The Bradford Exchange has been very honest, reputable and fair with me & and I love there merchandise! Some very unique and interesting items only to be found at the Bradford Exchange. They also have a the absolute best guarantee in the business & One year exchange or refund for any reason, how can you get better than that! The one improvement that I wish they would work on is with there Customer Service agents... some are super, and really want to help you... others act and talk like they have been woken Out of a deep Sleep when you try and ask for help. If they could improve on this just a little... you'd have a great company going to a Super company!

“Honestly...f**k Bradford Exchange”

I got a letter in the mail stating that I was chosen for a free coin. I got really excited and I accepted the coin since on my free time I like to find coins to keep and so I went ahead and sent in the paperwork for this "free" coin. After a while of having the coin in my possession, I started to get mail coming in for other coins that stated that you needed to pay for them. I wasn't interested, so therefore I didn't send in for those ones. Shortly after this, I got a letter in the mail stating that if I did not pay for this supposedly free coin that they would send it to collections. In my defense, I honestly thought this was a mistake since the very first letter that I got said that this coin was free. So after a while of ignoring that first invoice, I got another one still threatening to send this bill to collections. So doing what anybody would do I called Bradford exchange and explained to them that I did not appreciate being threatened that something that was supposed to be free is now on almost on its way to collections, because I refuse to pay for something that was stated to be free. The lady that I talked to on the phone said that the coin was free to look at- not to have. I referred back to the very first letter that I got stating that I was chosen for a free coin and nowhere on that piece of paper did it say that it was a free to look at coin. It flat out states that this is a free coin for you to have. There is NOWHERE on the first initital letter stating that if you wanted to keep the coin, you had to pay for it. So honestly, this company is super unprofessional, and a SCAM! Do NOT accept the "free" coin. They will just screw you out of it.

Only one of my packages came. They told me I would have to wait 30 days for them to send me a replacement. Ridiculous. Don't shop them. Customer service 's terrible. I sent an email because their was no number to call. No response. I have to search the Web for a customer service number and the first time I called they told me to call back tomorrow if it didn't come the next day and they would send me another one. So I call back the next day and they tell me it's gonna be 30 days. Bull$#*!. I will never order form them again

I purchased a $39.99 coin when the queen died. I paid for it when I ordered it. It arrived and I was happy. Then another coin showed up randomly, this one for the value of $99.99. I called their number and gave up after spending an hour trying to get through and sitting on hold with no response. So I wrote an email stating I did not order or even want this coin and asked for an address to return it. No reply. I then received another coin two weeks later, again charging me another $99.99. I did not order and certainly did not want it. Tried again calling, same thing no answer. Sent another email stating I'm not paying for these coins and asking where I can return them. Still nothing. Then I received invoices stating I owed $205. Each time charging an extra $5 for non payment. Now I have a text message from ARMA finances chasing me for $253. Are you kidding me Branford's? You're not getting anything except these stupid coins back when you get around to sending me a returns address.

This company has the worst Customer Service you could imagine! The rep I talked to did not even know where my $119 order was and I even gave him the order number. First off I could not understand him and I spent many minutes on hold. Do not buy anything from this company on there site which is awful.

They did not disclose anywhere that the total train was going to cost $1,170,58. I would have never started to receive it. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! Will never buy anything again! Won't even give me a credit /write off the second piece. I have to send it back. Total Bull$#*!!

Check Better Business Bureau for ratings - like 1.1/5 out of five stars. For more than a year, we have written multiple letters asking this business not to send catalogs and mailings to a senior person, with a 'disorder,' living in a low income residential facility. Not t o accept orders from this person. They refuse to comply, while they turn over unpaid amounts to collection agencies, and send late notices, they greedily accept more orders from that person. Don't get tangled up with this business See the reviews. Check reviews and B

Recently purchased and was shocked over how poor the quality was. The only thing missing was a made in China label which without a doubt is where it was made. As a Former Marine I am absolutely shocked they sold a product like this. Nothing like the pic, not even close. Even the certificate was junk! This is not the Bradford Exchange I know or grew up with. This company is most definitely heading in the same direction that Sears did. Again, I am absolutely shocked that a 75th Iconic Anniversary tribute honoring thousands killed and wounded defending our country was so cheaply made. If this is now their quality I'm done as a customer!

