You can still get good deals on Brad's Deals, but you have to be very careful. At one time, I thought Brad's Deals vetted companies before publicizing their deals and so I was extremely trusting. I don't know if I was wrong, or if something changed, but they seem to work with just about any company now, and like others, I have been banned from making comments because I raised concerns about the reputation of a company they publicize deals for. However, there is still really no place better to find out where the best deals are. I suggest going only with companies you know if you don't want to risk receiving inferior merchandise.

When you click a deal you are taken to the retailer's website where you make your purchase directly from them, not us. So if you find a Macy's deal on our site that you are interested in, when you click "Check It Out" you will be taken to the exact product on Macy's website and from there, your transaction is handled 100% by Macy's. We just share the deals but we have nothing to do with your purchase itself. I recently purchased two sets of earbuds brads deals tells me there's nothing they can do about it. I have to try to remember who I purchased them from. I was emailed no receipt. Their customer service said there's nothing they can do about it so if you purchase anything for them, you're doing it at your own risk horrible experience because they're just a third-party person making money neither pair work in the earbud company doesn't even have a customer service number because I believe they're no longer in existence.

Tip for consumers:
I would not recommend people ordering anything from this site, and if you do, do not expect to get any type of help because the customer service is nonexistent

Tried to place an order., APP wasn't responding., couldnt change shipping address, wanted to ship it to #*******?Tried to call Customer Service - THAT # WAS NOT IN SERVICE. PLUS-ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR $., YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE RETAILER., IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST FOR A REFUND., ITS OUT OF THEYRE HANDS... NO WAAAAY!

It seems like on every review page about every super sale site theres always gonna be the people with bad experiences. I have a hard time with Amazon on occasion and the places they use to distribute goods. I'll only say buyer beware of anything your buying online a save the transaction receipts and confirmation numbers if problems arise.

Should not have been able to get through the entire purchasing of the purse if they were out of stock. Unsure if this is Coach's error or Brad's Deals, but either way, I won't feel comfortable using this site again. Very disappointing to find such a great deal, only to be told many days later that the purse was not even available.

There have been several times that my order wouldn't go through using a credit card. It was denied and even blocked for several reasons, or the page would just freeze. Even after completely closing the site and opening it again, my previous credit card information would still be filled in the boxes. Scary.
I found myself wasting my time with Brad's Deals even if it's an item that could be picked up locally, it's just not worth the risk to me anymore.
And there is one item I received that began failing after just a few months.

Literally a storefront for scams so that they can claim zero responsibility. All emails regarding my order came from a fictional website that closed down and fake shipping details. Been hounding for refunds and their resolution team kept trying partial refund. I reported to my credit card company ss scammers. Dont bother replying to review brads scammers

This is not a legitimate business. Their contact information is really a front to scam people. Their app and website are data mining. They obtain or purchase peoples personal information. They brag about having over 10 minion e-mail addresses on their careers page, which they've purposely hidden off their site map.

Their contact information also does not connect you to real people. They also don't know if they are located in Chicago or the Virgin Islands. Sources from BBB and their own emails.

All of our links take you to vetted, authentic retailers.

Our careers page can be found when you click our About Us link in the footer of our site. Our contact information does connect you to a real person. Her name is Ashley and when you fill out the contact form, it is delivered to our inbox (which can also be reached by emailing help@bradsdeals.com) and she responds within 24 hours.

Lastly, we are located in both Chicago and the Virgin Islands. I have ordered a few products and 2 out 3 were great. The reason I am leaving this review is to ask Noah with Brads Deals to make sure the item that is pictured is for sale. I have wanted to order a couple of items that were shown in the picture and they were not available. I looked for the items as soon as I received the email. I don't believe they would be sold out. I have enjoyed the website for Christmas bargains. I do think that 3 emails a day is a little much.

I've been waiting 1 month for underware. I'm saving $15. Next time I'll pay the $15. I get an email that they shipped only to find out the label was created a week ago but no pickup. Thanks but no thanks. VERY disappointing. I could have purchased through Amazon and received it 3 weeks ago. DO NOT do it. My dad once said,"if it's too good to be true, it usually is"!

