The Bradford Exchange has been very honest, reputable and fair with me & and I love there merchandise! Some very unique and interesting items only to be found at the Bradford Exchange. They also have a the absolute best guarantee in the business & One year exchange or refund for any reason, how can you get better than that! The one improvement that I wish they would work on is with there Customer Service agents... some are super, and really want to help you... others act and talk like they have been woken Out of a deep Sleep when you try and ask for help. If they could improve on this just a little... you'd have a great company going to a Super company!

“Honestly...f**k Bradford Exchange”

I got a letter in the mail stating that I was chosen for a free coin. I got really excited and I accepted the coin since on my free time I like to find coins to keep and so I went ahead and sent in the paperwork for this "free" coin. After a while of having the coin in my possession, I started to get mail coming in for other coins that stated that you needed to pay for them. I wasn't interested, so therefore I didn't send in for those ones. Shortly after this, I got a letter in the mail stating that if I did not pay for this supposedly free coin that they would send it to collections. In my defense, I honestly thought this was a mistake since the very first letter that I got said that this coin was free. So after a while of ignoring that first invoice, I got another one still threatening to send this bill to collections. So doing what anybody would do I called Bradford exchange and explained to them that I did not appreciate being threatened that something that was supposed to be free is now on almost on its way to collections, because I refuse to pay for something that was stated to be free. The lady that I talked to on the phone said that the coin was free to look at- not to have. I referred back to the very first letter that I got stating that I was chosen for a free coin and nowhere on that piece of paper did it say that it was a free to look at coin. It flat out states that this is a free coin for you to have. There is NOWHERE on the first initital letter stating that if you wanted to keep the coin, you had to pay for it. So honestly, this company is super unprofessional, and a SCAM! Do NOT accept the "free" coin. They will just screw you out of it.

I ordered a collection that said comes in 4 shipments at 49.95 each. Great. Come to find out its 10 shipments at 49.99 each and charged to you randomly because whenever they have it in stock you will get it shipped. So they cant tell you when itll ship or when youll get charged youll just get a random charge at the bank and months until you finally get the product. I reached out to the customer service and they said I was right- only 4 shipments. Well when the 4th and supposed to be final shipment came I still didnt have even half of the collection. By this time Ive spent 200.00 and I have a case and 3 lighters. More than half incomplete. If the site wouldve been honest and said 10 shipments I wouldnt have ordered but it was deceiving and said 4. I had to cancel the entire order and Im out 200$. Now they wont stop sending junk mail to my house. Stay away! Thumbs down!

I ordered the Star War Calendar for my son. Signed up for installments. Bradford took out 1st payment end of Sept. Took 2nd payment In Oct along with full payment to ship 2nd shipment. My bank acct overdrawn because if it. Oct 13th they sent the second shipment. I was told this is a monthly thing and payments would be taken out of my acct every 28 days. Today, Oct 31st, I see they took out the full payment to prepare to ship the 3rd shipment. This again caused my bank acct to be overdrawn. I have called and emailed them a number of times. I told them not to charge my acct until Niv 3rd as I didn't have money in my acct but they took it out anyway. I have overdrawn fees to pay. They do what they want. It's been every 2 weeks, not 28 days. Will not order from them again. They did this to me years ago as well.

Tip for consumers:
They are not doing a monthly shipment and payment as stated. They are taking money out of my acct every 2 weeks. This has caused my acct to be overdrawn and my having overdrawn fees to pay. I have called and emailed them a number if times but this is still going in

I purchased the "Life of Christ" subscription. According to the original offer, this would be 12 items with a free rack to put them on. After I had received about 9 items, I received 2 more racks. When I called about this, I was informed that there were another 8 items, all at the same prices, of course. I consider this to be fraudulent as nothing was ever said about these. I got those 8 items cancelled and told them I was keeping the racks as I considered them a "gift" from the company. In November, 2021, after many delays in the shipping of several items, I called again and spoke with a supervisor. I got them to send me 3 items that had been delayed. They told me the last item, "The Last Supper," would be shipped around the end of December. Each month, the promised shipment date has been set back another month. It is now supposed to be shipped around the end of May, 2022.

I consider Bradford Exchange to be dishonest and totally unreliable. Single items may be okay. Subscription sets should be avoided at all cost.

I placed an order for 3 villages from here over a year ago. I never received them. The shipping date kept changing and then they canceled my orders. Do not waste your time this place is full of $#*!!

They will never ship your items and then cancel your orders!!

Purchased a ring in may 2018 for my 30th wedding anniversary renewal. Within 3 months stones fell out and the gold on the band rubbed off. They will not replace it. Will never buy from them again

I placed a 4 box check order online and then decided I wanted to add to my order so I called Bradford Exchange to add to my purchase. However, when I got my invoice on line it stated they charge $3.95 for the phone call order. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY! They just lost me as a customer!

This mob are still sending debt collection letters for a product I returned to them in April 2015.
Should be sued for harrasment.
Anyone who deals with this lot is crazy.