DON’T BUY! Bradford Exchange is now selling high priced junk!!!

Received this 75th IWO JIMA from Bradford Exchange was pricey and received cheap plastic junk! As a former Marine I am appalled that they are selling this! Nothing like what was pictured and the only thing missing was a made in China Label. The Flag is even a blurry cheap nylon print. It’s like a poorly assembled plastic model. DON’T BUY!!!!!

I purchased a US Army personalized messenger tote bag. There is a 90 return policy which turns out to be the warranty on this item also. The lining material has pulled away from the sewed seam. It is obviously defective due to poor design. There is a felcro attachment right were it tore. This is a weak spot and this was bound to happen due to the design of the bag. I would think that they would back up the product they sell but they didn't. There only reply was the 90 day guaranty was over. I was only looking for an replacement. I didn't expect a refund. Due to poor customer service and poor quality of there items I won't do business with them anymore.

Tip for consumers:
Do to the poor quality and very limited warranty I would not purchase from this company

I love to check out online jewellery sites for women's rings. Recently I ordered a ring from a site that seemed legitimate but now I wonder. The price I paid was $29. I later saw the exact same ring on Bradford Exchange selling for $129. Looking through the Bradford listings I realized I had seen many of their rings sold elsewhere for much less. I suspect I will never see my $29 ring or 2 others ordered from other sites that are also listed on Bradford. Not copycats - the pictures and descriptions are exactly the same. What's going on here? I dealt with Bradford Exchange twice in the past and know their rings are junk.

Buy at your own risk they will lie, hang up on you, play games... Dude swear he couldn't find my order being kept getting charged for a subscription... he finally found it which was odd being I gave him all my information... He said he cancel subscription which I dont know if he did being they lie so much apparantly. Stop sending me all those yorkies in a cup what am I going to do with all those? He had the worst attitude these people lack customer service so have your lawyer sue them or credit card company go after them being they wont listen to little ol you... I even called back same guy answered and thats odd must be 3 people only working in the store... Listen people all these negative reviews can't be lying so be careful who you buy from

I ordered an item they took the first pmt from my account. I'm a new customer and they tell me I have an outstanding debt. I requested to speak to the credit department to determine fraud and they said they have no number for them. I suggest not purchasing anything from this fraudulent company. I will be notifying the BBB as well I give a zero rating! I'm not posting my purchase do to personal information on it.

Products used:
None they said I had an old balance but I never purchased anything from them before. I asked to speak to the credit department they said they had no number for them. What a joke!

I ordered a family ring for my daughter's 50th birthday. It has 5 birthstones with 5 engraved names. Problem is, stones are so small you can hardly even tell they are different color birthstones. Forget the names, you'd need a magnifying glass to read them. A total ripoff and not at all as it appears in the picture on their site.

Sounds like my problem is the same as everyone else. Don't expect to receive the items you order anywhere even remotely close to the time they say you can expect it by. My item was supposed to be delivered by the 21st of december by latest and I am being told not to expect it before the 3rd of january. They look like nice items if you don't mind waiting a ridiculously long time and dealing with a company that could careless about your satisfaction.

I fell in love with the picture of the ring, so my husband bought it for me, I am very disappointed with it, the birthstones do not look like flowers, all bunched up and you can not read the names, looks like a toddler made the flowers

Bought a gift from the for a friend which should have cost £57 and so far its cost £150, can't put a stop at the bank as this would mean me not being able to get my refund. Been on the phome yet again and they said I'll be getting my money back within 5-7 working days, I'm not holding my breath. Never again would i use tjis awful company!

