The Bradford Exchange has been very honest, reputable and fair with me & and I love there merchandise! Some very unique and interesting items only to be found at the Bradford Exchange. They also have a the absolute best guarantee in the business & One year exchange or refund for any reason, how can you get better than that! The one improvement that I wish they would work on is with there Customer Service agents... some are super, and really want to help you... others act and talk like they have been woken Out of a deep Sleep when you try and ask for help. If they could improve on this just a little... you'd have a great company going to a Super company!
I got a letter in the mail stating that I was chosen for a free coin. I got really excited and I accepted the coin since on my free time I like to find coins to keep and so I went ahead and sent in the paperwork for this "free" coin. After a while of having the coin in my possession, I started to get mail coming in for other coins that stated that you needed to pay for them. I wasn't interested, so therefore I didn't send in for those ones. Shortly after this, I got a letter in the mail stating that if I did not pay for this supposedly free coin that they would send it to collections. In my defense, I honestly thought this was a mistake since the very first letter that I got said that this coin was free. So after a while of ignoring that first invoice, I got another one still threatening to send this bill to collections. So doing what anybody would do I called Bradford exchange and explained to them that I did not appreciate being threatened that something that was supposed to be free is now on almost on its way to collections, because I refuse to pay for something that was stated to be free. The lady that I talked to on the phone said that the coin was free to look at- not to have. I referred back to the very first letter that I got stating that I was chosen for a free coin and nowhere on that piece of paper did it say that it was a free to look at coin. It flat out states that this is a free coin for you to have. There is NOWHERE on the first initital letter stating that if you wanted to keep the coin, you had to pay for it. So honestly, this company is super unprofessional, and a SCAM! Do NOT accept the "free" coin. They will just screw you out of it.
My saga with this company started in April of 2019 when I ordered a subscription to the Thomas Kinkade Fairy Garden village collection. I initially saw this collection on a magazine and then went to their website and placed the order. As each shipment was sent, there were accessory pieces pictured BOTH on their website and on the magazine that were not included. I called customer service and was first informed that I had to purchase at least 3 of the shipments before I would get them all. I get the 3 shipments and still no accessory pieces. I began a long saga of emails with customer service with them providing me with one excuse after another and constantly promising me that I would indeed receive these items. After I received AND paid for 8 shipments with still missing items, I wrote a review. One of the members of their "escalation" dept answered my review and this started yet another round of emails. First I was promised that they would reship the shipments that were supposed to contain the accessory pieces and then I was told that these accessory pieces are not meant to be included with the shipments I have received, they will be included in future issues should the artist decide to continue the series. However, to this date these accessory items are SHOWN on THEIR website with the shipments I HAVE received. I have accepted the fact that I am not going to get what I paid for. However, if I can stop one other consumer from being ripped off, I certainly will. If you order from them just be very aware that what you see pictured, may very well NOT be what you receive!
They have taken 2 lots of £44 today and I have never asked or received anything from them, I'm ringing the bank now hopefully get my money back
I will never purchase another item from TBE, the reason being is it doesn't matter if you spend a $1.00 or $10,000 dollars there is still NO FREE SHIPPING!
I ordered a very expensive birthday gift for my disabled daughter who lives in a different state, and paid for express shipping for the gift to arrive on her birthday. I very clearly put the shipping information as my daughters name and her address in Virginia. Just a couple of minutes after I placed the order, I received a confirmation email saying it was being shipped to me in Tennessee, so I reached out IMMEDIATELY (roughly 2-3 minutes after receiving the email) to let them know they made a mistake on the shipping address, and I once again gave them the correct shipping address in VA. I received an email today (2 days after placing order) saying it was shipped to the wrong address and to return it to them when I receive it and they will then credit my card so I can re-order again for it to be resolved in roughly 30 days. I called today and spoke with a supervisor (Jodi) who said there is nothing they can do. She didn't even apologize for what happened, even after acknowledging they made a mistake by shipping it to the wrong address. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE DOES EITHER. I trusted you with a very special birthday occasion for my disabled daughter and you ruined it. You didn't even TRY to fix YOUR mistake. Shame on you Bradford Exchange!

I have most of a Nightmare befoe Christmas calendar collection. I just need the calendar and two figuers.
I contacted the Bradford Exchange to ask if it was possible to order the three items above- yes no problem.
I called the next day to place my order and was told that I have to buy four figures- I explained that I had already been called and told that I could order two- put on hold and told "computer says no" I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold again. I was then told a manager would call me in 48 hours.
If you look at the way this collection is shown on the Bradford Exchange website it is very unclear and you would think that it all comes for the price shown this is not so and two figures are sent for additinal payments on a contract. Its very unclear and is almost certainly written this way to confuse people into buying a VERY EXPENSIVE collection and with no way out- ie you cant send it back when you find out.
As a previous customer of this company its terrible to see them trying to rip off customers. Think very carefully if you want to do business with this company.
How do I sort out a missing order they have nt resonded to e mails and no one answers the phone

