The Bradford Exchange has been very honest, reputable and fair with me & and I love there merchandise! Some very unique and interesting items only to be found at the Bradford Exchange. They also have a the absolute best guarantee in the business & One year exchange or refund for any reason, how can you get better than that! The one improvement that I wish they would work on is with there Customer Service agents... some are super, and really want to help you... others act and talk like they have been woken Out of a deep Sleep when you try and ask for help. If they could improve on this just a little... you'd have a great company going to a Super company!
I got a letter in the mail stating that I was chosen for a free coin. I got really excited and I accepted the coin since on my free time I like to find coins to keep and so I went ahead and sent in the paperwork for this "free" coin. After a while of having the coin in my possession, I started to get mail coming in for other coins that stated that you needed to pay for them. I wasn't interested, so therefore I didn't send in for those ones. Shortly after this, I got a letter in the mail stating that if I did not pay for this supposedly free coin that they would send it to collections. In my defense, I honestly thought this was a mistake since the very first letter that I got said that this coin was free. So after a while of ignoring that first invoice, I got another one still threatening to send this bill to collections. So doing what anybody would do I called Bradford exchange and explained to them that I did not appreciate being threatened that something that was supposed to be free is now on almost on its way to collections, because I refuse to pay for something that was stated to be free. The lady that I talked to on the phone said that the coin was free to look at- not to have. I referred back to the very first letter that I got stating that I was chosen for a free coin and nowhere on that piece of paper did it say that it was a free to look at coin. It flat out states that this is a free coin for you to have. There is NOWHERE on the first initital letter stating that if you wanted to keep the coin, you had to pay for it. So honestly, this company is super unprofessional, and a SCAM! Do NOT accept the "free" coin. They will just screw you out of it.
*Billed for product never recieved.
*Customer service promises to fix the problem. (You will get billed again with threatening letters to take you to court.)
*Cancel the subscription at any time is a joke. (They will continue to send you products you do not want and EXPECT you to pay for them).
*What was supposed to be a positive thing has now turned into a lifetime nightmare. (Credit score may now be affected, had to cancel my credit card because it was on auto pay, and the 5 snow globes in the series has now become 20 or more at $40.00 a pop)... Avoid getting involved with this company.

They keep pulling money out of my account without authorization for services I didn't sign up for! I just got hit up for $95 that I know nothing about and they can't ever answer any questions. I will have to drop my card and get a new one if this $#*! keeps up!

I called 5 days ago to have a charge reversed and placed on a different card, which they said they did that day for me. Today I found out they never did anything, even after taking my CC info. It was as if I didn't call at all. I cancelled all future orders and won't be using this worthless company again.
I ordered an cat ornament that was ok but not as big or nice as the picture. They use illustrations only in Canada so every thing looks so beautiful. I compared real pictures of bracelets I wanted to buy on Ebay and they were terrible. They also bombard you with advertising pictures of their stuff online.

On November 12,2019 I ordered a Loving Wishes Jar as a Christmas present for my daughter. It arrived on December 4,2019 but was the wrong color so that same day I took it to the post office and returned it requesting an exchange for the correct color. I haven't received any receipt confirmation or any communication from their customer service except that it has not been processed by their returns department yet...? Just terrible service and obviously too late for Christmas. They need help.
Ordered an expensive real-life doll last October. Tried to cancel the order the following morning only to be told it was too late. Took them 3 months & 4 requests fir them to send me a Return Address Label. I then received a letter confirming receipt of the return item but they claimed they couldnt find information re: the order. I STILL have not gotten the refund. Ridiculous!
Deceptive advertising. Beware, if you buy anything that says collection, you will be charged every two weeks. They will offer you a discount but charge for a rewards membership later. Now I have to call my CC company to get anew card because they keep charging different items.
Terrible Company, customer service and money fraud. Due to their ignorance and inability to properly receive and fulfill orders my orders and money are now both missing. Unfortunately no one within the company can give me any information on where either are. They give you the run around and you never speak to the same person twice. I bought checks and the advertised price is not what you get. Ordered basic $2.99 box of checks that they charged over $40 when it was all said and done. What a joke! Online form would not fill so needed customer service to complete the form, they charged me for that as well. This company should be reported for this bait and switch activity and deceitful advertising. If I know where to report this, I would. I bargained down to $25 for 1 box of basic checks that was advertised as $2.99. This company is outrageous. Save your money and frustration, so somewhere else.
First and foremost, their products are cheap. Also, you are placed in a subscription plan without consent. Trying to cancel becomes a huge undertaking, often taking multiple phone calls to fix the issue. Bradford Exchange is deceptive and their staff is incompetent. Steer clear!