I used to love BE! Their customer service used to be a 10/10...now it's gone to sh*t. They charged me for something I didn't order and now trying to get a hold of them via phone takes FOREVER! I was waiting to get a hold of someone for almost an hour! And when I did get a hold of them, we "disconnected" and then I had to wait almost thirty minutes again to get a hold of someone else...when I do get a hold of someone, they are very nice and usually solve my issue. I still love their items, just be careful if you order something in a collection- they will charge you for it.

I ordered 1 Christmas gift and Bradford began sending monthly items and charged my credit card. After some conversation they agreed to cancel my "subscription ",. Read the fine print.

Don't even think of buying anything from this company. Their ads are misleading. I bought one coin - nowhere on the ad did it say I was getting a collection of coins. When I tried to cancel the order they kept charging my card. Numerous conversations with them on the phone. I sent back products at my expense. Customer service was unknowledgeable about how to solve the problem. Then they kept harassing me for money and telling me they were going to send me to collections for an outstanding charge of $24.15. It is amazing the level of incompetency. A totally aggravating experience. They prey on the consumers like vultures.

Tip for consumers:
Read their ads carefully and call the company first to confirm what you are signing up for.

This bracelet looks beautiful and big on their advertisement. When it came it is sooooo small that I can't even tell the name on the bracelet. The bracelet would be acceptable for a 5 years old girl, but not for a 15 years old (in my case). I am so embarrassed to present this Christmas gift to my granddaughter.

DO NOT ORDER. Article is not worth $25 and I paid $111.32 including tax and shipping.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure the item pictured is true to size. The bracelet was extremely tiny. It would be helpful to see a picture of a woman wearing the bracelet.

I ordered the mickey mouse ornament back in April i just recieved it and looks nothing like the catalogue it is really disgusting service don't you check the items you sell.am also been waiting for the other mickey mouse one doesn't look like i will be getting it either

Ordered 2 plaques for my grand daughters in March, called about 6 wks. Later to see what was going on. Told they were on back order until June. Fine didn't need them until Xmas. Never heard anything from them. I finally called the 3rd. Week in Nov. 2021. Said they would be shipped Nov. 30,2021. Called on this date, won't be shipped now until Dec. 29,2021. What a joke. Called and kept getting cut off. Finally reached someone after 5 hours. Told them to cancel the order. Worst company to order from. Never had this problem with any other place I have ordered from. They are terrible, non caring. I'll never use them again.

Don't buy the jewelry unless you don't want to wear it. My daughter bought it for me for my birthday, spent almost 150.00 on this eeyore necklace.this shouldn't happen,turned my neck black.not happy..

Same experience I ordered something and paid for shipping that was supposed to be guaranteed delivery before Christmas and until today when I click to check the status of the order it says cannot be found constant sender, I sent them an email asking where the package is and of course no answer. Now it looks like I haven't got my family anything for Christmas because that was an expensive large size gift.

Placed an order Dec 5,2020. As of May 1,2021 have not received. Kinkade candleholders, item 01-*******-001...$99.99. Three installments of $38.33. Sent chk with order, for $44.00. Chk number 5741. Chk deposited Dec 18 and cleared my bank Dec 21,2020. Have called 4 times. First 2 times agent said item was out of stock. Would be shipped ASAP. Then 3/12, then 3/29, now 5/27. I just want the item I ordered & for which they have cashed my partial payment. I will NEVER order from Bradford Exchange again! Barbara Weaver *******793. I just want my order!

I purchased 2 purses for over 200.00 none is of good quality. I called customer service to mail me or email me return labels, none so far. I provided them with pictures for the to stop taking money out of my checking account, they still continue to collect money. I'm extremely disappointed of those bags. I feel like I got scammed. This is insane. Both purses have been on my dinning room table for about 2 months now. How can you continue to operate? I'm so disappointing. I will be contacting BBB.

Received the royal engagement coin today (which i definitly didnt order, but they took 32.90 out of my bank) only to find that the picture depicting the royal couple was a transfer which could very easily be rubbed off
