The Bradford Exchange has been very honest, reputable and fair with me & and I love there merchandise! Some very unique and interesting items only to be found at the Bradford Exchange. They also have a the absolute best guarantee in the business & One year exchange or refund for any reason, how can you get better than that! The one improvement that I wish they would work on is with there Customer Service agents... some are super, and really want to help you... others act and talk like they have been woken Out of a deep Sleep when you try and ask for help. If they could improve on this just a little... you'd have a great company going to a Super company!

“Honestly...f**k Bradford Exchange”

I got a letter in the mail stating that I was chosen for a free coin. I got really excited and I accepted the coin since on my free time I like to find coins to keep and so I went ahead and sent in the paperwork for this "free" coin. After a while of having the coin in my possession, I started to get mail coming in for other coins that stated that you needed to pay for them. I wasn't interested, so therefore I didn't send in for those ones. Shortly after this, I got a letter in the mail stating that if I did not pay for this supposedly free coin that they would send it to collections. In my defense, I honestly thought this was a mistake since the very first letter that I got said that this coin was free. So after a while of ignoring that first invoice, I got another one still threatening to send this bill to collections. So doing what anybody would do I called Bradford exchange and explained to them that I did not appreciate being threatened that something that was supposed to be free is now on almost on its way to collections, because I refuse to pay for something that was stated to be free. The lady that I talked to on the phone said that the coin was free to look at- not to have. I referred back to the very first letter that I got stating that I was chosen for a free coin and nowhere on that piece of paper did it say that it was a free to look at coin. It flat out states that this is a free coin for you to have. There is NOWHERE on the first initital letter stating that if you wanted to keep the coin, you had to pay for it. So honestly, this company is super unprofessional, and a SCAM! Do NOT accept the "free" coin. They will just screw you out of it.

Just received a Star Wars figurine the Bardford Exchange have recently advertised. However I am trying to see how the two actually match up. The advert displays an amazing looking replica of the character, as where mine appears to resemble a cheap knock off. What a joke can't believe someone actually thought I wouldn't notice. Will now be trying out the Bradford Exchange 365 day refund, and I will post a review on how much it resembles the "Easy, no fuss return"

One glitter Globe was ordered with a credit card.
Two more Glitter Globes were shipped and the card was charged.
They charged the card a fourth time, no shipment received as of today.
It is unethical to keep credit card information.
It is unethical to ship items not ordered.
Several emails sent via their website were ignored.
This mail order business is the worst I have ever encountered.
Emails are ignored. Reaching them on the phone takes more than an hour.
Even one star is too much.

Had to get new credit cards do to them to stop charging me after calling only for them say they stopped charging me. Hope to get a refund with all this headache. Please stay away. If you do buy don't get any of collections items they don't tell you full price.

I ordered a plaque for my back door several weeks ago. It finally arrived yesterday. It was supposed to be personalized but wasn't. It was vastly smaller than pictured and cheaply made. What a piece of garbage. Thank goodness they do not have my bank card number. I am fearful of trying to return it because after reading all the bad reviews they would probably say they didn't receive it. So I am stuck with a piece of junk that I plan on paying with a money order because they clearly can't be trusted with bank information. Shame on you Bradford Exchange.

Took 2 payments for 1 ornament got that back ornament came wasnt working so phoned to get replacement out of stock so ordered a different one that was £30 dearer so paid the extra, then phone up asking about it they didnt know and sent me back original payment but not the extra £30, worst service I have dealt with in a long time over an hour for to get to talk to someone phoned 4 times and now I've gave up

Straight up crooks will keep sending you stuff you you did not to order, charge you for things they did not even send and make it nearly impossible to cancel your account then give you a line of credit you did ent ask for so they can keep sending you crap you dissent ask for. They prey on the elderly that don't know any better or have the means to cancel. Do not order from here.

I ordered a bracelet for my daughter on November 4th 2021, it is now December 10th. Still don't have my item. THIS is a xmas gift and very expensive. Not like I can go out and buy something else because I already spent money on this. I emailed them 2x and have not received any response. Customer service stinks! Will never buy from these people again. I wish I would have come to this site to see the reviews before buying her this. So disappointed in this company.

Listed as hand painted, was plastic mold with stickers on it. R2D2 tree topper. Value is maybe $25 they are charging $99+. Listing it with images that included parts not present, listing it as handpainted(sticker decals). Spins way to fast and is very loud. Would not trust this company

The hero's Blessing ring, I purchased from BradfordExchange was meant to be a silver ring with emblem of the Australian Defence Force. Within 1 week of wearing the ring, the silver had completed stripped of the ring leaving a copper base, which stains my finger green. One of the worst purchases in my life! Do not buy from this company.

I Had ordered a 18th bracelet from this company with fast track delivery, forgot to tell me it is out of stock and not available for 6 weeks only when i phoned the day before her birthday was i told total joke never siad on website or on confirmation emails about it being out of stock this has really upset me as i now do not have a birthday gift for my daughter

I have been dealing with this company for years and just recently noticed that they promote Michele Obama items. Nothing from Mrs. Trump or Mrs. Bush. Frankly I'm astonished that you would promote the most racist 1st lady ever and not the elegant women that graced the White House. Please discontinue my catalogs until you unscrew this mess.