I placed an order for a necklace that had the names of my grandchildren on it along with their birthstones on November 23rd 2022. After about a week I checked on the status of my order and saw "No Activity". I contacted customer service and could barely understand the female who answered who now tells me there is a backorder but assures me there is a Christmas delivery promise. I continue to check the status and I still get "No Activity". I e-mail customer service 3 times and each time I am assured that there is a Christmas guarantee delivery. On December 20th I call customer service again and speak to yet another female who I can not understand who now claims it is still on backorder and may now take until January 5th 2023 to arrive despite 5 confirmations from Bradford that it will be delivered before Christmas. Hey Bradford, get some customer service people who speak English.!. I also made sure I was not enrolled in any Rewards program and on multiple occasions I was told that I was not enrolled and would not be charged any fee. Well today I got my Visa bill and sure enough there is a $14.95 Rewards fee charge on it. I immediately cancelled it through my card company, and contact Bradford and spoke to yet another person who did not speak English who tried to tell me I had signed up for it. After explaining to Achmed or whatever his name was that I did NOT enroll, he sent me a cancellation notice. We will see if they try it again next month. Horrible company stay away.
One star because it is the lowest I can give. My order shows shipped but never arrived and the tracking number shows that a label was created but that is it. That was 11 days ago. Call to customer service not helpful at all and told to wait another six days until they will ship a replacement. Would not budge even though I paid for expedited shipping and the money was already taken out of my account. Avoid Bradford Exchange. They are nothing but thieves.
UPDATE! I called again today after waiting the required 15 days and was told once again I had to wait more time. After going round and round with the service department that answered the phone and again being repeatedly told I had to wait more time I insisted that I talk to a supervisor. I was eventually transferred and I believe the supervisors name was Louis? Anyway he was very helpful and didn't give me the standard "you have to wait" line and processed a replacement for me. We will see if this one actually arrives. If so I will update at that point. I still find it very troubling that I have had to jump through so many hoops to get an item that should have been delivered 18 days ago. I also find it troubling that instead of the person who answers the phone helping me I was repeatedly told to "wait longer". Word to the wise if you call and are stonewalled ask for a supervisor!
UPDATE 2
After along to the supervisor on the 30th and being guaranteed that my item would be delivered overnight yesterday and guess what. No package. So called today and told to "wait". Again went to a supervisor and told by them " we are experiencing delays" and you guessed it WAIT now another 48 hours. Honestly I have never experienced the poor treatment I have received from the Bradford Exchange. Once again my suggestion to anyone is to avoid this company. They will take your money and won't deliver anything they promise. More updates to follow.
Final update. Item finally arrived three days after their promised overnight delivery date. Item is cute but very tiny and looks a little shabbier than their advertised video. I am never using Bradford exchange again after this debacle. I still suggest you avoid them as well

I was sent jewelry I never ordered and never received a bill of sale. They are really corrupt over there. Scammers for sure.
This is usually a venue for registering complaints about companies that have exercised poor business practices or perhaps were unscrupulous in the way they treated their customers. I was prepared to use this avenue to complain about The Bradford Exchange when they went the 'extra mile' to make things right.
Here's the story which I feel needs to be told: My stepmother ordered a 'Thomas Kinkaid Snowglobe Tree' and it was ordered specifically as a Christmas present. ($150 plus shipping and handling). It was ordered in early December (about the 6th) but not delivered until about the 23rd, giving the recipient (me) no opportunity to get a replacement for the incorrect item that was shipped. As it was supposed to be a Christmas gift of a unique Christmas item and The Bradford Exchange clearly not only shipped the wrong item but also shipped an inappropriate item, I requested that the correct item be provided and as a gesture of goodwill, The Bradford Exchange to refund a portion of the purchase price to the purchaser.
I am happy to say that Bradford Exchange has said that it will send me the correct item in addition to providing a very generous refund against the purchase price.
Way to go Bradford Exchange.
OH MY GOD, they have messed up my order THREE times, from a "pendant" to something coming from my son's "Grandmother", to asking me for money when I already paid. DISASTER
I sent back all of my order for a full refund. They refunded me but have since charged me again for a product I no longer have.

I ordered a cheap reborn doll from them. I chose the option for 3 payments instead of 1. I noticed money kept coming out of my account, MORE than 3 times. I have a bad memory so I thought maybe I'm just seeing things. Until I get another package in the mail (after I already received my item). It was ANOTHER doll. I realized they stole my money and sent me another product that I did not want. I did NOT click on anything that indicated I was buying the whole collection of dolls! They did get back to me but they pretty much just told me I was paying for the whole collection and to send the doll back. I called my bank and had them blocked from taking any more money. I ended up giving the doll to my grandmother since they already took my money.
Turns out! The second doll wasnt even fully paid for! THEY SENT ME A PRODUCT THAT WASNT PAID FOR THAT I DIDNT PURCHASE. I just got a call from collections because I owe $65 on this stupid doll that I didnt even buy! (I will be paying btw... But I am NOT impressed!)