Ordered a product on 9th of august and order has still not been processed 2 weeks later garuanteed to receive within 2 days and be processed but still not received and by ringing them constantly even paid for express post spoke to several people and got all peoples names each time contacted and then to be told there has been a clig in the order don't know what told would ring me back several times and no phone call this was order for daughterinlaw 30 th birthday present and not here on day at all unbelievable plse never usethis company for anything as stressing and no delivery as promised very rude people working there and even supervisor has no respect for anybody doesn't even ring back to acknowledge any issues or solutions still haven't received nothing

My complain is like numerous others. Promised my delivery between April 16 - 21 at time of purchase. Tracking number I was sent shows it has been at Fed Ex in the same location for a week now. I know that is not true. I called to see what was going on since emails were not answered. The Customer Service Rep would only read the status of the Tracking number over and over. I told her I already had that but is wasn't accurate. Then the response was you will just have to wait. I NEED IT TOMORROW! I even asked about all the negative reviews for this exact same thing. If this is an ongoing issue they should have a solution to track these items. When I mentioned all the negative reviews she hung up on me. Has anyone noticed that the response on any complaint posted here is the exact same response. Why would we want to email the address given when any attempt to resolve this through customer service has not worked. My suggestion is to stay far away from this company. They will flat out lie rather than admit a problem. I have contacted my bank to get the charge removed since I highly doubt they will be any more professional dealing with a refund.

Just because they have been around for awhile do not assume they are honest or legit.

#TheBradfordExchange has an automated system when you call in to take your order and payments. I made an order and a payment and the system said my order would be shipped soon. I ordered a ring and the system does not give the option to set the exact size you need. Over tbe next few days I tried calling to speak to someone, but no one answered. Finally the 5th day I bypassed the automated system by pressing 0 zero continuously. I was on hold for a half hour. The representitive said tey had my ring under a "dummy" order and it was on back order. I don't understand dummy order, where tney just going to pick a random ring size? Or not send anything? But yet and still they took the money. So the rep canceled tbe first order and I did it all over again over the phone. I was then told my ring size is available and I would recieve it in 7-10 business days. I will post another review after I recieve the ring.

I order on line quite frequently I have never met a company like this one WOW. First of all couldn't order the product on line had to call the company was on hold 15 minutes she stated I would get the conformation via email with in the next few minutes this was Thursday today is now Monday still no conformation 6 calls later(each call 10 minutes or longer)6 people later including a supervisor email was spelled wrong and oh by the way this particular package has no conformation or way to track package per supervisor which she did nothing to make this horrible experience any better also each person I spoke with all had a different story as to when the package will arrive they charge so much for the items maybe they could spend some of the money on training. NEVER will I order from this company again and you shouldn't either.

TERRIBLE communication amd service. Tried to pay on an order and close the account. They told me on my first try it was paid. Then they tell me a month later no it wasn't. Tried again then called to confirm they got it. The first representative tells me I DONT EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT. Finally got it sorted out but in done with these guys.

This is absolutely the cheapest looking piece of work I've ever purchased. Products have gone way down in quality and are very overpriced. What a true, sad, rip off.

Recently received one of the Disney tote bags. Paid $125 and the FAUX leather is breaking down. Only been used since 12/20. Bradford exchange is a ripoff.

Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time or money unless you enjoy parting with your money for cheaply made items.

Last Christmas I also had an issue with this company charging my account. Spoke with representative whom quickly cancelled the ongoing charges. This year ordered an item beginning of December and was guaranteed delivery for Christmas. It had taken over one week and a half just to ship. Now of course the package has not moved in over a week. Called the company and was assured that it was being delivered today. I explained that was in contact with both ups and USPS and they do not have the package. Finally spoke with a supervisor who stated that I have to repurchase the item and pay for 2 day shipping to receive this for Christmas. I explained again that the company guaranteed the delivery before Christmas and requested that they should send the item and not have the customer have to pay for it again. As a side note the purchase price is only $39.00 not hundreds of dollars. The supervisor refused and stated they would not even consider any sort of refund or investigation until it has been 30 days from shipment date. Horrible horrible customer service and very shady company dealings. BUYER BEWARE!

Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase from this company. They charge you account without you knowing about it until after they ship other items so you are stuck with the additional purchases. Extra long shipping times, even though they create shipping labels it actually does not ship for weeks after. Customer Service is horrible.

This company is the WORST I have ever dealt with in YEARS of buying things from the internet. I received an item from Bradford Exchange, and had to return it. This was in January. It took 2 weeks of emails, back and forth (no phone number to call) to get what they needed for me to return it (I had to contact the person who gave this to me as a gift for information). OVER a month later (return policy says wait for 30 days for processing?) I was able to get a phone number to call (this after a WEEK of emails, back and forth-THEY CAN'T READ!)... I had to have a three way call, as they needed to "talk" with the people who gave me the gift! DO NOT EVER-EVER-EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have already posted a review. But after that review The Bradford Exchange charged my card AGAIN for the price I paid for the item. After calling my bank and having to get a new bank card, I found out that payments were set up to come out EVERY month. This company is such a scam. PLEASE. PLEASE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM THEM A FEW TIMES AND EVERY TIME IS A DISASTER. THE PRODUCT IS NOT THE SAME AS IT LOOKS ON THEIR WEBSITE, REALLY BAD CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCT FOR VERY HIGH PRICE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND DISORGANIZED.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM THEM EVER!

My mom ordered an item, they sent the wrong item. We retuned the item and then canceled the order, they continued to send items AND billing her credit card. Everything we received we returned AND cancelled her credit card to stop them from billing her (they continued to bill her for items that she did not purchase). This company is a vampire sucking the money from unsuspecting consumers. DO NOT BUY anything from Bradford Exchange!
If I could give ZERO stars I would.