I would have given them a 5 before this Christmas. I bought all my gifts through them and have spent $2000+ in the last 12-18 months. I received a wizard of oz Cuckoo clock with 2 busted parts. The customer service person (if you can call it that) said the only thing that could be done was for them to return it. The people I gave it to are in their 80s and I am not there to return it for them. I'm not asking for a new clock without returning this one but that's not possible. They have glued the pieces back on, but I deserve a credit or gift card or something... I have requested to return everything I purchased from them that can still be returned under their policy and have emptied my cart of $800 worth of items selected for next Christmas... don't buy anything from these people

A month ago I called Bradford Exchange using this phone number *******577 which is on my bank account. I called them to cancel all father charges to my account. They said everything was fine my order has been canceled. Come to find outMay seventh another deduction against my account came. Now on Monday I need to call them again. Besides I still have not received the last silver dollar I paid for. Very dissatisfied.

I been using Bradford for about 3 years and every time the service was bad. I order a product and it to arrived at my home on 12/10/2020 package never arrived and called customer service and I got some one who just has me hanging there and acted like she wasn't on the line so I had to speak again to see if they were on the line When she answer like she did not care and here it is today no package and I'm very upset I've done spent over 4000. 00 and this is totally unacceptable. Worst of the Worst. I do not recommmed this company to anyone!

As a collector you'd expect a box for storage of the item with a name stamped on it. (like Disney yr 2021 and the name) and shipped in a separate box. My collectible came in a 2 piece styrofoam, with a thin piece of tape around the seam which was loose and a plastic wrap that was too small. I'm afraid to open it and see what it looks like. I would think the styrofoam rubbing has taken paint off.

If you care about your collectibles just don't do it.

Ordered a silver ring and in the photo it looked very pretty and the names engraved was easy to see. Just received the ring and it look like it came from a bubble gum machine and you can barely see the stones and the engraving of the names are not legible. Worst ring I have ever seen.

Worst experience I have had purchasing jewelry online.
Ordered a ring for my mother's birthday because I was told it would arrive with time to spare. Recieved it 4 weeks later with no response to my emails. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. These people are inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I ordered the Honor, Courage and Commitment Sculpture in September as a 50th Birthday gift and was told it would ship out on November 29-30. I call to confirm shipment and am now told it will be January 11 or earlier. The first customer service rep hung up on me and the others had no clue. If I was given updates regarding shipping delays I could understand, but no contact after taking the money. This is ridiculous. I am not sure how this company is still in business.

When I asked the customer service rep for a reference number for the call, she could not provide anything other than the first three letters of her name (which may not be her name anyway). She refused to give an employee id number or even an extension so I could refer to this in the future.

Stay away from this place.!

They piece mill everything to you. It's cheap cheap cheaply made. Doesn't look anything like the picture. I ordered a little tree with a Santa in front of it last year. I got the tree in a shipment. Then every few weeks I would get something else. They chargeded 25.00 for 6 plastic ornaments! Yep. I sent it all back. Plus I didn't even get every thing by Christmas and I ordered it at the end of October. Stay away stay far away from this company.

The photos of the jewelry is totally different than the real products. They use the photo shop thing to make it look better or something. It is so fake and customer service is horrible. Gets a minus 1000 on rating

I ordered several of their Disney products and paid in full. I then received a overdue letter saying I owed them £89 I phoned them and they apologised for the error. Two weeks later I receive a phone call from a debt collection agency! They are incompetent, so beware.

I started ordering from Bradford over 20 years ago. They use to be prompt and sell decent merchandize. I went about 8 years without ordering from them. Early Nov. Of 16 I placed a order for Christmas. It arrived a week after Christmas. Early Feb of 18. I placed a order for Valentines. (There ad caught my eye.) They promised me delivery by Valentines. Well here it is Valentines and just checked on my order. It's scheduled for 1 month and 5 days from today. This company just seems to be getting worse with time. I'll be canceling my order when they open tomorrow.

I ordered a Christmas gift on December 7 2020 and as of 28 Dec I haven't received the gift or information on the status of my shipment. The company doesn't provide shipment status or tracking numbers to track the order. I sent them 2 emails requesting shipment status, however they haven't replied. However, what they do great is charging your credit card the entire amount immediately. Last time I'll do business with Bradford Exchange.

They have very deceiving ads. You think you are buying one but it is many sets. They will keep charging you even when you send the item back. It will take hours of your time dealing with customer service to get your money back because the representatives are all from another country and you will have to repeat yourself many times. So exhausting!

I ordered a 3 pc set with Christmas Tree, Santa and Nativity scene from The Bradford Exchange. The Christmas tree looked like a tree from the dollar store, the Santa was cheap resin, it was horrible. They look nothing like the photo on the website. I immediately asked for a refund, they gave me no hassle. Sent me prepaid labels and I returned them. I should have taken pics but didn't. Don't waste your time or money. Very disappointed in it. Customer service was great!

The quality was poor and if they made them elsewhere other than China they may have looked better. It looked like a dollar store tree and not a 3 piece set valued
