Do not buy anything from these con artists! They are slick talking salesmen. The parts are terrible quality!' Spent 500$ on rotors and pads just to have them squeaking no less than a week later! Unbelievable

I have been buying from brakeworld for years. The have good quality brake parts and the guys who work there actually know what they are talking about unlike other places where you can here 100 reps in a phone bank who don't have a clue what they are selling. I accidentally ordered the wrong part for my subaru wrx, they exchanged it and sent out the new part without making me pay again! This helped as I was kinda running low on $ at the time. You guys Rock!

I purchased parts for my truck and received them 3 days later. I have been buying rotors and pads from brakeworld for almost 8 years and have never had an experience like what some of these people are describing. Their stuff is top notch.

They finished their job before the committed time and everything was perfect and as per the promise. No weird things or hidden costs at all. Comparatively, their prices are less. The quality and speed of service is worth an applause.

I purchased brake calibers for Dodge challenger scat pack. Caliper on driver side was leaking brake Fluid. Dodge encouraged me to send back to manufactures, and get replacement part. They sent the same leaking caliber, and refused refund, and failed to reconcile. Quality is poor!

I paid over $500 for the best quality pads and rotors Brakeworld offered recently. I took my 2013 F150 into a mechanic I've been using for years and have always been happy with. I just went on vacation and my brakes were grinding. I took it into a dealership and the mechanic pointed out all the pads were the same... No inner and outer pads. Therefore it created so much friction on the rotors they warped and were ruined. The mechanic said if he were given these pads packaged from Brakeworld he would have installed them too, assuming it should be right since that's how it was packaged. I contacted BW asking for any help considering at this point I'm out around $1100. 00. They only offered a discount on a future purchase. Brakeworld is a company that doesn't take care of their customers and won't make it right for problems they create. I'll never do business with them again.

I purchased some rotors fro brakeworld on oct 23 the arrived 3 days later. Quick shipping! Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong ones for my jeep by mistake. I emailed them and they had a new pair to me just a few days later, and accepted my other ones back.

Ordered Brembo rotors and received a different brand. Internal Quality Control is definitely bad. Text for follow up with orders is fast but when there is an issue, forget about it. You are lucky if you get a response. Expecting to talk to a customer service rep? You must be dreaming if you expect to talk to one. AVOID this company at all cost.

http://www.brakeworld.com is horrible. I purchased breaks and break lines from them. The break lines did not fit, so I mailed them back as instructed. After more than one year and many calls, John, would not call me back, or give me a refund. Brakeworld's customer service is only handled by John, I could not speak to anyone else. I called the South Carolina Attorney General's office, they were very helpful, but John at brakeworld would not call them either. John is awful, worst customer service I ever had, no response or refund. Ordered brake pads. It came open with parts missing. Called customer service over 6 times they all claimed they would handle it. I been dealing with this $#*!ty company too long over brake pads. They wont even refund my money they keep throwin me for a loop. Dont waste your time.

I ordered for Roderer and two sets of ceramic pads none of them fit as I told him the wrong sub model of car but they were quick to exchange and made the process very easy thanks again for your help guys. David was extremely helpful with the selection of rotors for my Cadillac. He knew the difference between the multiple brake packages on my car, and helped me decide which was the best for my style of driving. They are a good group of guys to work with, and have excellent quality brakes!

I am quite happy that I got to know about Brake World. This is because often I just buy from the local mechanic stores. But the deal would be quite expensive. So, now when I have this online store its really easy to buy.

Brake World is the one stop destination to buy all the break related items. I bought 2 unit of break pads and rotors from their online store around 3 months ago and they are working absolutely fine. Even repairmen asked me from where did I bought such fine quality break items. Fantastic!

Fake Car Quest brake rotors being sold as Disc Italia. Even tried sending another set which were hand painted. I should read other reviews first! Lost $1000 (purchase price + return shipping for $350). Empty promises from John Montgomery. Save yourself the stress.

I bought from and rear rotors and pads spent over 900 on them sales guy recommended discitalia pads saying they was low brakes dust etc, that was far from the truth very much a lot brake dust I called complaining and send pics they said they will call me once they talk to mfg of pads still 2 weeks later have not had a call. They are bad for your pockets stay away

After I saw some negative reviews online I was a bit hesitant, but all of the sites I was potentially going to buy from had some negative reviews. I ended up choosing brakeworld and have not regreted it. The pads and rotors came within 1 week with free shipping, and I feel that the cross drilled and slotted brakes really have made an improvement in my stopping power for my f150.5 stars all the way!

He sells cheap quality parts also e puts carid orders before everyone's else's he hides te made in China behind the label with the part number on it also he sales cheap pads from auto part he reboxed them in a hyper ceramic box. Or titanium Kevlar so it's really just autopart.com parts he used used rotors and rotors that were returned and paint them he lies and says that there's a base coat on them which are used rotors repainted on top of the old color or he just touches them up he also try to make it look like he doesn't know much about defectives that occurs he will send you bad quality parts to see if you will complain ten he will argue with you about it bad business be aware I worked there so I know I jut never knew exactly what complaint where occurring but now I see don't order from there he will disappoint and will rip you off with rotors that cost 15 bucks and just cause he paints it then make you have to pay 80-150 per rotor just case of paint

I just ordered from brakeworld some Hyper ceramic pads and Xbrakes rotors. I received the wrong pads for my jeep, they explained to me I ordered the wrong option off of their web site, they were right. The did a good job with the exchange of the pads, very fast and easy to work with. Will buy from them again.

The shop in ******* Pines Blvd. Pembroke Pines did the frontal breaks changing all pads and rotor for almost $300.00. But the squeeky breaks that I was complaining was
Still present saying the problem breaks where in the back wheels not in the front. So, the manager was telling me to come back to do the back wheels breaks! Hello! You made a wrong diagnose and I presume nothing is wrong with the front breaks. For sure I am not coming back to this crafty money-making shop!

Ordered a "Brembo" Caliper from them and it isn't real.
The Part numbers do not match up.
The paint is chipping off as I take is out of the box.
The "BREMBO" lettering on the caliper are stickers.
The pistons are far different from the actual Brembo caliper.
There are supposed to be two bleeder valves but the one they gave me only has one.
The picture they show is different from what I received.
Lastly, real Brembos come with "Brembo" engraved on the inside of the caliper.

I purchased a pair of blue brembo calipers for my Dodge Challenger because I couldn't get them in bllue from my dealer. They look great and were way cheaper than buying from the stealership! Thank a million guys.

I was going to get pads from my stealership, but at the recommendation from a friend I bought 2 sets of hyperceramic pads for my range rover. Wow no more dust, no more squealing! Best pads I have ever used. Great recommendation from my friend. Will be doing more business soon.