This is the second year I ordered the same item. I receive an email to order this item it states it will be in before Christmas. I ordered the item 2 days later I checked my account and I'm now told it will not be delivered until February. They do nothing but lie. I even called them prior to finding out that it would be here in February and they still told me it was expected before Christmas. Do not order from this company. This is nothing but false advertising on their part.

I was so excited to get my wedding ring set that we got from thier and it can late and was nothing like the picture and it's supposed to be real diamond... yeah right almost 400.00 down the drain and won't give us a refund even came with one of the take diamond missing
When ordering from their mailings, quite often the price ends up being substantially more than indicated in the ad! They indicate "3 payments of $19.99" for a product, and when you get it, it's only the first of several shipments at that price! Very deceiving, and some of the products are not worth the price! I have been a customer for many years, and don't remember this happening in the past. Hey, Bradford! What's happening here? Are you lowering your quality and integrity that much?
I was interested in a train set (Horror Express) It appears to come with an engine and 4 cars for three payments of $26.66... After reading the reviews of this company i realise each car is three payments of 26.66. What? Over $400.00 for a ho toy train set! It could be more depending how many cars you want to buy at $100 dollars each with shipping etc. Advertising Scam! They should put the full price of the set as pictured and explain in detail how the payment plan is a rip off...
Ordered 2 very nice snowman snow globes in October 2021(over $300), estimated delivery begging of November, then changed to Nov30-Dec 6. Now it's December 5th, they have changed delivery to January 19,2022, which doesn't work for Xmas what so ever.
Also tried to order these same snow globes for Xmas 2020 and had to cancel that order. Unless you order a year in advance, this company will not get you what you need!

They signed me up for a collectors edition unknowingly, when I ordered an item from their site. They continued to charge my card, and send items after I spent 2 hours on hold, just to tell them to stop. I had to cancel my card. They still harassed me about payments and even turned my account into a debt collection agency because I refused to pay for items I did not want. Still I was spammed with magazines trying to get me to buy more. I finally had to send a check marked "final payment" with other choice words so hopefully they get the hint. Totally not worth all the hassle for one Christmas gift.

I bought a ring back in 2020 for $200, for some reason the ring stone came off / Broke in 2021. I called to ask if I can return my ring to fix, I can pay for it and their response sorry no we are not accepting items to be fixed at this time. Wow it's easy to accept money but it's hard to say yes to fix. This company is 0 rating. I will never buy from this company ever. Don't waste your money with their tempting advertisements.
I bought my mother a ring and all the stones have fallen out. I emailed them after two fell out they never responded then sent a couple more emails about it and still no response and this has been since April 2021. Don't order from them.

I'm honestly surprised by all of the complaints. I read the negative reviews before ordering and almost decided not to order from the Bradford Exchange, but decided to take the risk for an item I really wanted. I placed an order at the end of October, and I received it approximately three weeks later, two months before it was even scheduled to ship. It looks amazing and was packaged with care. There are one or two tiny paint chips at the top of the item, but other than that, it arrived in excellent condition for something that's so fragile.
Watch this site and heritage coins as they are a total rip off. I have never known any company in my whole life who charge full postage cost per item instead of all together. So for example coins they charge you £3.99 per item I wanted 8 items in total. With my total price of the coins being about £30 and the postage is even more than cost of the items at over £30! They also have tricked people into paid subscription of coin services for coins that are at ridiculous prices and not worth the value whatsoever!
I swear when they train their reps they just tell them to make up anything and everything to shut the customer up. I have called three times regarding a collection I purchased. I have cancelled my order, and guess what look there Bradford exchange has charged me AGAIN! They will not stop charging me! It's to the point that I now have to change my card number! They keep saying that I'm finishing paying off an item, but when I first contacted them I was told everything was paid off and there would be no charges. I have been told three different things by three different reps. They probably just keep sending me to their run around guy, because I have been upset when on the phone with them. We are living in terrible times, and how a company can feel good about themselves by screwing people is beyond me. I don't care to pay for something I have bought, but the fraudulent BS charges beyond that need to stop! To the bank I go for a new card!
Bradford sent items I did not order (never heard of them before), bill me monthly for the worthless items, and now threaten me for not paying. Can't find a phone number to correct the matter. Crooked outfit, if I could put a negative value on this review I would, but one star is as low as I can go.
