't expect customer service to be much help if something does go wrong.
I ordered two calendars not realizing that they were part of a subscription/monthly payment plan. I do blame myself some, but in my defense their descriptions and pictures can be misleading (so read EVERYTHING). When I only received a piece of the calendar I realized the mistake and thought it would be easy enough to return it and cancel. WRONG. Customer service is a joke. They take forever to reply, their responses are vague, and sometimes they just straight up ignore some questions (not sure if this is on purpose or a language barrier issue?). Even after I asked to return the items, I still kept being billed monthly, and when we told the bank to stop authorizing them to take money, suddenly their customer service worked at lightning speed to send me bills in the mail. I did FINALLY get them to stop billing me and I sent back everything that I did receive. I've been given refunds for 2 out of 3 things that I sent back. I sent them all back on the same day and that was weeks ago, so I don't know if they're just hoping I won't notice the missing 75$? I emailed them again, but my expectations are so low at this point. It's all just been such a pain, the back and forth has been going on for months now (mostly due to their slow response time).
Horrible dealings with this business. Charged monthly for something not ordered. Rude customer service not once, but twice. The supervisors are just about as helpful as the horrid phone operators.