This website is very disappointing every time I try to order something I cant get into the site or when placing an order only for the seller to tell me it is not available a week later, and then try to get my money back. Then Brads deals sends an email stating "congrats on your order"(which I never got) if you only really knew what your customers were going through on our end... so frustrating!

First time orderer and when I received the product it was much cheaper looking than the product pictured (jewelry). Won't insult my wife by giving this item to her. Their site doesn't allow me to send them a message without belonging to twitter or facebook, and I will not chance getting a computer virus by subscribing to those sites.

Saw a deal for Stanley water bottles and thought it was great. Now all of a sudden they are coming from China. The tracking sucks and it isn't updated and I have been waiting for 3 weeks. Now I'm wondering if they are even legit Stanley cups. They are easter gifts and i do not think they will be here in time

I placed order for the above shoes, and am yet to receive an acknowledgment. I have written to you privately & got no reasonable response. All you did was to write stating that you provide customers the best deals from the web- whatever that means. I hope you know that Brad's deals is culpable if I don't receive my order? I will hate to think that you offer your site to scammers. Please I want you to look into this & give me a reasonable response.

I never signed up for emails from them what so ever which tells me they purchase mailing lists.

I hit unsubscribe multiple times over 3 weeks and also emailed the infamous *******@bradsdeals.com to no avail I still get spammed almost daily.
So much that now I have reported it as fraudulent emails to microsoft and google both of which I have accounts for and both of which get spammed by this company.

They have a rep that tries to explain things away at a instant then recommends the *******@bradsdeals.com email to which I have emailed multiple times to be removed from a mailing list I never signed up for.

Shady practice they may run a affiliate door that takes you to other sites for deals but their own practices are shady they don't care as long as they get their cut.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful what you order and where the orders are coming from if you use paypal and they don't give you what you ordered you can legally file a charge back and I would encourage to do so if you are victim of fraud or multiple recurring charges that you didn't sign up for.

Feels like bait and switch. Ordered a comforter from Macy's to pick up in store. They never got the order and when i went to pick it up it was no longer on sale.
Second experience was with Coach. Ordered, 3 wallets as gifts. Several days later I got an email that they were no longer available. I was told I was welcome to browse their web site, but there were no comparable deals. I'm done with Brads deals!

As an Adidas outlet. After ordering, the size was wrong and I've been trying since early may to rectify. Using Adidas Group as the front I when trying to return for another size I was rerouted to Ebay.
Absolutely the worst online buying I've experienced since the dreaded WISH.
Getting involved with Ebay's dropping and misinformation I'm stuck with shoes I did everything I was told.
If you want a better deal. Wait for a sale or be prepared to be dumped in the vat of dealing Ebay's void.

All refunds are routed to ebay.

Be prepared for more misinformation and downright gaslighting from Ebay

Bought 3 necklace from super Jeweler. They are suppose to be sterling silver w/diamond and normally sell for 299.00. I paid 14. Each. From Brads, items not even worth that so where's the deal? If I want to return I have to insure and pay return postage. My bad for trusting Brads Deals if it sounds too good to be true it is. Lesson learned, Will never use Brads seals again

I placed an order on Aug 2, on Sep 1, the tracking web site provided by Brads showed that my order was delivered. I however, never received any part of the order. I have been in contact with their customer service and they tried to blame me and say that my billing and shipping address are different. I checked my order summary and they are exactly the same. Customer service advised that they are helping me by offering a 50% refund. I advised that 50% is not acceptable since I received 0% of the order. I insisted on a full refund and have contacted my CC to dispute Brads Deals fraud and theft.

I tried several times to process my payment with my card several times. I was given a mess each time that the payment could not be processed. My card is fine. I double checked. I even used a different card just in case my bank had some kind of security note on my card but that one failed too. Very annoying.

The yarn deal is not allowing me free shipping even though I spent the required amount to get the advantage. The as says "spend $29 and get free shipping. My order totals $30 and at checkout the shipping amount is $5. I cancelled my order.

These guys boarder on unethical. They send you an email about a low priced item and 10 minutes later the item is sold out. Another trick is to add shipping costs to make up for low prices. Example: Men's Nike Free Trainer 3.0 V4 Shoes $36 plus very reasonable shipping of $6.99 (although most sales are free shipping at other sites). Then I added 3 socks at $12 and THEY ADDED $12 IN SHIPPING COSTS. Outrageous!
