I want to start off by saying I almost never write reviews… However these guys and gals deserve it because they did such a great job on my ring!

To make a long story short, my boyfriend of 6 years and I decided to get engagement (and married) in May. We originally tried shopping locally but with the pandemic and store closures in our area we quickly felt going online would save us a lot of money and be safer.

A cousin of mine suggested another online retailer that starts with a ‘B' and we found a stunning ring design and center diamond. Right before we were about to complete our order a family friend suggested we try Brilliance.com and see what they have to offer.

While I was apprehensive at first I contacted one of their experts and immediately felt at home. Beyond helping me choose a nicer (and larger) center diamond they were able to custom design a ring which saved me an additional 30 over the other online retailer (plus it has a couple of unique design features that no one has).

When I got the ring I was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. All my family members absolutely love my ring and I am the envy of all my friends.

Very easy to select the diamond you wish for, and it does a great job customize your ring! Lead time is a little longer than expected, other than that, it's good service and price!

I had my doubts, but I researched the company and read the reviews, so I took a chance, so happy I did, beautiful ring, beautiful diamond, elite customer service, I swear they have angels working there

At first I was a bit skeptical to order online but Brilliance was a great choice, the ring looks beautiful and the diamond is more than I expected so I would give it a 5 star. Firstly, the prices are absolutely genuine and Brilliance price match made it easier. Secondly, the quality of the ring is absolutely phenomenal. The main issue with brilliance.com is the communication, which was HORRIBLE! When I placed my order, Anthony was assisting me, but once I made the payment, I felt forgotten and left out. I needed the ring on a certain date and I requested Anthony if it was possible to process the order swiftly and he replied "I'll get back to you in couple min" those min never came for 3 weeks. I exchanged several emails but I did not receive any reply from Anthony. Out of nowhere Jennifer began communicating with me and she was kind enough to reply to my emails but the problem really is that they never commit themselves to the date of delivery. They usually say the order will be delivered within 10-15 business days and I did not receive my order even after 15 business days and when I tried contacting them, they did not commit. Brilliance.com needs to improve with their communication, as simple as that.

This company has been very responsive and communicative during the process.

Product was delivered on time and was high quality. Would use them again.

The prices and selections are very good. I put based 2 pair of diamond earrings. LOVE them! They aren't also very responsive to questions. I'll go back.

Compared to all other prices of men's palladium rings, Brilliance offered the best rate by far. They also helped us resize after it didn't fit comfortably and made it an easy process.

I would strongly recommend using Brilliance. Their staff are amazing! Maegan my diamond expert could not have been more helpful or kind. Very satisfied with my diamond. Now the difficult part!

Superb in every step of the process. From the research aspect of the diamond that I wanted, to finally actually ordering my STUNNING diamond! I had many e-mails to and from Anthony. (Almost a month's worth!) He ALWAYS answered every question VERY promptly. I saw photos and video on my diamond, and received Anthony's expert advice. All of which made me very confident of my purchase. EXCELLENT diamond and EXCELLENT service!

The system works well, products are excellent. If something does go wrong Hesimple customer service intervenes and fixes things quickly. Prices are great and I shop here regularly

I ordered from here and honestly it's the best choice I made I didn't propose yet I will be doing it on the 28th. Now I will tell you that it did take about a month to receive the ring due to fitting/sizing and polishing and all that good stuff, but you can't rush perfection so plan ahead. I'm not going to lie, I was a little skeptical at first just cuz of the amazing pricing and there are some bad reviews about the customer service but honestly I have no complaints what so ever. They contacted me back if I called and they missed it. I liked that they would personally send me text updates. Shout out to the owner for creating such a great company that made me feel so relieved and pressure free and shout out to Shannon and Fellisse for keeping me updated on my order and telling me that I can count on them and that they got me and not to worry, they deserve a raise ;). Everything showed up on the day they said it would and got next day shipping after it was finished and couldn't be any happier with the result. I broke down when I saw it and I can't wait to share it with my future wife. I posted the message from Fellisse just to show you guys how she made me feel a lot better about it. Also the video doesn't do it as much Justice because it looks greater in person. Every place I saw a bad comment on this company I am going to try and post this on that page too. People need to know how great they did and are doing!

I recently made a purchase of diamonds and was treated well and with excellent personal customer service. All my questions were answered promptly by both on-line chat, phone calls, and email. I felt supported through every step of my purchase. I compared many sites before deciding to make my purchases through Brilliance.com and they stood out because of the excellent prices, and the fact that each diamond came with a report. Brilliance checked each diamond to verify the report was accurate and I was getting the value I expected. The beautiful package was presented at my door and I had to sign to verify I had received the package securely. The diamonds were beautifully packed, each in a GIA Magnetic Presentation Case with a lighted box and ring holder to see what the diamonds look like in a ring and on one's hand. I bought each of my grandchildren a one carat cushion cut diamond. I am pleased with each and every one of the diamonds I purchased from Brilliance and appreciate the personal service and attention to detail I received.

The time had come for me to "pop the question"! I was SO nervous about even thinking of purchasing an expensive, loose, diamond stone from an on-line store. Nowadays, people are scammed all the time, and to no fault of their own. I was VERY skeptical about going in to something like this..."The advertised diamonds are just way to nice to be priced as low as they are and something has to be up" kept going through my mind. Also, I kept remembering the phrase, "If it sounds too good to be true then it actually is". So, I finally did decide to reach out to the sales team at Brilliance.Com. I think they understood my skepticism right away. They were more than just internet sales people. Theses individuals really knew their stuff. They took me step by step through the process, took time to answer all of my questions and even one time had spent over an hour on the phone with me going over the details of a diamond and listened to what I was looking for. We had had multiple telephone and email / chat conversations, without the high pressure of selling added in to it. They were very pleasant to work with! After I had decided to order the sales team was in touch with me everyday as they knew that I was nervous about receiving such a small, but very expensive item that was shipped to me versus walking into a store and being given it hand-to-hand. I am definitely going to use them again in the future when needed and without a doubt I will recommend them to family and friends!
